Lisboeta Macau-Maison L’OCCITANE

The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel itself felt grand and upscale. You can take a shuttle bus to Grand Lisboa Palace and then it's less than a ten-minute walk to The Karl Lagerfeld. It's also very kid-friendly.

My stay at the L'Occitane Hotel in Macau was absolutely fantastic, I have to give it a five-star rating. The hotel is L'Occitane-themed, and the room design is cozy with a touch of French romance. The aroma details are perfectly executed; stepping into the room immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything exudes a strong French ambiance. The design is exquisite yet warm, and you're greeted by a subtle herbal scent as soon as you enter, instantly putting you at ease and giving you that true vacation feeling. The room was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and the decor details were incredibly well-done, with L'Occitane elements visible everywhere. The best part was the toiletries provided in the room – all authentic L'Occitane products with a sophisticated and pleasant scent, making for an excellent bathing experience. Service was equally outstanding. The front desk and concierge staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was efficient and seamless. Right downstairs is a large shopping mall with plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping, making it perfect for both short getaways and relaxing trips. The hotel's location might be a bit off the beaten path, but it's only a 5-minute walk to Grand Lisboa.

My stay was very enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were excellent. The hotel's location is also good, with free shuttle buses to places like Grand Lisboa Palace and the airport.

Everything else was pretty good, but when I checked in and asked the front desk about transportation and shuttle services, the staff seemed quite impatient. That was a real disappointment. Also, the hotel pillows smelled of smoke. 🙂↕️🙂↕️

The room was quite spacious, especially compared to Hong Kong, it felt huge! We also mentioned it was our anniversary, and the hotel even delivered a small cake to our room.

The room was clean, quiet, and well-stocked with toiletries! The only downside is that getting around by car is a bit inconvenient as you have to go to Grand Lisboa Palace. However, there are bus stops nearby. We ended up taking taxis everywhere during our two-day trip in Macau.

The room was over 40 square meters and absolutely lovely. It had an L'Occitane theme with matching sample-sized shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and hand soap, plus a bathtub. It would be even better value for money if you stayed on a weekday.

The room decor is nice, it has a bathtub, and the bedding is comfortable. You can ask for an extra set of toiletries. The scent in the room is pleasant. The shuttle bus goes to the border gate and Grand Lisboa Palace, and from Grand Lisboa Palace, it's quite convenient to get around.

Although the hotel is a bit out of the way, it's quite convenient as you can use the free shuttle service from the Grand Lisboa Palace right next door. It's also close to the East Asian Games Dome LRT station. I really liked the L'Occitane toiletries, which were refilled daily. My room this time faced the Macau Airport, so while I couldn't see the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower, I could watch planes take off and land, and even see the balconies of the 'Friends' themed rooms below.
