The facilities are brand new, and there's a kettle provided. The accommodation is beautiful, quiet, and spotless. Transportation is incredibly convenient nearby. The headboard features a stylish map design, and it's very close to the subway station, right next to the train station. The guy at the front desk who checked me in was really handsome and spoke excellent English.
Delightful little hotel in a quiet but easily accessible area of Budapest.
Rooms were clean, nice and warm. Heating could be adjusted to your own preference.
Paid for Breakfast consisted of a Coffee of choice and two delicious warm croissants.
There is a private courtyard for Al fresco drinking or chilling out.
Highly recommend to friends and family.
I had breakfast there twice. The first breakfast was great, featuring Hungarian specialties like various sausages and roasted meats. However, the second breakfast was a bit disappointing; the only meat option was sausages, and the specialty meat was replaced with steamed pears, which were tasty but not quite the same.
The location is fantastic, right in the city center. The subway, bus stops, and a mall are all just a few minutes' walk away, making it super convenient to get around.
The cleanliness was also excellent.
My girlfriend and I spent a weekend there. The staff were kind and helpful, the location was convenient, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Excellent value for money!
The apartment complex is located on the corner of two quiet side streets. The nearest metro station, Blaha Lujsa-ter, as well as the Keleti train station, are easily accessible on foot. The new building, completed in 2026, is naturally still in good condition, very clean, and was presumably intended for apartment rentals. The apartments that are currently vacant are being rented out to tourists like hotel rooms. The booked breakfast for two people for two days was already there upon arrival, but unfortunately, the portions weren't very generous and were eaten on the first day. It seems we were expecting two more portions for the following day... Well, a little diet never hurt anyone! What was practically non-existent was the Wi-Fi, which only connected for a few minutes at a time before disconnecting again. The furnishings were rather spartan, which is due to the intended use as long-term rentals – the future tenants are meant to furnish the apartment to their own taste. The fairly large eat-in kitchen, estimated at 25 square meters, didn't feel particularly inviting as a result. The bedroom, with the necessary minimum distance between the double bed and the walls, was very cozy. The bathroom had a shower head built into the bathtub – a real challenge for anyone who showers without flooding the bathroom. The small balcony shouldn't be forgotten; it offers enough space for two people to enjoy the fresh air – and it's also a good place to dry laundry and umbrellas.
Considering the many old, small, and worn-out hotel rooms out there, this is definitely a worthwhile addition, but not preferable to a true four-star hotel.
The hotel is well located close to train station, bus stops, tram and metro lines. We stayed in a great double room. Very comfortable, clean and cozy. Shower was divine! ✨ Breakfast was very good with lots of options both for food and drinks. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I truly recommend staying here :)
This is a new hotel with a fantastic location. It's only a 10-minute walk to the airport bus stop, right in the city center. The toiletries in the bathroom are good, and I liked the smart lighting in the room. The beer at the bar was a bit pricey, but other than that, everything was excellent!
The location is fantastic, with subway and tram stops right outside. New York Café is about a 300-meter walk away.
The hotel description says it has a long history and beautiful, tasteful interiors. The bed was very comfortable and soft, and shampoo and other toiletries were provided, along with two bottles of water.
The value for money is very, very good!
The hotel is high-end, comfortable, and quiet. The room decor is very pleasant, and breakfast is excellent. The service is attentive, proactive, and meticulous. I would definitely choose to stay here again. It's fantastic!
🏨🍳🛏️🌇🚆 After staying in Prague, Vienna, and Budapest, we found this hotel to be the best value of the trip.
The breakfast was decent and runs from 7 AM to 10:30 AM, with probably the best eggs we had during our whole stay across Central Europe. The hotel is very well situated — close to the train station and within walking distance to Old Town attractions, which made exploring easy.
The rooms are quite small, and we struggled a bit to fit all our luggage between the two of us, but the beds were extremely comfortable and we slept really well. Also worth highlighting is the excellent air conditioning in the rooms, which made a huge difference during the warmer days.

MM618100****Boho is a boutique hotel with tasteful design and high service standards. The rooms are stylishly furnished, clean and spacious, and the king bed and large bathtub are comfortable. The location is excellent, the room is soundproofed and it is quiet even in the downtown area. Breakfast is good and the buffet selection is very rich. Our room includes free experience of hotel spa, fitness.
The hotel is very close to the Freedom Bridge. It takes about 7 minutes to walk. Nearby is the university, with the Hungarian National Museum. There is also a delicious pancake fruit shop Hi Bing.
GGuest UserChoosing Amberlyn Suite Hotel for our Budapest trip was the best decision! The location is superb, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet incredibly convenient. We could easily walk to several major attractions and metro stations, and there were tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel's decor is very stylish, modern yet cozy. What truly stood out was the service; the front desk staff were not only welcoming but also offered incredibly professional and authentic local tips. We felt right at home.
GGuest UserThis gem of a boutique hotel was so reasonably priced, and just 4 mins from the Metro & trams. Airport bus pick up/drop off is 10 min walk. The hotel arranged a private minibus transfer from the airport as we didn't land till v late.
The staff are so unbelievably helpful.
The breakfast is plentiful and there's complimentary coffee served all day and someetimes pastries too.
The rooms are spacious and immaculate and beds v comfortable.
Would highly recommend
GGuest UserIt was a very self-service apartment. Although I didn't have any direct contact with the staff, they responded quickly to all my email inquiries. During my stay, which coincided with Christmas, many restaurants were closed, so I took the opportunity to cook in the apartment; the kitchen was fully equipped.
Attending Midnight Mass at a nearby church on Christmas Eve was a wonderful experience. There's a bus stop nearby, making transportation convenient.
SSid RawatEverything was good. Check in was comfortable, we checked in early almost 3 hours before the check in time and they didn’t ask anything. Room was very spacious with comfortable bed. Staff was supportive and helpful. Location 10/10, cleanliness 10/10 room 10/10 good and drinks 10/10, accessibility 10/10.
GGuest UserHotel perfectly located near metro bus airport shuttle, pleasant and smiling staff.
you must reserve the spa to limit the number of people, it is only open from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and clean.
Breakfast not very varied but ok
rather quiet street so I recommend
good value for money
SSiuzanEverything is great.. Next time we will definitely stay here.
The room has everything you need. Washing machine, washing capsules, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, kitchen utensils.. In general, you can live peacefully..
We checked in late at night. The keys to the room were in a small safe with a code. They sent us the instructions for checking in in advance with all the passwords and addresses).
The location of the hotel is quite comfortable..it is not noisy under the windows at night.

JJuli0318Overall
Enjoyed staying at this place. Cozy and safe and located in the centre. easy access to almost all the tourist attractions.
A bit noisy at night but I could rest without any problems.
The hotel entrance is difficult to find. It is between the bank and burger king
Cleanliness
Not sure what kind of daily cleaning was available but I could get fresh towels and I could ask to empty the bin.
They are very nice but I asked to hoover the room, which wasn’t available…
Facilities
Shower pressure is good. Hot water is hot enough to relax.
For the kettle, it is not set in the room. You need to ask at the reception desk.
