POLTTON International service Apartment (Foshan Zumiao Lingnan Tiandi)

The hotel is conveniently located near both Foshan Station and Foshan West Station. Plus, it's super close – just a few steps straight ahead from Exit B of Zumiao Station! Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a mall (Barton City), and right across the street, there's another mall (Lingnan Station NOVA). You can find plenty of food and drinks, and it's great for shopping – super convenient! If you walk past Lingnan Station NOVA to the other side, you'll find a large area called 'Lingnan Tiandi.' It also has lots of food and drinks, shopping, and great spots for photos. It's awesome! The room itself was very spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen, sofa and coffee table, and a desk. The bathroom also had a wet and dry separation. However, there were a few issues: 1. The closet space for hanging clothes wasn't very big. After we hung up our towels, there was no more room for other clothes (I didn't want to hang them on the drying rack on the balcony, but that's just my personal preference; others might not mind using it). 2. The refrigerator seemed to be out of order. There was no cold air when I opened it, and it also had a bit of an unpleasant smell. 3. As we were leaving, I saw a cockroach in the kitchen, but it was too fast for me to take a picture. I reported this to the front desk when we checked out. Finally, since we checked in quite late, we took turns showering in the early morning. While waiting, I wanted to watch TV but couldn't figure out how to operate it. I wanted to ask the front desk, so I added their WeChat, but it wasn't a real person. Any questions had to be communicated through a WeChat mini-program, which Hong Kong people can't even use. In the end, we had to try to contact customer service via Trip.com. They claimed to be 24-hour service, but we didn't get a reply until 8 AM the next morning, by which time we were already getting ready to check out and no longer needed to watch TV. Overall, it's okay for a one-night stay, but it's not suitable for several days or a week.

The location is super convenient; it's just a few dozen meters straight ahead from Metro Exit B. There are several malls downstairs with all kinds of food options. I highly recommend the afternoon tea set at 'Kailongque Ice Room' downstairs – it's a great deal, with generous portions and good flavor. However, 'Hong Dangdang Food Stall' downstairs isn't great; it's poor value for money and the taste is mediocre. The front desk is on the fourth floor. You need your card to access the guest rooms. If you order takeout, you have to go to the fourth floor first and have the front desk swipe the elevator for it to come up. Although, I noticed one elevator might not require this, but the other two definitely do. I booked a deluxe twin room. The balcony has a drying rack, which is handy for hanging clothes. There's a laundry room on the 17th floor with detergent, but I didn't use it. Breakfast is on the fourth floor, but the selection is a bit limited. It's also very convenient to grab breakfast downstairs. The room's fridge works great, but the shower pressure is just okay. Only one of the air conditioners is wall-mounted. The facilities are a bit old, but the service is decent. The only downside was that we arrived at 3:30 PM for check-in and still had to wait for our room. Given the high summer traffic, they should really have more staff for cleaning.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. It's located in the Zumiao business district, which is very convenient for getting around! It's close to all the attractions, and there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. I'm very satisfied!

The hotel room was clean and hygienic, and the transportation was convenient.

Facilities: Excellent and well-equipped. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: The room was great, spacious, and even had a balcony. There are many eateries downstairs, which is super convenient. The subway station is right downstairs, I've never stayed this close to a subway before. It's also just a short walk to Zumiao Temple.
