Hotel with a great location, clean, nice breakfast and friendly service !!

整體服務都很棒。房間很乾凈，前台的工作人員非常熱情。靠近一個商場，可以去購物或者吃飯。每天人都很多。

Adorei que é um hotel pet apesar de não ter levado um. O café da manhã de fim de semana é até 12h. Quartos limpos, mas faltou sabonete e toalha de mão.

O ponto positivo do hotel, ao meu ver, é a localização que apesar de não ser no centro da cidade fica em anexo ao shopping, isso é seu grande diferencial. O chuveiro, sinceramente, horrível! A água espirra para todos os lados menos em você... vergonhoso. Toalhas muito gastas! Outra coisa que foi muito desagradável, mas eu sei que não é culpa da administração do hotel, foi que na janela do meu quarto ficavam urubus!! Não pude abrir a janela, pois eles ficavam ali durante horas e mesmo depois que eles saíam não me sentia segura em abrir a mesma... chegou a ser hilario essa situação. E por falar em janelas, estavam muito sujas. Na recepção e áreas comuns tudo limpo e organizado, mas dêem uma atenção especial aos quartos, pois não tive uma boa impressão.

Não foi informado pela recepção do horário do café da manhã. Entramos no restaurante as 9:50h. As 10:00h a funcionária do hotel retirou o buffet do café da manhã, ignorando totalmente nossa presença. Absurdo, grosseria e desrespeito ao cliente. Valor por pessoa do café: R$33,00
