This singular century-old boutique hotel ingeniously merges a nostalgic retro aesthetic with advanced technology and eco-friendly principles, resulting in an ambiance that is both evocative of the past and refreshingly contemporary.

Exceptional. This is a 2-star hotel that truly delivers 5-star service. It has friendly staff, exceptional facilities, and a great location. It is directly downtown, away from the leading casinos/attractions, but in the heart of the central historic district. The room was cozy but new, and the fixtures and construction were all new and top quality. The restaurant was also above standard! A landmark building itself, the renovation has been praised for its quality and contribution to the Macau historic preservation efforts- and at a quality well above what was expected. The rate was also exceptional compared to the other options I was looking at. Stay at a piece of Macau- and come back to visit! I certainly will!

Check-in around 11pm due to late arrival. Was given a wheelchair accessible room. Front desk was very accommodating to change of room upon our request. Photo of rooms as per hotel's description. Took a shuttle bus from Taipa ferry terminal to Sands Macao. Million Dragon was about 7 mins walking distance from Sands Macao. You can take a bus to MGM macau if lazy to walk there, bus stop was not far from hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfy with an excellent position right next to both light rail station and airport. It's less than a 10 minute train drive to the main ****** area of Venetian, Parisien and other famous sights. So it's very convenient and quite a good price. The only negative is every room in the hotel has two twin beds rather than a large double bed.
The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

Rooms are well kept, huge in size with dining area, sofa and writing desk. Water supply in bath room was slower than bath tub. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is huge and need to familiarise with routes going to different venue. Lots of restaurants and eating place. It has a food court with plenty of choices. e.g. Tim Ho Wan. In the shopping mall, the decor of blue sky uplifted our spirit, we felt happy and the mall has a stage where artist performed. Close to The Parisian and The Londoner which guests could explore within walking distance. Hotel shuttle to and fro airport and town, Sands Hotel. Night lights around the hotel are beautiful.

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter.
Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills.
Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free.
Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening.
We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man.
Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

Having stayed at The Parisian was by far the highlight of our first time trip to Macao.
This was a surprise birthday trip set up by my partner, and as she unveils the lengths of how The Parisian assisted her in setting up our stay, It really gave me a perspective of how a 5 Star Service is meant to be.
From the amazing staff (Special mention to Ericson), the amazing amenities, the amazing view, a big clean and comfortable room, and of course the attention to detail on our special request (birthday surprise).
Thank you Parisian Macao, for the memorable experience. We are sure to come back once again and most definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

I brought my 80-year-old mother to travel and chose this hotel with no negative reviews. It was really good! First of all, the front desk kept asking what kind of entertainment the elderly like. When they heard that the elderly wanted to go to the temple, they immediately gave them two one-day light rail cards; when they went to the hotel swimming pool to swim, the waiter was very enthusiastic to introduce the constant temperature swimming pool and the lava infrared dry steam room, which was super awesome! Not only were snacks and drinks free when I returned to the room, but the Filipino waiter also asked me very enthusiastically what else I needed; the waiter in the breakfast restaurant also had a very good memory. On the first day, the elderly asked for honey to accompany the yogurt. On the second day, the honey was delivered as soon as they sat down... In addition, the elderly liked the design of the bathroom very much and asked me to decorate the bathroom of my new house exactly like this hotel! The only choice for off-season travel! Now I finally understand why this hotel has no negative reviews! The hardware facilities are first-class, and every department of the hotel pays attention to first-class service!

GGuest UserMy go-to accomodation whenever I visit Macau. Have been staying in Conrad Macao since around 2012.Location is one of the best in Cotai area. Room-wise, it used to be better in the past with better amenities, such as choice of toiletries, brighter lightings, and more cozy decoration for the junior suites.
However, recent years, it has gotten noisier and more sophisticated. Cleanliness is also something that the hotel needs to look into. During my stay, I noticed a strand of hair stuck on the door of the bathroom. I purposely did not remove nor inform the housekeeping, as I would like to see if they are attentive enough to such details and clean it away. To my disappointment, throughout my 4-day stay, the strand of hair was stuck on the door and unmoved at the same position.
Though the hotel ”failed the test”, it is overall still a nice one to stay at.
TTingpIt’s my first time at this hotel and i think it’s very value for money booking here. The ****** shuttle buses are very convenient and service was splendid right from the start. The doorman were all very stylish and professional in their job. Special mention to Haidee the very friendly and warm lady at our check in. As we are travelling with 2 young children she made extra effort to arrange for toiletries for kids age specific and was very professional and quick with her check in procedure. I thought it was very rare to have hotels with that thoughtful gesture. The hotel room was very neat and clean. Very spacious and happy to have the bathtub and a sofa and a small dining table. Minibar selection was very thoughtful too especially the instant noodles. Because of the sample biscuits, we decided to buy more as souvenirs. The hotel has a good indoor and outdoor pool. Very nice setting as well. The gym was good too my husband went to use it it was 24 hrs. The hotel was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was also convenient to get to Macau central by hopping on the public bus 26A just outside the hotel. There’s a good range of food choices from food court to mid and high range restaurants. There’s shopping for everyone and kids arcade to entertain the kids. Just moments before we check out thankfully the Golden reel was opened just in time. We had a pleasant surprise. We managed to catch an impromptu performance by the performers rendition of Michael Jackson. All in all you can just spend the whole day at the hotel without stepping out. Thank you very much for the experience and special mention to Haidee she did a wonderful job. Well deserved. Highly recommended hotel. See you again!
GGuest UserRoom is clean, big, tidy. Breakfast is good and time is longer than other hotel. Bathroom have extra credit because it is really big. Room is at 17 floor but the view is nice. The hotel location is a bit out of central but the train station is just nearby and can easy to go most of the visiting point. Will stay again if the price is right.
AAnonymous UserThe period we travelled is very crowded as there are many concert happening. The hotel overall is good but don't understand why there are no seats available for elderly people to sit while we check in. Poor elderly have to stand almost 2-3hrs while waiting for check in. Hope hotel should review it.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is simply unparalleled. It is located in the center of Macau, providing unparalleled convenience. Whether you are a business traveler or a tourist, hotels located near major attractions, commercial centers, and public transportation are an ideal choice. What impressed me most was that I could easily and quickly reach the must see attractions in this city.
The hotel is brand new. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness is evident. From clean sheets to spotless bathrooms, every corner of the room has been meticulously cleaned. Room service personnel deserve special mention as they are committed to ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for guests.
One of the most prominent features of this hotel is its stunning infinity pool. The scenery of the swimming pool is breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of the city skyline. This is an ideal place to relax after a long day. The swimming pool area is well maintained, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and a peaceful atmosphere, adding fun to overall relaxation.
Daniel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for my stay, providing valuable insights into local attractions and dining options. He actively resolves any questions and ensures smooth check-in and check-out procedures, which is truly commendable.
I must say that the hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple aspects. My accommodation at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel was simply fantastic. The superior geographical location, spotless cleanliness, luxurious infinity pool, and excellent service from Daniel and other staff make this hotel the first choice for anyone visiting Macau. I strongly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.
GGuest UserThe room were clean , we are initially given smoking room . But becos of the strong smoke smell we requested to change to nonsmoking room . Which they also immediately change for us .
The bed were comfortable and was given baby cot for my young infant
The hotel lobby was so nice with bear and stuff for kids to take photo and play
The hotel building comprises of the highest floor named loccaitane Maison . Very nice smell and comfortable
AArina EgorovaI liked the hotel, good reception service, friendly staff. The room was clean, there was one jar of bath salt for free, it pleased me. The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, you either need to take a taxi or walk 25-30 minutes to the streets with restaurants. But despite this, the view from the window is very beautiful. There was one moment that disappointed me a little, when cleaning the room, the maid put one torn set of a bathrobe and the next day did not replace it. I had to look for her and trying to find her and ask to change it to another one . Thanks to the staff that even at 5 a.m. they helped to call a taxi and helped with the suitcases . On my next trip, I would stay at this hotel again
GGuest UserOur check-in with the help of staff 趙嘉敏, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us.
When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after
While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management.
Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in.
She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.
CCarlitos TravelsIt's classical looking place, the amenities were good. However the service was poor, we asked to help us book a taxi from the ferry, they concierge told us there would be plenty of taxis at the ferry port, this was not true at all.
GGuest UserI left my silver ring in my room and checked out.
The room cleaning staff found it before I realised and informed me immediately.
They then stored it at the hotel for six months.
Above all, I was impressed by the hospitality of the staff, who gave the guests peace of mind。
Thank you so much for all your help。
