Pros: Decent sized room and bed, with plenty of space for luggage. Good shower and bathroom. Modern and clean. Nice shared lounge area and public spaces around the hotel too. Great location near the metro.
Cons: Sound proofing could be improved. Bathroom had a glass wall and door, which the privacy curtains didn't cover - fine for me as a solo traveller, but if you're travelling with others it would be very awkward as you can see literally everything. Also, although I specifically booked a room with a laundry machine, there was no laundry detergent so I had to hand wash my clothes anyway. Similarly, a kettle was provided but no tea etc - these small things are usually provided in other hotels.
This stay perfectly met the standards of a Manxin Star Hotel; overall, I was extremely satisfied. The front desk staff were incredibly professional, handling check-in efficiently and smoothly. They were polite and attentive throughout, with detailed and thoughtful responses, a service level truly fitting the hotel's positioning. Entering the room was a delightful surprise – fresh and abundant welcome fruits had been prepared in advance, a warm and thoughtful detail. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the facilities well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. Upon check-out, the hotel even thoughtfully presented a lovely little gift, an extra touch that made us feel especially valued. From arrival to departure, there were no oversights; the staff consistently prioritized guests, providing meticulous service. I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure travel and business trips. Both the value for money and the service are outstanding. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and sincerely recommend it to everyone.
This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Anzhen Hospital and the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for medical visits and accompanying patients. The on-site amenities are exceptionally comprehensive, including a self-service laundry room, a scenic terrace, and a restaurant, covering all your dining, accommodation, and hygiene needs in one place. The rooms are fully equipped with smart toilets and screen-mirroring TVs, spotlessly clean, and the service is attentive. It offers great value for money and comes highly recommended for temporary stays during medical treatment.
The service was great, and the room was excellent! They even gave me a free upgrade. The projector in the room has a Tencent membership already set up, and the smart lock works with your phone's Bluetooth. It's a really smart room; there's even a Xiao Ai speaker to control the smart home devices. Plus, the front desk offers free umbrella rentals, and the room has a dryer for clothes, which is a very thoughtful touch. The location is good too, very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around. It's also quiet, being located inside a residential complex.
I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The location is convenient for getting around, and the environment is quiet. It offers great value for money. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!
The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right across from Ditan Park and just a 6-minute walk from the subway station. You can easily get to popular spots like Nanluoguxiang, the Drum Tower, Yonghe Temple, and Shichahai by Ofo bike, as they're all within about 3 km. Even destinations like the Forbidden City, the National Museum, and Tiananmen Square are bikeable if the weather isn't too hot, being only 5-6 km away. Taking a taxi can be a hassle with traffic jams or road closures, and cycling often takes about the same amount of time, around half an hour.
The service here is exceptional. Complimentary drinking water, sodas, and juices are always available, and both breakfast and late-night snacks are free. They even offer free laundry and drying services.
The only minor drawback is that the rooms are a bit small, but it's a small price to pay for such a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city.
• **Hygiene:** There were tiny flying insects in the room, about 3-4 appeared over two days, so I'm deducting one star per day for that.
• **Environment:** The location was easy to find and parking was convenient. However, I couldn't open the window at night because it was incredibly noisy. (Why open the window? Because the room had a strange odor and was stuffy, plus the air conditioning wasn't cooling, only blowing 26°C+ air.) Again, deducting one star per day for this.
• **Service:** The staff were very warm and proactive during check-in (e.g., actively recommending breakfast discounts). In contrast, check-out felt a bit too cold and impersonal, so I'm deducting 0.5 stars for that. Another star is deducted for the following situation: After checking out and getting to the parking lot, I remembered I had a package marked with my room number delivered to the front desk. I went back to collect it and borrowed scissors from the front desk to open it. The front desk staff helped me dispose of the outer packaging, which I thanked them for. Just as I was leaving, the front desk staff suddenly asked how my stay was and if I would leave a good review. I honestly replied, 'Let's just skip it. The service was good, but the facilities were really bad' (more details below in 'Facilities'). And then, guess what? The front desk lady actually smiled and said, 'Oh, in that case, please don't leave us a review...' My reaction?! (Usually, it would be something like, 'I'm so sorry/it's a shame you had a bad experience, blah blah blah...'). Hearing that, I just had to elaborate. To be honest, I think her reaction was quite genuine, likely due to inadequate hotel training, so I'm deducting one star.
• **Facilities:** 1. **Air Conditioning:** Useless. Calling the front desk didn't help. 2. **Refrigerator:** Warm, not cooling. Calling the front desk didn't help. I had to store my daily medications that required refrigeration at the front desk. 3. **Non-smart lights and smart but unresponsive switches:** On the second night, my family of three had just gotten into bed when a non-smart corridor light near the door turned on. None of the smart switches could control it until I pulled out the power card. 4. **Smart Toilet:** Bad review. Firstly, I personally never use the washing function on any hotel's smart toilet. Secondly, the trash can is to the right of the toilet, and if you accidentally brush against (note: brush against, not click or press) the side buttons of the toilet, even if you've left the toilet seat, it will 'spray you.' Yes, I've seen a lot, but a smart toilet lid that washes you even after you've left the seat is a first for me. 5. **Elevator:** The elevator only displays the floor number, not whether it's going up or down. Since we were on a higher floor, we frequently passed other floors where the doors opened, and met housekeeping staff who asked us, 'Are you going up or down?' Is that convenient? So, again, deducting one star per day.
I'll just elaborate on these for now. In comparison, your lobby was actually quite nice.
This hotel is located within the courtyard of the Seven Provinces Beijing Office. Getting around from here is super convenient – it's just a 7-8 minute walk to Beitaipingzhuang Metro Station on Line 19, and taxis pick up quickly. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the King Koil mattress made the bed soft and comfortable for a great night's sleep. The lighting in the room was soft and pleasant, not harsh. There was plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were well-stocked. WiFi was stable and fast. The room was quiet, not facing the street, so there was no noise, ensuring a peaceful rest. It offers good value for money, and the overall stay was very comfortable! Thumbs up!👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Line 8. It's super convenient to stay here if you're coming from Beijing South Railway Station to watch a concert at the Bird's Nest, and also very handy for visiting attractions like the Forbidden City and Shichahai. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly friendly, always greeting us when we left and returned. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come to Beijing for a concert!
The decoration style of this store is very old-fashioned, but the room is very clean and the daily necessities are disposable. The lady at the front desk also helped me upgrade the room type, which is great.
The hotel is located in the courtyard of the community. The environment is elegant and quiet. There is a roast duck restaurant at the door. It is very convenient to order takeaways and take taxis. The hotel room is very spacious and the sun is full. The only downside is that there are cockroaches infested. After taking medicine, it has improved slightly. Health needs to be improved. The hotel is suitable for travelers to live, praise!
Seriously, this hotel is awesome! The room was beautiful — soft blue color that made us feel so relaxed. Perfect for our family, and our kids absolutely loved it. The staff even upgraded our room for free. And here's something really cool: you can contact the lobby through the phone and talk to an AI system. It was super fast and easy — no waiting on hold. Great service all around. We'll definitely be back!
Facilities: The facilities are great, with hot water, lighting, air conditioning, and a kettle all working perfectly.
Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, the interior is neat and tidy, and the bathroom is also very good.
Environment: Very close to Ditan Park and near a subway station, making transportation convenient. It's also very quiet.
Service: Warm and thoughtful service, with a great attitude. Highly recommend.
The hotel's location is pretty good, just a few hundred meters from the subway station – you walk straight out and you're there. It's also not far from the city's attractions, which are mostly accessible by subway. For this price, what more could you ask for?!
I liked this hostel so I also extended my stay. Only one thing I didn't like that people smoked inside and it's allowed to eat in the bedroom, luckily these did not happen often. Apart from this everything was fine, the common areas and rooms were clean and new-looking. The stuff is kind and helpful. The hostel is built-in with a nice and affordable restaurant where I had my meals every day. The location was excellent too, easy to get to the city centre and the other sightseeing spots. Next time visiting Beijing I would definitely come back here.
This was wonderful.
But a problem was weak internet! I was staying outside the room for connection as you can see from the photo.
Also some cleaning issues in the bathroom. They seem not cleaning wveryday when a guest continue to stay. That’s a problem and hotel should correct it.
