Narada Resort Shang Hai

Shanghai Disney Resort
Environment: Very suitable for bringing children, the interior design and lobby structure are great, and it is a very comfortable living environment Service: The staff are very friendly and it is convenient to take out food, which can be delivered to your door. Hygiene: No problems found, very clean Facilities: The 4 parks are good for releasing children's energy. The park is very clean, but the indoor park currently does not have as much content as previously reviewed. There are few small kitchen toys that can be played and are a bit shabby. There is only one car in the car theme. None... Boating is no longer allowed in the outdoor pool (I don’t know if it was because of the cold winter that I drained the water or gave up completely. I originally wanted to use the transparent Internet celebrity boat). Summary: Although the park is a bit disappointing, it can still be given 5 stars overall. If you don’t want to eat at the buffet in the hotel, you can also order takeout. There are many takeaways around and they are delivered very quickly. Disney pick-up and drop-off, as well as peripheral sales and stroller rentals, are a very good choice for families with children going to Disney.
Crowne Plaza Shanghai

Xuhui District
There was nothing great about this hotel except the location. The breakfast was so bad that me and my daughter did not even eat anything at all in breakfast from the buffet. They need to upgrade their bathroom amenities. It was so old. The staff was helpful though. Very cozy and nice cafes and bakeries around the street which made our stay easier.
Rezen Retreat(Shanghai Sanjia Xintiandi Tourism Resort)

Pudong International Airport Area
A very, very good stay experience~~~Licheng Villa Hotel in Shanghai Xintiandi Tourist Resort! ! ! In the past, when traveling for business, I usually stayed in five-star hotels of brand chains. This time, because I arrived at Pudong Airport late in the evening, I booked a five-star hotel near the airport, Li Cheng Courtyard! I didn’t expect it, but it was a very surprising and correct choice! ! First of all, the driver waited for more than an hour and a half because the plane arrived late, but the driver patiently and enthusiastically waited until nearly 1:00 in the evening. After checking into the hotel, the service was warm and the rooms were tidy, giving you a very good home-like experience! ! ! I will definitely stay at the Li Cheng Villa Hotel when I come to Shanghai in the future!
Atour S Hotel Hongqiao Center Shanghai

Hongqiao District
The lobby is so beautiful. My husband and I came to Shanghai to watch Jay Chou's concert. We booked this hotel. It has a good location and convenient transportation. The guy at the front desk is warm and handsome. ❤The room is very large, 46 square meters, and it feels like home. I suddenly forgot my name😒. The breakfast is rich and nutritious, and both Chinese and Western food are great! I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Shanghai🏨
ULTRAMAN HOTEL
4.5/51586 Reviews
Dishui Lake and Lin'Gang Area
There is Ultraman inside and outside the room, which is a favorite of children. The hotel also has an Ultraman cinema, which plays Ultraman movies all day long. It rained on the first day, so it is also very good to watch movies. There is a small game room on the third floor. , you can play Ultraman games and catch dolls, but you can't catch any. The buffet restaurant in the hotel is also very convenient. There is also a small hot pot in the evening, which can satisfy the children's desire to eat hot pot and mutton. The hotel is very convenient to Haichang Ocean Park. You can park until 10 pm and put your luggage in the car to go to the Ocean Park the next day.
Artyzen Habitat Taopu Shanghai

Changfeng Park Area
🚘Environment: The hotel is very new and has only been opened for half a year. The location is excellent! A must-choice check-in spot when traveling during festivals, the hotel has a rich and warm atmosphere! 💁🏻♂️Service: I often travel, but this hotel is the only one where I can remember the name of the staff. Max is full of Spring Festival joy, caring and cute, and the New Year’s Eve bonus is a free upgrade to the panoramic suite✌🏻; having a lot of luggage is not a problem, remember to ask for David , helped deliver it to the room in a swish, and placed it in order🥷🏿... These little bits and pieces are enough to prove the hotel's excellent humanized management! 🧹Hygiene: Ken's service is meticulous and he can even call me by my name. The room is very clean and he will also disinfect it after cleaning, so that I can check in with peace of mind. He is considerate in every aspect🫶🏻 Overall, this hotel is not big in scale, but I am very satisfied with the service and cleanliness. I will come again and recommend it to my relatives and friends👏🏻

Tips for Selecting a 5 Star Hotel in Shanghai

Shanghai: Where East Meets West

Shanghai, located on China's central coast, is the country's most populous city and one of the most vital financial hubs in the world. Shanghai's skyline, punctuated by the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower and the towering Shanghai Tower, paints a vivid picture of the city's impressive blend of traditional charm and modern flair.

Journeying to Shanghai

Shanghai's main international airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, offers numerous connections globally. Once there, you can reach downtown Shanghai using the Shanghai Maglev Train, buses, or taxis. For domestic travelers, high-speed trains offer an efficient means of travel.

The main mode of payment in China is usually through AliPay or WeChat Pay. Most places still accept credit and debit cards, but it's wise to carry some local currency (RMB) for smaller vendors. Mandarin is the official language, with Shanghainese also widely spoken. A translation app may come in handy when interacting with locals.

Attractions That Shine in Shanghai

Shanghai is brimming with must-see sights. Walk along the Bund to see colonial-era buildings against the backdrop of a modern skyline. Visit the tranquil Yuyuan Garden, an exquisite example of Ming Dynasty design. The Shanghai Museum hosts an extensive collection of Chinese historical artifacts, and the Shanghai Disney Resort promises fun for the entire family.

Shanghai's Seasons and Apparel

Shanghai has a humid subtropical climate. Summers (June-August) are hot and humid, while winters (December-February) can be quite cold. The best times to visit are autumn (September-November) and spring (March-May), when the weather is moderate. Pack a mix of lightweight and warm clothing to adjust to fluctuating temperatures in Shanghai.

Choosing Your Accommodation in Shanghai

Shanghai offers a wide variety of accommodations to meet diverse traveler needs. The Peninsula Shanghai, near the Bund, offers luxury and proximity to iconic sights. For foodies, The Puli Hotel and Spa is near numerous eateries in the Jing'an District. The budget-friendly Mingtown Etour Youth Hostel near People's Square offers comfort without the hefty price tag. For those seeking Instagram-worthy spots, the Bvlgari Hotel Shanghai with its stunning views won't disappoint.
