Thank you Noku, for the exceptional experience, service and all the lovely attentions to make our stay unforgettable. The island and resort are spotless; everything is clean and well-thought-out. The overwater villas are beautiful, spacious, and super well-designed. All the teams are super friendly and polite. Everyone is so nice and want to ensure we have the best vacation.

We recently stayed at Water Villa 41, and while the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, our overall experience was somewhat mixed. The staff, particularly Vinu from security, went above and beyond to ensure our safety, especially during an incident at sea. Vinu's quick response and help were truly appreciated, and we are grateful for his dedication. However, there were some areas where the hotel fell short. The service was not consistently excellent; for instance, the GulfCare escort took a long time to arrive, and there was no food service available. Additionally, our island assistant was absent due to training new staff, which left us without the support we needed. The food quality was also not up to our expectations. On the other hand, the activities, such as the sunset fishing cruise and the marina experience, were truly amazing. The airplane trip was less efficient, as we spent two hours in the lounge before departing, which felt like wasted time. Despite these issues, some staff members, like Naseem, Marjorie, Manu, Sujata, Dhanish, Sandra from the spa, Roskan, and the exceptional pool staff, really enhanced our stay with their warmth and professionalism. Overall, while Noku has potential, there are areas that need improvement to match the high standards of service and quality that guests expect.
