The location, view, and service are all exceptional. I fell in love with it after just one stay. Opening the door, I was immediately amazed by the floor-to-ceiling windows and the balcony overlooking Qiandeng Lake. During the day, the lake view is stunning, and in the evening, when the lights come on, the night view is breathtaking. The warm lighting creates a wonderful ambiance, and the bedding is so soft, like sinking into clouds – I fell asleep as soon as I hit the bed. The marble bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, a huge bathtub, and high-end amenities. All the facilities at this five-star hotel are comprehensive, so no need to pack a ton of luggage for business trips. Don't miss the panoramic glass dome pool on the 5th floor, and the fully equipped gym + yoga room!

On a whim, I drove to Shunde and stayed at the Marriott Hotel for the night. I initially thought it might be a bit dated since it had been open for ten years, but to my surprise, I felt completely relaxed and satisfied from the moment I stepped into the lobby until I checked out. The lobby had Marriott's signature fragrance, and the room was clean and tidy. The lake view was beautiful both at night with its sparkling lights and in the misty morning. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring authentic specialties like rice noodle rolls and congee, alongside Western options such as fried eggs, baked beans, and hash browns. Both the front desk and room service were professional and excellent, truly reflecting the high service quality of a well-established five-star hotel.
