The room was just the right size, not too empty nor too cramped with the furniture arrangement, and the color scheme was pleasant. The hygiene was excellent. I stayed for four nights straight and slept incredibly well every single night, without any trouble adjusting to the bed. Perhaps it was the sunny weather every day, or maybe I was just tired from all the excitement, but it could also be that the bed's firmness was simply perfect. A big shout-out to the hotel's service! Every day, they provided eye masks and face masks, which instantly soothed my sun-kissed face. The executive lounge offered excellent meals, so my family, tired after a long day, didn't have to worry about what or where to eat for dinner. The lovely butler, who goes by the adorable name 'Xiaoxiong Wanzi' (Little Bear Meatball), was incredibly kind and helpful. She was always quick to respond to our requests, truly a thoughtful and attentive butler – thumbs up! In Dali, you can choose between guesthouses and hotels, each with its own advantages. Staying at the Pullman Dali truly made me feel no regret about not choosing a lakeside guesthouse this time, because this hotel is a 6-star experience!
