The overall feeling is good. Breakfast is not as good as the Four Seasons Hotel opposite.

The overall experience is very good, newer than the four seasons opposite, the service is also warm, and the Italian and American breakfasts are very good

The main price is one expensive, two rooms and two nights for 1.1w💶. Those with children must book a designated room type. Not all room types can accommodate three people. Even if the children do not occupy a bed, they must be upgraded. There are restrictions on the hours the swimming pool is open to children.

It's a very nice hotel. It's tall and spacious. You can get wine and snacks and fruits during your stay. The service is very attentive. The location is also good, suitable for shopping.

Call the manager and ask. Although I'm sorry. I don't feel sincere. He called the employee and said he wanted an apology. say no Then, he told me to be patient because he would give me breakfast for free. Is this really the service of the Bulgari Hotel? The fitness said they gave you a protein shake for free, but when you brought it to the room, they said you had to pay for it,, I called again and asked. said free. There is really no communication between the staff and no communication. The French Paris system that really does the worst job and gets paid a lot.

great service, amazing room, great food. amazing spa. have already book to come back next week! lovated next to paris best of the best hotels such as four season, bulgari stand on its own. the room at this hotel is probably one of my favorite in paris. and it manage to keep a very boutique hotel feel which is perfect. some parisian hotel are very touristy but not here the team is great, the spa is one the reason i keep coming back! give this hotel a try, you will not regret it

Exceptional Valet Parking Serice. I cannot tell you the attention to detail this team executed. I wish I had the name of the guy that helped me today. He ran to help me and couldn’t do enough to assist my team. I’m coming back just to see this guy again and personally thank him. What a member of staff. I will be back ❤️

I made a reservation at the hotel through Platinum Amex travel agency. the hotel asked for a deposit of one daily rate in advance. So, I did it. however I had to cancel the trip. As I had done the reservation through Amex Travel Agency I called Amex to cancel it. Amex reached the hotel to cancel it and confirmed the cancellation was done within the policy time and that we should receive the refund of the deposit. But for our surprise the the hotel sent us email refusing to refund the deposit because Paris was in busy week (their on words) even though they admitted it was with in the cancellation policy time. We are in touch with Amex travel agency until now, however they haven’t been able to solve it. My point here is not to trust Bulgary Hotels policies. They do not respect their own rules and guests.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel service! Consierge service beeing non existent, we requested to book an appointment for us, where concierge simply sent us a link like fill everything yourselves(like i didn’t knew i can do it, but you know consierge service is there to help and save my time) Ok then we sent a complaint to front desk email - no response. Ok then we arrived to hotel, reception greeted us and asked how they can help, explained situation they promised head consierge will ring me. 24 hrs later - still waiting ! Not worth money asked to pay, in Paris much more options for that money and they know what they are doing.
