The room was as cute as pictured. I stayed for 3 days, but I was bothered by the smell in the bathroom. I don't think the exhaust fan was working. It was fine when showering, but it was a shame that there was a strong sewage smell when I woke up and went to the bathroom or before showering. Also, there are shops within walking distance of the hotel, but after 8 PM, when it gets dark, I felt that the area was less safe compared to the Buda Castle area. The subway and buses were very convenient as they accepted credit card tap payments, but I think it would be more economical for guests staying at this hotel to buy and use a pass. The subway fare was a flat 500 HUF, regardless of distance.

My girlfriend and I spent a weekend there. The staff were kind and helpful, the location was convenient, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Excellent value for money!

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the train station, and New York Cafe is just a 5-minute walk around the corner. It's a 40-minute walk to the city center, passing through Andrássy Avenue and crossing the Chain Bridge to the riverbank. The front desk staff were polite, and a 75 Euro deposit was required at check-in. The room was spacious and relatively clean, and the bedding was good. The shower and toilet were separate. The restaurant's food was quite good.

The location is excellent, with many of Budapest’s main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and public transport options within easy walking distance. The hotel is practical, clean, and comfortable, offering everything you need for a city break without unnecessary extras. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with directions or recommendations. If you’re after good value for money in a convenient location, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Delightful little hotel in a quiet but easily accessible area of Budapest. Rooms were clean, nice and warm. Heating could be adjusted to your own preference. Paid for Breakfast consisted of a Coffee of choice and two delicious warm croissants. There is a private courtyard for Al fresco drinking or chilling out. Highly recommend to friends and family.

The accommodation is close to several supermarkets. It's about a 1.5km walk to catch the 100E bus to the airport. The breakfast exceeded expectations.

This hotel offers an excellent overall experience. The facilities are brand new, and the environment is clean and comfortable, providing a very relaxing and reassuring atmosphere. My recent stay at Bristol Budapest Hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest. I arrived at around 02:00, and despite the late hour, check-in was completely seamless. The staff were clearly expecting me; this made the whole process quick and effortless; exactly what you want after a long journey. The room itself was immaculately clean and very well presented. I appreciated the small touches; like the fridge stocked with a bottle of water, which can be replenished simply by taking it down to reception. The bed was very comfortable, with soft, high-quality linen that made for a great night’s sleep. There was also a good tea and coffee setup in the room; a welcome addition. Even though my room faced the street, I slept with the window open and wasn’t disturbed by noise at all; something that really stood out. The bathroom was spacious enough, with plenty of clean towels and some lovely complimentary toiletries. At one point I needed an iron and ironing board; reception provided both immediately without any fuss; which summed up the efficiency of the service throughout my stay. Breakfast was a real highlight. I had seen some mixed reviews beforehand, but I genuinely don’t understand why. The selection was extensive; covering both continental and hot options. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted great, and was constantly replenished and well maintained. It was easily one of the best parts of my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming; always with a smile. That level of hospitality made a big difference. Overall, this is a solid and reliable option for anyone visiting Budapest; I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Facilities: Excellent, has everything you need. Cleanliness: Excellent, spotless and tidy. Environment: Excellent, bright and comfortable. Service: Very good, fast and attentive. The hotel is located in the city center of Budapest, near a main road. A few hundred meters north, there's a square with supermarkets, McDonald's, and a subway station. This is essentially a serviced apartment hotel, with a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, oven, and microwave, making it very suitable for business travelers. It offers great value for money; you'd be hard-pressed to find better facilities at the same price point nearby. Do note that some rooms have washing machines while others don't, so if you need one, communicate this in advance. Also, there are large gaps in the corridor railings and floor on the hotel's upper levels, so guests with children should be careful. Overall, highly recommended; I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

Everything is great.. Next time we will definitely stay here. The room has everything you need. Washing machine, washing capsules, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, kitchen utensils.. In general, you can live peacefully.. We checked in late at night. The keys to the room were in a small safe with a code. They sent us the instructions for checking in in advance with all the passwords and addresses). The location of the hotel is quite comfortable..it is not noisy under the windows at night.
