Hotels in Asian and Olympic Games Village Area, Beijing

The room was very clean. We were originally on the 6th floor, but it was too noisy, probably because tour groups with many children were making a ruckus in the hallway, so we requested a room change. We asked the front desk staff when we went out, and they changed us to a 2nd-floor room, which was very quiet. The staff even helped us move our scattered luggage to the new room while we were out, which was a huge convenience. The service was excellent, very satisfying. The breakfast was also very rich and varied, but I didn't have enough time to properly enjoy it because I had an appointment, so I just grabbed a quick bite. I would definitely stay here again next time. The late-night congee until 11 PM was also a free buffet. It was excellent, but unfortunately, I didn't get to try it either. Next time for sure!

Great value for money. My only minor complaint was that my room didn't have a window, but the price was excellent. The hotel's environment, facilities, and the warm, polite staff all contributed to an outstanding stay. It was a very pleasant experience. Every step, from check-in to check-out, was handled professionally, perfectly, and with great attention to detail. The front desk service was excellent.

Due to my itinerary, I requested a late check-out until 2 PM, and the front desk staff was very kind and helpful in arranging it for me. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the Bird's Nest, and you can even see a corner of it from the room. The bedding was very comfortable; my child liked the lower pillow. The excellent soundproofing and light-blocking curtains allowed us, after a long journey to Beijing, to get some much-needed rest. A small suggestion: it would be great if the bathroom could provide alcohol wipes and disposable toilet seat covers for a more hygienic feel. We only stayed one night, and my child was a bit disappointed. This will be our top choice if we visit Beijing again.

Excellent stay, had a great trip to Beijing. Just a heads-up to the staff: professionalism could be improved a bit. Don't always try to pass the buck. The manager upgraded us to a suite, which made our stay absolutely wonderful. The room was really comfortable too. Five stars for the manager, otherwise it would have definitely been a bad review.

For almost 1200 a night, I really shouldn't stay at Atour again. It's only worth 500, no more. The breakfast looks diverse, but the taste is really not great; you can skip it and buy something tasty outside. The cleanliness is decent, and I really appreciate the laundry assistance—it's better than hotels of the same caliber. The air conditioning noise was a bit noticeable at night. Maybe I'm a light sleeper. The location is convenient, and the service is good. However, for 1200, I probably wouldn't want to stay in a hotel that's so similar to Atour again.

It is very close to the metro station, which made getting around the city extremely easy and convenient. This was especially helpful for me because I could easily use public transportation to visit different places without spending too much time or money on transportation. The hotel itself is comfortable and has a nice atmosphere. The price is also quite reasonable compared with other hotels in the area, so I think it is a very good choice for travelers who want something economical but still comfortable and convenient. The only downside I noticed is that there is no elevator. If your room is on a higher floor, going up and down the stairs can be a little tiring, especially if you have heavy luggage. I think adding an elevator in the future would make the experience even better.

The overall decor is grand and elegant, with an impressive and dignified lobby. The guest rooms are spacious, and the front desk service is professional and courteous. Staff member Chunmei was particularly warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and smooth. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. My experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing. Highly recommended!
