Make sure to book a sea-view room! You can see Erhai Lake right from your door. I saw a Ctrip review on the high-speed train saying there was construction behind the hotel, so I quickly contacted them to switch to a sea-view room and added an extra bed for an additional charge – a very wise decision! If you don't like staying in B&Bs and prefer excellent service and complete facilities, staying at the Sheraton is definitely the right choice. The service was prompt and responses were quick. The hotel's location is like the 'earlobe' of Erhai Lake, very secluded and peaceful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.
