They charge an extra (mandatory) resort fee, just for the pool and the beach shuttle. Parking is only with valet and also extra charge. The place is nice, but it has like 500 rooms and just 2 elevators. In rush hour you could be waiting half an hour to get up or down if you are on a high floor. We were in floor 30th, incredible views, but incredible wasted time just because of the limited elevators.

This is the worst place ever! The staff is rude and does not help or communicate. Took an hour for them to check us in. The room is bad 3302, falling apart! The floors are missing sections , the furniture has cat scratches all over it and smells. The sheets are stained. The air does not work! It got so cold in the room that we wore our clothes to bed. Paint chipping everywhere. Elevator does not work all tge time , DO NOT STAY THERE!!! The valet was bad, they started my vehicle and after checking in ( an hour later) it was still by the doors running, I had to shut it off. Nothing was even remotely ok about our stay!

Between the bed sheets were multiple hairs from prior guests. Called room service to change sheets. Then the sheets put marks all over my back I never experienced before in a hotel. Add to that the $30 per day parking fee. No, I won’t stay at this hotel again.

The biggest issue was the elevators. Only 2 elevators for entire building. Long waits, having to take stairs multiple times! tv in living room did not work even after technician came to fix. Kitchen not well stocked. 3 dishes 2 water glasses no wine glasses a broken corkscrew. I would not recommend and would not return.

……very very nice rooms plus got no choice but great view from high level cause in between water. 4 stars cause pool rules. 1bedroom balcony..are great with a Full kitchen. Hotel has pool on ground the resort has it up stars which is nicer but can not use if opposite side, building has 2 lobbies…one on right entering is ground pool on bay pretty nice as well. Across street it’s a busy rd is everything you need to eat shop and fill your kitchen there’s a market there. Beach…the coast is probably 1 mile away. The beachfront is right there at light….go left north your in HOLLYWOOD BEACH area which is niiice….has walkway shops beach right there from walkway to,very nice area…..Go further up 3 miles or 4 your at ft laudurdale beaches….so when leave airport you go south on 1 there’s signs…to rt 858…it’s Hallandale blvd…left and you’ll see towers on your side about mile or so…… one bedroom hard to find so……has balcony too….room was great…big.

We rented a one bedroom suite, room 1604A for Valentines week. There is a nice beach within walking distance and the location of the building is convenient to both Fort Lauderdale & Miami. From the first day the AC was broken and we complained to the owner everyday. He sent a handyman out on day 2 the temperature went to 73 for a few hours then back to 78 to 80 degrees for the rest of the week. The owner did nothing. The elevators for this building are inadequate. There are 2 elevators for 33 floors. They take forever to come. We were forced to use valet parking for $28.00 a day. That’s all that’s available and we got our rental car back scratched & dinged. Our shower tub did not drain adequately. There was not a full accompaniment of tableware and the bed was made with sheets too small for the bed. The traffic noises from the street were very loud and at times it was difficult to sleep because of the beeps and reving engines. We couldn’t really use the balcony due to the excessive noise. The listing for the unit said there was a smart tv. It was locked into a satellite system and couldn’t stream. The internet and phone service was spotty also.

Convenient location. Lovely heated swimming pool and walking distance to Hallendale Beach. Elevators, however, are challenging with only two on 30 floors, and cleaning before entry is substandard, I’m afraid. My host, via Airbnb, for suite 905, provided necessary kitchen material for which I am grateful but was unresponsive to broken dryer. All in all - $$ - limit to willingness to maintain the property. I think it fair to rate as mediocre for price paid. Would not choose to return.

Do not come here unless you wanna spend an hour plus waiting for elevators. 33 floors and 4 elevators in the whole thing, whatever architect designed this place needs their license revoked and this place needs a major renovation. I’m writing this waiting for the elevator and it’s already been almost 30 minutes and that’s absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste your time. Other than the elevators it’s an ok place, they don’t leave any neccesities (shampoo, towels, toilet paper) and when you ask for more they don’t bring it. Don’t waste your time and go literally anywhere else

This place is what I call "lipstick on a pig". Looks great in pictures but once you arrive you will be extremely disappointed. As others said, the view is great, that is all it has to offer. The elevators are the worst I have experienced in 25+ years of travel. On our last day the power went out, it was 92 degrees...5 hours. We checked out and moved to a REAL property. This is not a resort! This is a flop house for very questionable tenants... do not stay unless they pay you $250 per night.

The place itself is a decent place, but the staff and workers like to watch you. it felt like everytime i was downstairs a worker was over my shoulder. Lots of homeless people outside of the building.

I’m gonna make this as easy and straight to the point as possible . Apt 704B Pros: Easy check in process Host Communication was ok Central location (nearby shops , restaurants) Cons: The photos posted online seem to show a luxurious unit with a nice big bathroom and full size shower with a tub. When arrived, we were extremely disappointed to see that the bathroom was completely different and the photos are from a different unit, the size of the bathroom is not even a third of what you see in the picture. The bathing area was a stand up tiny shower .The bathroom is so small that even two people do not fit in there at the same time. The patio was also different from the photos. I booked the unit because of the shower and patio and couldn’t believe when I realized the photos are from another unit! Misleading. The beds are a disaster. These bed frames are upholstery and I’ve never seen bed frames this dirty in my entire life! The sheets were also dirty with different colored stains. Thank god there’s a Walmart right across the street and I was able to walk over and buy new sheets . Hand marks all over the wells. The curtains are broken so good luck sleeping with the sun in your face. Oh, and the vent register was broken, so high five to whoever went up there to break it. The room had ONLY two medium sized towels, one small hand towel one small face towel for a room that advertised to house 4 people . Reaching out to you for extra towels was a whole mission. I was told I would get additional towels out of “courtesy”???? I should use the same dirty towel for 3 days?? When the “towels” arrived they were left outside the door without a sign . When I opened the bag it was 2 tiny hand towels. Overall experience was horrible

I've waited a few months to write this review in case the frustration subsided. It hasn't. Very few amenities listed on the site are valid. The cabanas, food delivery options, beach club and area transportation within a 2-mile radius are non-existent. Bikes are on-site but are very expensive and few are available. Front desk staff could not have been more rude. I was accused of not checking in in-person, even though I did and provided my I.D. to be photocopied and swiped my card for resort fees. I was told multiple times that I did no such thing. I signed a document at check-in stating my reservation dates, however, I was met by security and deactivated room keys 3 days prior to my checkout date as the front desk could not confirm my date and had "re-rented" my room - that i had pre-paid for. I had to provide proof of my dates and never received an apology, just a "you're good to stay." I overheard the front desk staff complaining about the GM to other staff members about the lack of information he collected when he checked me in. Oh, this was all in addition to checking in during an active ****** investigation that had taken place that morning. I made no mention of it as the property can't control what happens there, but I certainly didn't expect to be treated as a criminal myself when I had prepaid several weeks prior. The door handle fell off during my stay, the floor lamp was laying on the floor when I checked in and none of the light bulbs in the lamps worked. There are 2 elevators for the entire 30+ floors and no service elevators. Expect a very, very long wait up and down. Like so long, you have to plan for it when you're coming and going. The on-site coffee shop was not open one single day on time, and some days a couple of hours after the posted 7 am time. The one and only saving grace was the GM who was kind and did call me to hear my experience once I returned home. He offered to offset my resort fees since they covered little to no promised amenities. However, the booking was made through ******* and nothing else could be credited, I was told. I also was chastised by the staff for booking through a third-party. The staff refused to connect me with him or anyone else above them during any of my more than awful experiences.
