Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent. They even provided alcohol disinfectant and disposable toilet seat covers next to the toilet. Environment: The environment was also great. The hotel had lovely surroundings and was conveniently located and easy to find. Service: The service attitude was exceptionally good. Check-in was very quick, and staff would proactively greet us whenever they saw us. Facilities: The soundproofing was very good, and the blackout curtains were so effective that it felt like early morning even at noon.

The lobby has a nice ambiance. Although some of the in-room facilities are a bit old, which is understandable given the hotel's age, it doesn't detract from the quality and overall experience. I think the hairdryer and fridge could use an update, they're showing their age. However, the stay itself was very comfortable; it's quite soundproof, and the room door is thick and heavy. My only minor gripe is that the door can't be propped open because there's no magnet on the wall behind it. The hotel breakfast deserves a special mention – it was delicious and very abundant! They offer eggs cooked in various ways, including omelets, fried eggs (both sides or one), and poached eggs. The front desk staff kindly gave us a complimentary welcome fruit platter, which we really appreciated. I'll definitely choose Sheraton again for my next trip.

It's located in a residential complex, so it's really quiet. They even lend out umbrellas if it rains, and it's close to the subway station. Very good overall!

Getting to attractions like the Bird's Nest and Yonghe Temple is super convenient, making it hassle-free for both business trips and tourism. The surrounding area has a full range of dining options, supermarkets, and cinemas – all the amenities you could ask for. Plus, the front desk service was excellent!!!

All in all, it's great value for money. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Beijing!

The smart room control system was a nice touch, and the bedding was soft with great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the toiletries were high-quality. The breakfast offered a great mix of Chinese and Western options, including traditional Old Beijing snacks and a live noodle station. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. They also have a gym and a self-service laundry room, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers. The value for money is outstanding – I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Beijing!

Pros: Decent sized room and bed, with plenty of space for luggage. Good shower and bathroom. Modern and clean. Nice shared lounge area and public spaces around the hotel too. Great location near the metro. Cons: Sound proofing could be improved. Bathroom had a glass wall and door, which the privacy curtains didn't cover - fine for me as a solo traveller, but if you're travelling with others it would be very awkward as you can see literally everything. Also, although I specifically booked a room with a laundry machine, there was no laundry detergent so I had to hand wash my clothes anyway. Similarly, a kettle was provided but no tea etc - these small things are usually provided in other hotels.

On my first day, they tried to get me to sign up for a membership card, claiming it would only save me a few bucks. It actually turned out to be over ten dollars more expensive after I'd already paid. They then asked if I still wanted it. My reaction was a big '???'. Oh well, I let that slide. Check-out was quite something, though. I asked the front desk for an eye mask to use on the train. The receptionist told me to give them a good review first. My response was another '?????'. A good review from me is earned by good service, not as a trade-off.

The front desk handles check-in and check-out extremely quickly, and they even offer free printing and photocopying services. It's also very quiet at night, allowing for a good rest so you can be energized for work the next day.
