I was a little unhappy as when I arrived they could not help me with a top floor room. I was on the 2nd floor. When I entered the room there were a lot of mosquitos. I connected the mosquito machine but it did not help. The carpet was not in a good condition. Some of the plugs under the TV are not working so it was inconvenient when I wanted to charge my laptop. The TV only worked for a short time and then it displayed a Grey screen. It was also very noisy in front of my room late in the evening and early morning. The remote of the TV also did not work.

The security staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, taking care of every detail throughout our stay. It truly felt like a 'princess treatment' where we didn't have to worry about a thing. The concierge was also exceptionally warm and meticulous. Noticing we had a child, she proactively offered kids' toothbrushes and slippers. Concerned that the children's slippers might be too small, she thoughtfully provided an extra pair of adult slippers as well – the attention to detail was outstanding. The restaurant experience was excellent, with an elegant ambiance and attentive service. The menu saw small updates daily, so eating there for multiple days never felt repetitive. They even included a beautifully decorated latte art yogurt, which was not only adorable but also delicious.

An absolutely wonderful hotel! 1. **Excellent service, a definite highlight!** The staff helped me send a package and even unlocked the door for my elderly parents. They also have self-service laundry facilities, which is a huge plus. A big thank you to all the front desk staff and the lady who was responsible for checking the rooms. 2. **Fantastic location!** It's right next to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, just a traffic light away. 3. **Private parking available**, which is incredibly important. The Home Inn next door doesn't even have a car park. 4. **Newly renovated** with a well-designed room layout.

I stayed for four nights, and the front desk even upgraded my room for free, which was excellent value for money. The mattress and pillows were just right – neither too soft nor too hard – so I slept very comfortably. All the staff were very polite, and the mini-fridge drinks were replenished daily. The breakfast wasn't lavish, but it had the basics like noodles and bread, enough to satisfy simple needs. The hotel is located on Central Avenue, near Zhaolin Park. It's not super close to the subway station, but there's a bus stop nearby, and ride-sharing services are convenient. The only downside was that my room was quite close to the adjacent folk music bar and staff work area, so I could hear music playing and loud conversations at night.

I brought my child to Harbin for university, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's super close to Central Street, the cathedral, the riverside, and the famous local market, making it very pleasant to explore on foot. The hotel rooms are clean, the service is attentive, and the breakfast is good. We also noticed many foreign guests staying here. The only drawback is the lack of hotel parking. If you're driving from out of town, you'll need to find your own parking. The parking lot under the hotel charges 73 yuan per day. Nearby parking is 7 yuan per hour, so parking is quite inconvenient.

The room was spotless, and the bedding was comfortable. The doorman and butler service were excellent, very warm and attentive. The butler helped with our luggage to the room and explained how everything worked. My child really enjoyed the breakfast set, and the other options were good too. While the variety wasn't huge, the taste was delicious. Afternoon tea was also nice, and the late-night wontons were tasty. We even received a farewell gift when we left. I was a bit hesitant at first after reading some negative reviews, but I'm so glad I booked this place. My child loved it, and I'm very satisfied! Thumbs up! 👍

It's quiet despite being central, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. There's a bus stop right outside, and taxis are easy to get. Service: Superb and very enthusiastic. They helped us with our luggage when we checked in, and if we needed anything after checking in, a quick call to the front desk would have it delivered in minutes. We could store our luggage after checking out, and they personally saw us off into our taxi, even giving us a big bag of souvenirs (forgot to take a picture!). Harbin was definitely worth the trip, I'll choose this place again next time! 👍

The silent door of Yuyin is really a plus, and it is completely undisturbed to rest in the downtown area. The lighting design of the room is very careful, and the reading lighting line is soft. The self-service laundry and drying equipment is very new, and you don't have to worry about changing laundry when you travel. The staff service is very good, will not be overly disturbed, and the demand response is very fast. The overall is a low-key and beautiful new Chinese style, living loosely, next time you come to Harbin, you will choose here.

Harbin in summer – you get what you pay for! The day before, I stayed near Central Street; that hotel wasn't cheap but it was small and damp, and had virtually no facilities (not throwing shade, just a comparison)... The next day, I decisively moved to Mercure! Oh my god, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed! Location: It's not far from St. Sophia Church and Central Street. Harbin Museum is right across the street, and it's close to the river, so you can walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower or the Middle East Railway Bridge – all the must-see spots are within a leisurely stroll. Facilities: The lobby isn't huge, but it's comfortable and well-designed. The room layout is sensible, with a walk-in closet, a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, electric curtains, and a Dyson hairdryer. The laundry room, gym, and restaurant are all on the 3rd floor. Hygienics: Perfect score. Service: Extremely satisfied. The staff are all very enthusiastic and polite. The front desk receptionists are particularly patient; besides basic check-in services, they patiently chatted with a guest who was constantly talking, engaging in genuine conversation back and forth. Double Lobby Buffet Afternoon Tea: A big plus, very popular with seniors and children. Warm Midnight Snack: Different snacks every day, highly recommended. You pick them up at the front desk based on the number of people in the room. Fingertip Fun, Creative De-stressing Perler Bead Activity: My child was obsessed with Perler beads, so I booked it without hesitation! The only minor issue was that some bead colors were out of stock; it would be best if they could be replenished promptly. Also, the space felt a bit cramped. For a hotel of this caliber, it would be more appealing to guests if they had a separate room for children's activities.

Although the room is a bit dated, it's very clean. The location is truly excellent, very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, and there are many restaurants within walking distance, which is super convenient. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly.
