this hotel was great!! prime location near a bustling shopping street, with quiet surroundings in the night. bathroom is separate and there are two shower heads!! the service is amazing too, we got hot water at the front counter during check in after a particularly cold night.

This is the best hotel my family and I have stayed in China.The family room can easily accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. The hotel toilet is very clean too. It is just a stone throw away from the metro station, which is so convenient. We were also greeted by smiles by the hotel staff. We would like to thank 小张 and 秋风 for their hospitality during our stay there. There is also a big table provided at my floor area for us to dine there. The breakfast buffet was also great! Will definitely book this hotel in future!

Great customer service attitude from the front desk and house keeping staff. Special mention to Miss 袁巧花 of the house keeping team for being proactive in assisting our needs. That is why I took a picture of her name tag so I can mention her here in this review Location: Great 👍! Walking distance to shopping malls, pedestrian shopping streets, and the west lake. 7/11, restaurants beside the hotel. Buffet breakfast included, well worth it at 59yuan because of the numerous selections. Also had buffet seafood dinner that has unlimited famous hairy crab, a wide selection of food at 150 yuan only, shockingly cheap. Enjoyed taking videos of the robot delivering our food ordered from outside the hotel also picture attached

Couldn't have wished for a better stay! ❤️ Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast buffet in a revolving restaurant on the 20th floor. Last but not least, the Friendship Hotel is located in the direct vicinity of both the West Lake and the metro line to both railway stations. Tip: book a room with lake view! I recently stayed at Zhongshan West Lake Hotel Hangzhou, and while my overall experience was pleasant, there were notable areas for improvement. The hotel’s amenities are impressive. My room was well-equipped, featuring a Dyson hair dryer, which was a thoughtful and luxurious touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room’s modern design created a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was decent, offering a selection of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. However, the variety was lacking for a hotel of this caliber. After a few days, the options felt repetitive, and I would have appreciated a broader range to cater to different tastes. Unfortunately, the hotel reception fell short of expectations. While check-in was smooth, the staff were generally unhelpful when approached with queries or requests. On one occasion, I waited over 15 minutes for assistance, only to receive a vague response. This level of service does not align with the hotel's otherwise high standards. To maintain its popularity, Zhongshan West Lake Hotel Hangzhou should focus on improving staff training and attentiveness. With these adjustments, the hotel has the potential to offer an exceptional guest experience.

Check in was a breeze and the reception staff are helpful and speak some English. I was able to extend my stay from two to three nights no problem. The room was bright, clean and spacious with a nice hot shower and robes, slippers ad toiletries all provided. The hotel is easy to find and is in a great location. Very close to Wulin Square Metro and a gentle 30 minute walk to the West Lake. I didn't take the breakfast option but there's a cafe with espresso machine that serves OK coffee. Theonly thing I missed was a safety deposit box in the room but apart from that, the Pagoda was great and I'd happily stay there again.

Hi staff hotel .we have pleasant stay during our 5 day .thank you for good hospitality and friendly services from Front reception to chamber maid. The room are well maintained and good layout .bed linen and towels are quality house brand,.bed are comfortable and we sleep well .the air-conditioning cold and warmer well tuning .Shower bath pressure hot and cold perfect and ..security hotel strict.we feel safe because guest room are only able to access the room level only . For the hotel location are very convenient accessible to from metro station Ding An road exit D line red . Recommended for those travel to Holiday at Hangzhou do check in this hotel .

There isn't word to describe the fabulous stay in qiyupai! More than excellent in all aspects. First, the east meets west interior design is outstanding, love the zen tatami spacious room with a bathtub concept. Cosy living room area with a chinese tea set relaxing couch potato 🥔 experience. Right outside the room entrance is a unique bamboo garden. The service is top notch, too. Conceige offered help to do laundry overnight at free of charge. Really, you will regret not to stay at this premise. Centralized location with night market selling local delicacy and handicraft :]

We really enjoy this hotel stayed. The staff name 小方 go all out to help us on the breakfast issue. Nice breakfast. We stayed in the family room which come with 2 toilets and 1 bath. The family room is big. The hotel free laundry service is a very plus points. Got 5 washing machines and 5 dryers and can monitor from room the status of the machines. Opposite the hotel there is a local market that we visited. Great experience to shop at the local market. Just take note the hotel is Elong(on the building)

This hotel is located next to Chengzhan Metro Station which is very convenient for us to travel around. The buffet breakfast is very nice. It has variety of choices. The room itself is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff especially Alan & Zero helped us a lot during our stay. Will definitely come back here again in the future. ❤️
