和男朋友一起入住啦晉城新開VOCO，由於城區各大酒店滿分，我要他他放棄了鍾愛的國貿，一起入住了voco。之前入住洲際旗下還是忠於洲際特色禮賓多次入住洲際、華邑還有皇冠假日。 為數不多的第二次體驗voco獻給了家鄉晉城。 我一直覺得voco是多以生活化，温馨化，顧客舒適及細節凸顯特色。當然與洲際本牌可能服務上及其設施上會有些差異，但不影響整體的風格和品牌落地的本土化。 那麼作為體驗家，我先説下優點：1.床品很舒適，不比洲際差，能睡出來床墊上是鋪了羽絨墊，男朋友説比上次入住的西安高新洲際床品更舒服，更新。2.房間茶水桌上的介紹卡片推薦大家好好看一下！會有提供各種類似充電器、送房早餐，客房服務以及很多暖心服務，這是其他local給不了的温暖。 2.關於早餐當地化這點我覺得不用多説，這是應該做到的，雖然男朋友説肉丸方便麪味道還可以更精進一點。3.我在入住後撥打服務中心電話，GSC小姐姐greeting講的很好，值得表揚。4.我在前台問詢時戴眼鏡李姓小姐姐（記得不是很清楚了）輕聲細語，服務態度很好，會有親切感和專業性表揚表揚。5.有看到黑人禮兵，但是忘記和他social一下！！6.大堂聖誕樹與時更新的主題很贊，沒有浪費這個資源；看得出酒店團隊的用心。 需要進步的地方有：1.我覺得GSM/DM英語水平可以再提升一些，當然希望下次我喝多可能會説英文，但希望聽到的不是sorry or pls speak slowly…… 2.不要當著客人的麪訓斥員工，會很影響體驗和酒店形象。我在門口等車有一位經理樣子的領導在訓斥禮兵還是安保小哥哥為什麼沒有佩戴呼叫器。fine 我覺得whatever可能會影響他工作，但是不管怎樣沒必要當著客人的麪訓斥員工就算你是GM，而且急色匆匆，妒色庸庸的人Who will follow your lead? 3.禮賓服務個性化，提供開車門，主動問好等服務，畢竟客人第一面是禮賓和安保right？4.我沒有GRO follow up 當然不重要，只是我覺得我的房間可以像其他客人擁有一份水果🍉 5.早餐餐廳可以有領位到桌子詢問咖啡果汁茶，而不是站在那裡連問候都沒有。6.早餐甜品醬料要增加巧克力醬！畢竟會有我這部分小可愛愛喝摩卡。 最後的最後一些小遺憾：1.可以多增加服務性質的與客人交流的頻率，增加顧客親切度。2.酒店沒有泳池。3.這次沒有去體驗lounge…. 其他確實沒有什麼一時半會想不起來了，希望大晉城voco可以越辦越好，璀璨征程。當然希望下一次我入住可以得到welcome cards 還有歡迎果。
