Hotel staff is located in a premium estate. A minute walk to the subway and a few minutes walk to the major shopping district. The hotel staff is very professional and serves you well. Rooms are clean and hygienic, towels are safe to use, and the toilet bowl is clean. Although you are paying a higher cost for the hotel, the views and stay is very pleasant

This hotel is a bit old but kept clean and breakfast is not excellent but above average. Location is near 橘子洲 and 五一步行街, one of the places of interest.

The hotel lobby is very small and sharing with other cheaper hotels. Elevator waiting time is very long. We had the suite 2501, on trip.com shows the room size is 88 M2 . But it’s even not reaching the 55 M2. The bathroom is very small without bathtub, there is even no mirror in the bathroom. In the hotel there is no pool, no roof terrace, no garden, no any area you relaxing. It’s not a 5 stars Hotel. Good thing is the employees are friendly and helpful.

If you are used to Western Hotel Standards then I highly recommend you not to stay in this hotel! At first, there is no mirror in the bathroom. I have never experienced this in my entire life or at any hotel. Second, all drainage from the bathroom sink will flow directly into the shower via a pipe. How unhygienic is this?
Third, as there are 32 floors but only 3 small elevators to be used, you need to wait everytime at least 10 minutes until you arrive at your room. And you compete with the countless delivery guys. I will never stay here again.

Customer service was excellent. From the reception to the room service. Everyone is very friendly. Receptionist, waiters, restaurant manager, and even the cleaners will always smile at you. Breakfast was good and value for money.
I had the executive room and it is well worth paying for the extra money. Room was huge and decorations was beautiful. You can even choose the theme of the room. It also has a good view of the river.
It is opposite the fanousb橘子island and also walking distance to the famou walking street.
My second time staying there and this will be my go to hotel in all my future trip to Chamgsha.

This hotel is in a convenient place, close to 5/1 square and pedestrian street shopping area. The breakfast, mostly Chinese style with some western food, is good. The service is very responsive.
The only complaint is that the water in shower drained slowly so the bath room is flooded if we don't end our shower quickly enough. The hotel switched us to another room but we still had the same issue. It appears to be the design problem in the drainage.

Great services: After our clothes were washed and dried in the laundry room, a service lady picked the dried clothes out, folded them, and put them in a bag for us to pick up.
Very good breakfast: many choices, great flavors.
