The rooms are spacious, and the facilities for families with children are very thoughtful. The service is attentive and detailed; they proactively upgraded our room type. After an unpleasant experience at my previous hotel, I was really touched by the enthusiastic staff here. They showed me a room and then helped me compare it with another family room, recommending the cheaper and more value-for-money triple family room. The hotel's breakfast is definitely the highlight; the variety is absolutely amazing! It's a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western options, catering to different dietary habits from both northern and southern regions. Staples like noodles, steamed buns, corn, pumpkin, and rice are all available. Western breakfast items like desserts, waffles, small cakes, and bread are also plentiful. Even staying for two days, the selection changed, and the juices, coffee, milk, and soy milk (original, grain) were all so complete! A wonderful Harbin trip starts with a delightful breakfast!

I highly recommend staying here. While the hotel is a bit older, the decor is excellent, and the design is very refined. There were quite a few guests staying as well. The breakfast is highly recommended, especially the sauerkraut dumplings – they taste very authentic. They also had sauerkraut with boiled pork slices (Suan Cai Chuan Bai Rou). The snowflake patterns on the carpet at the entrance show the hotel's thoughtfulness towards its guests and its original intention to promote Northeast China's ice and snow culture. However, for those traveling by car, I'd advise caution as parking spots in the front lot are quite limited. Otherwise, no complaints.

This time for my trip to Harbin, I chose this Ji Hotel, and my experience was absolutely fantastic. The location is its biggest highlight. It's just a short walk to Harbin Railway Station, and the airport shuttle bus stop is right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient whether you're catching a train or an early morning flight, without having to worry about finding a taxi or traffic jams. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making daily meals and shopping very easy. The hotel's signature white tea scent is very relaxing, and the minimalist, Zen-inspired wooden decor is simple and comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were enthusiastic and patient, providing detailed answers to all my travel route inquiries. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing exceeded expectations – I could sleep peacefully even though it was facing the street. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water came out quickly with stable pressure, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent. The large desk was convenient for some temporary work. The facilities are well-suited for business travelers; the self-service washer-dryer solved the problem of laundry while on a business trip. The breakfast spread was rich, with a variety of hot porridges, pastries, and side dishes that were fresh and delicious. The overall environment is quiet, and the service details are thoughtful, offering outstanding value for money. Whether for leisure travel or a business trip, this is an excellent choice around Harbin Station. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Harbin, and I highly recommend it to all travelers.

The hotel facilities are indeed a bit old. The first room we were given had inconsistent hot and cold water, making it impossible to shower. We had to buy a basin for takeout to mix water to a suitable temperature for our child's bath. We initially considered changing hotels, but after reporting the issue to the front desk the next day, they moved us to a different room, and we didn't have that problem anymore. After staying a few days, I can say the service is truly excellent; they accommodate every request. We ended up extending our stay for several more days.

Exceeded my expectations! Location: The location is decent, near Harbin Station. Pedestrian crossings in the surrounding area are a bit inconvenient, requiring a small detour, but you'll get familiar with it after walking it once. Facilities: The in-room facilities were sufficient. I was surprised to find a faucet with filtered water – a first for me! While the hotel is over a century old and lacks an elevator, its two floors make this perfectly acceptable. Cleanliness: Very clean, from the hallways to the rooms. Service: My service interactions were limited to check-in, security inquiries upon entering/exiting, and check-out. The overall management felt like an old-fashioned concierge service. What surprised me was how few guests seemed to be staying, given the hotel's pleasant environment and good conditions. This is, after all, a historic hotel where prominent figures like Chen Geng and Chen Yun once stayed! I barely saw any other guests during my entire stay.

I originally planned to stay around Central Street when I came to Harbin, but the accommodation prices there were quite high. **Value for Money**: I stumbled upon this recently opened hotel, located in a quiet area, and the price was truly affordable. **Decor**: Upon closer inspection, the overall decor is elegantly designed with clean lines, and the soft furnishings and ornaments show thoughtful touches everywhere, with meticulous attention to detail. The guest room was spotless, with no dust on surfaces, no water stains or hidden corners in the bathroom, and the bedding was dry and tidy. The housekeeping was excellent. Although it's not in the core business district, transportation access is smooth, and the overall stay was peaceful and comfortable. It’s perfect for resting and rejuvenating away from the city's hustle and bustle. This unexpected find was a pleasant surprise and definitely worth recommending.

This is hands down the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. At just over 200 yuan, it's comparable to hotels costing 300-400 yuan in the south. It's one of the Home Inn hotels! We traveled from Guangxi to bring our child to university in Harbin, and also visited Qiqihar and Changbai Mountain along the way. We booked this hotel for those stops too, staying a total of 10 nights! Firstly, the location is superb. It's at the transfer station for Metro Lines 1 and 2, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions later. Directly across the street is the landmark Qiulin Company, and you can easily explore both the underground and ground-level malls. Secondly, the room facilities are complete, clean, and hygienic, with free laundry and drying services. Plus, the lobby on the first floor offers 24-hour complimentary tea, freshly ground coffee, and small snacks. Every day, we'd grab a hot drink before heading out and when returning, which felt really nice! I can't forget to mention the breakfast – the restaurant environment is lovely, and they offer both Chinese and Western options, along with freshly cooked wontons and noodles. We were very satisfied! All in all, hotels at the same price point where we come from can't even compare! And the food throughout our Northeast trip was incredibly authentic, made with real ingredients, and the city sanitation was excellent – highly recommended!
