Edition Properties in Dali City

Overall, the EDITION really lives up to its name – I'm extremely satisfied! I spent a few days at a high-end B&B before this, but for a family trip with kids, B&Bs are definitely hit-or-miss. The staff at the EDITION are incredibly thoughtful! For example, I was wearing a green dress at dinner and mentioned I was cold, and the hotel manager brought me a dark green shawl that matched perfectly! They're not like some B&B staff who are well-meaning but a bit clumsy. Even the staff at the hotel's mini-farm speak English! Tina from the farm and pool, and Tina from the Lan restaurant, were both absolutely wonderful! My baby would run to hug them every time he saw them! The concierge team was also very attentive; there was always someone there, unlike B&Bs where you might wait forever. And PP (not sure if I got the name right) was especially sweet, remembering guests' names and greeting me! If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the playground wasn't open yet, and the outdoor pool wasn't open, plus the indoor pool didn't have a kids' play area.
