Good location but air conditioner and microwave didn't work.

The facilities are great. There is nothing lacking. It is well equipped with utensils for eating, so it is very convenient to go there. However, I didn't receive a check-in email, so it took 3 hours to open the entrance. I solved it well with the help of a kind person named Do-gil. Since it is an online check-in, you need to check your email and check your key number before arriving at the hotel. Unless you want to wander outside like me.

Hi, despite Benny's best efforts in Berlin, I was NOT able to complete the stupid check-in procedure with my cell phone. Only a nice man from the restaurant helped me with his mobile phone, which took about 1 hour. Turns out I was using the Mi browser and not Chrome!!!! In addition, I had no internet on the way and only got the check-in data from Benny. So much too late!!!! This impersonal, anonymous check-in procedure is just annoying, not customer-friendly and time-consuming!!! I will only book another hotel with a human at the reception!! What would have happened if I hadn't got human help??? Was I then allowed to sleep in the foyer? Otherwise the room was okay. Only no drinks etc. were refilled.

Great hotel, great rooms, easy check in! Availability for questions great! I would have liked to have had a "swiffer", a vacuum cleaner or a large broom to be able to do something between cleaning (was in Numa for a week)😊

En recepción hace falta porque la gente no puede llamar al teléfono por sordo, cuando llega pronto como puede dejar maleta para ir a dar una vuelta un turismo. Un apartamento está muy bien y cerca en metro

Reasonable price, big room/ apartment with sufficient space and even its own kitchenette. Room was clean and breakfast was included in my booking (there is a cafe right on ground floor with a good selection). There is no reception though which means you need to rely on their responsiveness via WhatsApp. In one case the panel for entering the code to the hotel did not work so I had to write them but they responded promptly and make sure I made it back in. Overall good value for money

This accommodation is receptionless! After booking one should receive an email with access pin to get into the hotel. We didn't get this email. On arrival we were surprised that one could only call a number to get assistance. However once we explained the problem of the missing email, instructions were given and we could get the room no. and pin and into our accommodation. A bit stressful, as we hadn't been aware to look out for the email in the first place. - Once we got over this hurdle, the stay was great, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, modern room with complimentary beers and lemonade waiting for us. Everything was clean, only the bathroom bin was still stuffed from the previous occupants. But then, the soap, shampoo and conditioner were glorious!

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern auf der Durchreise und haben eine nette Unterkunft für eine Nacht gesucht. Bei der Ankunft um 22 Uhr standen wir erstmal 20 Minuten vor der Schranke, weil die Erklärung zur Öffnung der Schranke völlig unverständlich war. Nachdem das Auto entladen war und wir den Innenbereich betraten, roch es bereits muffig. Dann im sehr alten Aufzug waren die Türen sehr verdreckt. Die große Überraschung erwartete uns dann im Zimmer: Urinflecken auf der Klobrille, ekelhafter Geruch im Bad und Zimmer vermutlich wegen dem Abfluss und Schimmel in der Dusche. Das Schlafsofa war eine echte Zumutung und erinnerte an ein Sofa aus der Studentenverbindung, was Generationen überstanden hatte. Wir haben am nächsten Morgen unsere Sachen gepackt und waren um 8 Uhr raus. Mein Fazit: einmal Numa und nie wieder.

Eine fast sehr gute Unterkunft mit einem ansprechenden Frühstück. Das digitale Konzept passt. Einen deutlichen Punkteabzug gibt es in Punkto Unterhaltung. Der Smart Fernseher verfügt über keinen Netflix oder Prime Zugang, der HDMI Zugang war totgeschaltet und auch die IPhone Spiegelung funktioniert nicht. Also alles andere als Smart. Wenn sich das einmal ändert, kommen wir gern auch mal für länger zurück.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, el checkin automático funcionó perfectamente y nos dejaron entrar antes tal como pedimos. Bien situado cerca de una estación de tren y al lado de autobuses. Muy amables y atentos el personal de la cafetería. Un apartamento muy tranquilo y con mucha luz
