I generally don't give negative reviews, but this time I was really upset. The experience was particularly bad. On the day of check-in, I arrived at the hotel a little after 9:00 AM. Because it was too early to check in, I stored my luggage and went out to play. Around 3:00 PM, when I returned to check in, I was told they had just booked a client for an hourly room, so they didn't have a room reserved for me. The front desk suggested that my child and I rest in the foot massage room and check me in at around 4:00 PM (the front desk serves as the dividing line between the hotel on one side and the foot massage area on the other, which I only discovered later). Since I refused, the front desk had to open a new twin room for me to rest in (I had booked a king-size bed). I was still satisfied with the hotel's handling of the situation, so when the front desk offered to confirm my check-in on the platform, I agreed. A little after 4:00 PM, I went to the front desk to inquire, and after waiting for more than ten minutes, they took me to a king-size bed room. In a hurry to leave, we dropped off our luggage and left without properly inspecting the room. 🥲 When I returned that evening, I discovered that the room had clearly been converted from a massage parlor. The door had a glass pane, allowing for a glimpse into the room from outside, but of course the hotel had covered it with cardboard. My child and I were the only ones staying in the entire hallway. The other rooms had their doors open, and massage clothes were hanging on the walls. 😖 It was already 9 or 10 PM. I wasn't familiar with the area and didn't want to cause any trouble. Plus, the staff assured me there were security cameras in the hallway. I pushed my chair behind the door, turned on the bathroom light, and prepared to go to sleep. However, until around 1 AM, I could hear the constant sounds of strollers and voices coming from the adjacent room and the hallway. It sounded like someone was giving a back massage in the next room... The soundproofing in the room was terrible. I knew I wasn't the last person to stay in this room. For all of this, I can only give it a poor review.

The environment is really amazing, clean and tidy, the price is reasonable, it was a very comfortable stay, there are many attractions around, you can walk to them, it is very convenient, the front desk service is very good, if you need anything, just call and they will help you solve it immediately. Oh, by the way, parking is free, just scan the parking code at the front desk.

They are very satisfied with their stay. Parking is very convenient and free. They can enter and exit at any time without queuing up to get parking tickets. It is very good for friends who often travel and need to drive in and out!

The room was very clean, with many small touches, and the modern minimalist design was refreshing. The room was fully equipped and new, with a large and clear projection screen. Lying in bed watching a movie at night, I could completely soothe my tiredness.
