Very Excellent! The room was large and tidy, any other facilities were also of high quality

I had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly.

It was in a great location being minutes away from the train station, city centre and the arena so would definitely recommend if that is what you are wanting. It was clean throughout but in areas could have done with an extra go over, although the service provided was brilliant, always someone at the desk to help and very helpful also. The only thing my partner and I picked up on is that the amenities wasn't all that good, for the price of the stay there could've been more. But overall it was a good hotel to stay in.

Very, very poor hotel. Old, desperately in need of refurbishment and soul less. Not really near the centre of Leeds and expensive NCP parking. Can’t think of anything to recommend the place.

I was afraid of noise, so I noted that the room needed to be quiet. The front desk chose a room that was not facing the street, which was great. The bed was relatively large, the heater was very warm, and the room was quite spacious. No one cleaned the room after staying for a week. The location is great, close to the city center, and there is a Chinese restaurant next to it.

The shower water in the bathroom was all over the floor, the heater shut down automatically, there were a lot of hairs on the quilt, it felt like the quilt hadn't been changed, and the overall hygiene felt not that clean.

The breakfast was okay and the location was first-class. Unfortunately, the bathroom equipment was poor. There was no air pump, no cup, and the shower head was not powerful enough. There was no hair dryer, which was very poor.

Excellent service and excellent staff. Pat, Tony, Dylan and Peter all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Clean, spacious, comfortable stay in central leeds Would recommend especially for visiting the arena

My toilet was slowly leaking water into the toilet bowl constantly, this caused the toilet cistern filling every 5 minutes 24hrs a day. I had this for 4 nights, each morning reporting this to reception, who told me that 2 other guests had complained about the noise coming from ‘a’ toilet. With me telling them that it was mine, they could have moved me to another room and isolated the water to my room until the problem was fixed, but that didn’t happen. I hope the problem was fixed because I’m there again next week!
