Booked this Marriott through Trip.com, and I *have* to commend them on their thoughtful lost and found service! I rushed out during check-out and accidentally left some valuable small personal items in the room. I only realized it much later, so I immediately contacted Shirly at the front desk. The staff patiently verified my information, carefully searched, and quickly located my items. The entire process of arranging for them to be mailed back was handled with such gentle care and attention to detail. They proactively provided the tracking number – the whole experience was efficient and responsible. The housekeeping staff is meticulous and responsible; they didn't miss or discard any personal belongings. The hotel's overall service is truly top-notch. The room's cleanliness and facilities also maintained Marriott's consistently high standards. This experience of getting my lost items back has made me trust this hotel immensely. Their service is warm, caring, and reliable. I will definitely choose them again for my next trip, highly recommended!

I really love Marriott's hotel atmosphere and the five-star service. The facilities are complete and comfortable, including a swimming pool and gym. This time, I also got a complimentary room upgrade, and the package included afternoon tea for two. They even gave us a gift when we checked out, which was a very thoughtful touch.
