"The location is great - about 8mins walk from train station , 9mins walk to supermarket. You can get the best view from just the balcony in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast option. Enjoyed my entire stay. Would definitely book the same place if I came back again! The only tiny little issue is probably no lift - meaning have to carry luggage all the way up.😂"

"The hotel is in a good location, just 2 minutes walk from the train station. The hotel room is decorated like a log cabin, very authentic, clean and tidy, and the hygiene is very good. It is a comfortable and beautiful log cabin. As soon as you enter, you will feel like you are living in Switzerland. It is very comfortable to stay, and there is a bathtub for bathing. The Jungfrau cable car station is within walking distance, and you will pass many small Swiss hills along the way, where you can check in and the scenery is beautiful. The breakfast is rich, you can bake bread, and the eggs are also hot. The accommodation experience is very good, good reviews."

"I think I have to say thank goodness for the man who works in the front desk, I am so sorry for missing his exactly name, I booked 2 nights in the town and I have had a great time with a upgrade suite room, That is a fantastic view facing the mountains 🏔️ and the views are amazing 🤩 I am so excited for the trip experience in the hotel 🏨, Meanwhile I also thank the man who named Simon For his help and advice 👍👍 The breakfast and the service is the best in my opinion so book it for you and your family , you will get fancy trip 🎶"

"This hotel was very beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. The view was so beautiful, waking up to the view of Eiger is really something else! One of our favorite things was definitely the spa and wellness area, especially the outdoor hot tub. There is just something special about being in warm water and it being very cold all around you. The steam from the hot water was really relaxing. The breakfast was really nice too but for CHF 35.- per person is a bit expensive in my opinion. Overall I can really recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Grindelwald.☺️"

"Great location just 3 mins walk from the train station (Grindelwald Bahnhof) and bus station. Nice and panoramic view from the window. Breakfast was great! The hotel is close to the city, shops, Coop and many other stores. Everything is just in the walking distance and don’t have to walk up the hill. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The family room is quite a good size for 2 adults and 2 teens. It is very cozy and clean. Our room is facing the front and temporary reception area and we can see the Alps clearly. There is a big pigeon hole style cabinet which we can use to place our stuff. The room is organised and not cramped due to this. Breakfast is good enough for us. There is a microwave oven in the Breakfast lounge where you can heat up food and a kettle (no kettle in the room). The only thing we don't like is the lack of door to the entrance of the shower area. Anyone entering the front door of the room, can see someone showering inside the shower area (if any). We had to remind each other to stay out of that area when we shower.."

The lobby and common areas are spacious and comfortable, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the swimming pool and spa facilities are quite impressive."
