Very good hotel with convenient surroundings for travel and shopping. The hotel has a beautiful environment. Friendly service and convenient parking. Many rooms have balconies to satisfy smokers without going downstairs to smoke.

Everything is super clean, friendly service, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pools are in the best order;)

Never stayed in a hotel with such noisy rooms. No noise insulation in walls between rooms. You can follow silent conversation next door. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, super spa. Only one cold beer was available in the restaurant in the evening, but food was delicious. 20 min drive from Katowice centre.
