民宿衞生不錯 ，床單被罩乾淨沒有異味，衞生間的角落都擦得很乾凈，位置也好，離地鐵站步行十分鐘就到，前台服務很好 還給我們免費升級了房型，民宿的狸花貓也是意外之喜，女朋友很喜歡它 雖然當時她狀態很困但在辦理入住的時候看到它的時候一直咪咪的叫它 ，貓貓毛摸起來順滑乾淨，身上沒有跳蚤，一看就是被老闆用心照顧的，對於喜歡貓咪的人來説，下次來長沙還想住這兒擼貓！

非常喜歡這家民宿 ，裝修風格有點偏歐式 ，衞生很乾凈 ，離美食街很近 ，前台小姐姐服務態度特別好 ，調的拿鐵很香 ，走的時候還給我們每人送了一杯拿鐵，貓貓好乖好肥像狸花貓又像橘貓 ！！

這個地方距離湖南大學城很近，曲徑通幽，有點離開鬧市夠的恬靜。
房間乾淨舒適，設施智能，需要可送小零食或是水果。
二層露台有洗衣機，貼心的準備了消毒液，可以晾曬衣服，也可以坐下來喝喝茶聊聊天。
最後一天，老闆多給了幾小時房間逗留，方便了我返程晚行李無處放的尷尬。

不錯的一間民宿，房間挺好，比較乾淨，有陽台，智能馬桶，天貓精靈幫忙開空調、窗簾、開燈，非常方便，有一次性馬桶墊，自己帶的都沒用上，洗漱用品都比較好用，沙宣，舒膚佳，還贈送下午茶，整體比較滿意。位置也行，離湖南大學天馬公寓比較近，到地鐵站、湖南大學德智公寓十分鐘出頭，從麓山南路一個小巷子進去上一小段坡就到了。
