The hotel was a bit dated but the rooms were large and comfortable. There was an issue with water pressure during my stay, and they had made ample announcements around the hotel. The breakfast buffet was SO busy and most things were empty around 9am already, I ultimately decided to skip the included breakfast and get something to eat outside of the hotel. The location was fantastic and the sea view from the rooms are unbeatable. A great sunset view!

Overall out stay is very comfortable. Spacious, tidy but some amenities a bit old but still functioning well. Very content with our stay this time. Staff was great. Mini bar could use some more drinks other than coffee but they give free fruits so doesn’t matter.

A large, stylish hotel in a convenient location. Receiption was efficient. Standard rooms are spacious and comfortable. We'd booked double bed but only twins available - this was soon fixed by remaking the beds together. The buffet breakfast was varied and tasty. Enjoyed our two nights there and already booked for our return to KK in the near future.

Hotel is located near Imago KK, good place to stay at. Many food around the hotel as well and travelling to town only takes like few minutes which is very convenient.

I think this a good hotel for 4 star hotel. Changed my room from double single to king bed and the employee really helpful & have a good manner. Recommended!

We booked 4days 3 nights. Everything is good. Only few things to be considerate. 1. Parking lot is quite narrow tbh. But safe anyway. 2. Second night we smell very strong smoking smell from the other connect room. But end up settle immediately. Very responsive.  3. Breakfast not much variety. Only until 10am. But convenience at some point. 4. Floor stepping sound is very easy to be heard. Even outside the room.  5. The hall way to swimming pool is very mouldy. Smells unpleasant.  Conclusion. Everything is good. With this price that’s what we can get.

Good location for traveller and family. Value for price suitable for family members.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with warm smiles that made the stay even more pleasant. While the hotel is a bit dated and the carpets showed noticeable stains, it still provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall. The location was a standout feature, being highly strategic and conveniently situated right across from the venue for KKCD 2025, which was an amazing opportunity to attend. I truly appreciated the convenience and hospitality during my stay.

going here for a pool but the pool is in maintenance but everything is okey & very satisfied with the hotel 😊 will repeat again. 5min walking to CP and 15min walking to imago

Near to almost everything there. Recommended. Easy to access. Friendly staff.

Booked for Queen size bed. But was given twin bed. Called reception and they told room fully booked. Had to accommodate with combining two single bed together. Not really worth the value.

it was a busy week when we stayed. just a normal transaction from the staff. nobody connects us for the entire week.

Our room was very spacious and the view was magnificient, we can see the sunset from the room.

This hotel totally awesome place to stay with friendly front desk staff, comfortable bed to rest, nice amenities to use while staying, delicious breakfast with various menu to choose. But it is nicer if check in progress can be shorterned. Waiting time for check in process a bit long compared to other nice hotel. But good thing is, safety deposit is not mandatory here compared to other hotel in KK.
