Hangting Hotel Properties in Dali City

The room was quite clean, but the vanity design was inefficient; water easily spilled out, and my toiletries bag either got wet on the counter or there was nowhere to put it. The hotel toiletries were only in a resealable bag, containing just a toothbrush and toothpaste, and there were no hand towels on the vanity! The experience wasn't great! Furthermore, the service was unsatisfactory. After entering the room, I called the front desk and learned they didn't have a crib. Since I have a 2-year-old who doesn't sleep well and I was worried about him falling out of bed, I wanted to upgrade the room by paying the difference. However, they refused the upgrade, saying I had used the vanity (washed my hands upon entering) and sat on the bed, and the housekeeping staff had already left. They said they would change the room and couldn't resell it, and even suggested I book another room. As a regular member of Huazhu Hotels Group, I can understand, but I can't! This outcome was definitely unsatisfactory!

The hotel is located opposite March Street, very close to the ancient city of Dali, just beside the main road, there are many delicious shops around, it is very convenient for travel or shopping, the book bar and tea bar behind the hotel are also very eye-catching ～ The service of the little sister at the front desk, the aunt in the room, and the aunt in the restaurant are warm and thoughtful, and they are always smiling, which makes people feel very warm ～ Breakfast is also a highlight, rich in variety, can fully meet the taste needs of my family and me. I think I will stay here with my family next time!

The waiters were kind and kind. I didn’t even know where I lost my headphones. I had no idea at all. But unexpectedly, the service staff found them when cleaning the room and proactively contacted me and helped me with mail and cleaning. The service staff at the front desk were all inside. The lady is as beautiful as she looks. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail and passenger transportation. It is a good place for transit.

We checked in around 3 PM on January 19th, 2026. A special shout-out to the two young women at the front desk! We were a family of four, and my 8-year-old daughter raved about them. Because we had a large suitcase, they patiently showed us around to see rooms that suited our needs, and then kindly offered desserts and fruit to keep the little one from getting hungry. These two front desk staff greatly enhanced the hotel's reputation. The hotel's location is also excellent, super close to the old town. Highly recommended!

There's a big black footprint right at the entrance. The air is stuffy. It's newly opened, so they should be using the air conditioner to remove formaldehyde. After washing my clothes, the staff said they would dry them for me. When I went downstairs an hour and a half later, my clothes were still in the washing machine, and there was an empty dryer above. Check-in was also quite slow.

This time I was on a business trip and took the opportunity to travel. I spent a long time choosing this hotel. The transportation is convenient, and it is very close to every place I want to go. I stayed on the first floor. Before I checked in, the hotel called to remind me that there might be noise from the roadside and asked if I minded. After I checked in, I found that I didn't hear any noise, but they still thoughtfully put earplugs in the room. In addition, Erhai Lake is just outside the door, and the view is also very cool.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. The service was very good, and I would especially like to thank the receptionist on the afternoon shift yesterday for being incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the facilities were nice and sufficient for a one-night stay. Everything was comfortable and well organized. I will definitely come back again and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
