Qiuguo Hotel (Harbin Zhongyang Street, Songhua Jiangpan Road) Reviews

The hotel is located in the center of tourist attractions, with delicious restaurants and convenient transportation. All staff members provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and free from cigarette smells. Although the rooms are small, they are very worth the price. Hot water is available throughout the stay.

Fantastic location at a great price for this location! Just a 5-minute walk to Zhongyangdajie Metro Station, Hongzhuan Morning Market, and around 11-15 minutes to Sophia Church and Yibin Zhi Jia. The staff at the counter are incredibly helpful and polite, and even the cleaning staff are friendly and considerate. The room amenities are excellent, the bathroom floor made of pumice stones great for foot scrubbing.

Love the location as it’s just next to the Central Walking Street. However, room is a little small. Enjoy the complimentary piping hot porridge provided from 8-10pm and the hot tea at the front desk.

Hotel is clean, well kept and at a good location. Breakfast offers a good range of choice. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The only downside is that other Mainland guests still smoke in the hotel despite there are signs saying no smoking everywhere, which is unfortunate and probably something that is out of control by the hotel. I would still recommend.

Excellent services, very helpful, provided details and guidance where and how take public transport,. Receptionist always answer my needs. Cleaning lady very friendly and breakfast lady helping me by preparing coffee for me whenever I needs. Receptionist allowed me late check-out without extra charge. Location hotel very convenient, close to Zhongyang Street, subway, shopping areas and close to morning food street. Highly recommended for those first time and travelling alone or family.

Last minute reservation as plan schedule has to be rescheduled due to snow storm road closure at Yabuli/Xuexiang. Arrived hotel after midnight and left after a good 5-6 hours sleep. Room rather cramp but good for budget traveller. Clean room and bed is comfortable. Staff was very helpful, super sweet and friendly. Help reserve DIDI to 731 Museum return before fly back to home country. Distance to morning market is within 5-7 mins by foot. Yes! Surely recommended to stay. Happy guest!

Hotel is very near to zhongyang Street which has many shops and foods, and also near to morning market within walking distance. In addition, staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and tidy and our room type bed has massage function which is very nice. Will back again in future when come to Harbin.

The room was compact and exactly what I wanted for 1 person. The best part is that it has no windows and I won't be awaken by the morning sun. Located in the middle of the 中央大街 provides convenience to nearby shops and cafes. The only downside is the location isn't friendly for didi to enter as it's a one way street. However, it's only about 200m away to the main driving street to hop onto your didi.

Excellent location in city center. Staff were fast and helpful. Room was a bit small but otherwise a good place to stay.

Nice hotel! The room was a bit cramped but served its purpose, though keep in mind we did go with the smaller family room. The location was really good though! Close to the metro and Zhongyang St, pretty close to the Songhua River and Sophia Cathedral too. It was freezing cold while we were there but the hotel was always nice and warm and the room even more so as there was also a radiator. Clothing didn’t dry completely so we dried them on the radiator. Sometimes we opened the window for ventilation and some quick cooling. I liked how the toilet was separate from the shower but the shower was pretty cramped. Service was great!! Staff were patient and helpful and always greeted us. Food was pretty good. Highly recommend their hot corn drink. Would recommend for short stays, not long stays.

Family of 2 adults and 2 kids - last min booking - having to stay in separate rooms on same level. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but comfortable. Peak season in Harbin so rooms were expensive. However, location was fantastic, right at Central street.

Very near to main street. Breakfast is very good. Hotel lobby is also inviting. Hotel staff is accommodating and willing to help for your luggages.

My brother and I loved our stay at Qiuguo hotel! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was delicious. It was also very near to a metro stop, and in an area with many delicious restaurants. Service was also fantastic, and the staff even helped us find a nearby doctor when my brother became sick (always scary while traveling internationally)! The only con was that the cell service and wifi in our rooms was sometimes not strong, but this was intermittent and when we ran into challenges we just came down to the lobby and all was fine there. Would highly recommend this hotel!
