This hotel is right next to the beautiful Songhua River, so the location is fantastic. Subway Lines 2 and 3 are directly downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were really welcoming; they upgraded us to a king-size room for free and gave us detailed information about local tours and things to watch out for. The concierge ladies were always smiling and patiently helped guests adjust dresses and take photos. There's a free afternoon tea with a good variety of options. The security staff, who charmingly announced 'Princess, your carriage awaits,' were very proactive in assisting guests, offering thoughtful care and help. Overall, our stay was a truly wonderful experience.

It's been a long time since I've been back to Harbin. This time, I came back to my hometown to drop off my child for school. It felt both familiar and new. I searched for a hotel for a long time, and I'm genuinely impressed with this one. The front desk lady was exceptionally meticulous and provided excellent service. The room was also very clean and hygienic. When I was leaving, it was raining outside, and she proactively helped me carry my luggage to the car. It was incredibly thoughtful.

The room was excellent, and parking was available. It felt like a high-end hotel. I booked a windowless room, but the front desk upgraded me to one with a large window. They even offered afternoon desserts. The value for money was exceptional, and the style was unique. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It's about a 10-minute walk to Central Street and St. Sophia Church, or just a short taxi ride for the minimum fare. Getting anywhere was super convenient, and it was very quiet. This hotel is super close to Central Street, Red Brick Street Morning Market, and St. Sophia Cathedral – all within walking distance. The front desk service was excellent! I went to the morning market around 6 AM and asked the front desk and housekeeping staff if they could dry my clothes while they were in the washing machine. When I got back from shopping, my clothes were ready, so I didn't have to wait around at the hotel. Last night, I checked in at 11 PM, and an auntie even brought some fruit, which was a thoughtful touch. There are also other free drinks available in the hotel. The room and bathroom were spotless, and they even had a Dyson hairdryer. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit!

It fully meets four-star hotel standards. As a brand under the Accor Group, the hotel aims to cultivate a sense of belonging for guests, making them feel right at home. The hotel truly achieves this. Upon check-in, the front desk staff, a lovely young lady and a handsome young man, were incredibly friendly with warm smiles (see picture). Their lively tone and pleasant voices were infectious, instantly putting me at ease and washing away the fatigue of a three-hour flight. The hotel's location boasts perfect timing and geographical advantage. Just a few steps to the right of the hotel is Harbin's landmark, the world-renowned Byzantine-style Saint Sophia Cathedral. There are multiple bus routes and Metro Line 2 nearby, making it extremely convenient to reach all attractions. Right opposite the hotel is the Harbin Drama Theatre, setting a wonderful artistic ambiance. The room is spacious and bright, with all indoor strip lighting in warm tones and just the right brightness. This far surpasses some five-star hotels in Japan. The round table and the high-back sofa are incredibly comfortable and inviting, creating a fantastic atmosphere in the room. Whether you're relaxing quietly or lost in thought while reading, you'll feel utterly at ease. The towels are thick and soft, and the bed linen and room details all contribute to a top-notch stay experience. The female cleaning staff on the 20th floor was diligent and meticulous, always greeting me politely. Since I didn't know her name, before checking out, I deliberately left a few words of thanks on a sticky note on the round table in the room. She truly deserves a five-star rating!👍🌹 The hotel has four elevators, but only two are dedicated to guest use, which felt a bit slow. I wonder if there's any possibility of renovation to add more? However, the biggest drawback, in my opinion, is the position of the toilet paper dispenser in the restroom; you have to reach back with your left hand to get it, and it's very prone to falling to the floor. If this could be changed, wouldn't it be even more perfect? In conclusion, I believe a comprehensive rating of 4.8 is well-deserved, and I would certainly recommend it to friends and family visiting Harbin.

The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!

Only someone very familiar with Harbin would understand how wise it is to choose a hotel near Daoli Vegetable Market and Saint Sophia Cathedral. The hotel is located at a quiet corner of a main road intersection, making transportation incredibly convenient. Turn left, walk one block, and you're at Daoli Vegetable Market. Turn right, and you're at the very end of Central Street. Getting to Daowai or Qunli by taxi only costs 7-9 yuan. My favorite part of the hotel is the laundry room. I love to shop 'til I drop in every city I visit, and being able to wash and dry my new clothes right after buying them means I can wear them during my trip. The laundry room is also my moment of healing and recovery after a long day of exploring. After a tiring day of sightseeing, many times I just want to return to a comfortable hotel room, order takeout, and fully enjoy some downtime. The gym also has basic facilities, and best of all, no one was ever there when I used it! So happy! The hotel staff were all very attentive to guests, and during breakfast, they actively asked if we needed anything. Upon arrival, they even helped us with our luggage. For this price, in such a prime location in the heart of the city, this hotel truly offers unbeatable value for money! It was one of the most pleasant aspects of my trip. I come to Harbin for a week-long vacation every year, and next year I'll definitely be back at the Vanli to experience another relaxing and comfortable stay!

Harbin Grand Mansion 1903 truly exceeded my expectations! The century-old Russian-style architecture exudes an incredible ambiance. Its location is superb, right on Central Street as soon as you step out, and just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral. The most impressive part was breakfast, served in the century-old underground wine cellar, which was absolutely full of ceremony. Especially the Russian salmon and black tea were top-notch, and the fruit and beverage selection was also extensive. The service was attentive, and I even got to experience the old elevator, haha. The room was retro, exquisite, and elegant, and the bedding was comfortable. If I ever visit Harbin again, Grand Mansion will be my first choice. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located right on Central Street, within walking distance to Saint Sophia Cathedral Square and the Songhua River Cableway. The front desk staff were very friendly. There were quite a few Russians staying at the hotel, making it feel like Moscow... Harbin is a beautiful city, not only boasting more European-style buildings than Shanghai, but also having Siberian tigers and giant pandas. The only downside is the terrible condition of the roads, full of potholes and uneven surfaces, it's hard to describe. Also, drivers here drive like they're charging into battle.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's only a few minutes' walk to Central Street! We probably arrived too late. There was no bellboy, and dragging our luggage up the steep slope at the entrance was really tough. The suitcase was heavy, the slope was steep, and I even scraped my hand. 😓 This definitely needs improvement. I mentioned this to the staff when we entered, and they didn't even react. 😓😓😓
