The room environment is fantastic, and the bathroom is bright and clean. The WiFi signal is strong, and the shower has great water pressure and is nice and hot. Breakfast was also very good, and my child enjoyed eating there. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic; both check-in and check-out were very quick. The staff are very professional, and they respond to requests extremely fast. Any items we needed during our stay were delivered promptly, which significantly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is also very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around! I would definitely recommend it to friends~

This is a great hotel located conveniently nearby. It's clean, spacious, and parking is a breeze. What's even better is that there's a Bianlifeng convenience store right at the entrance – talk about comfortable! I bought a bunch of snacks and went straight up to my room. It's really excellent, especially for this location. Can't complain!

The front desk was empty, and I called the front desk to hear the mobile phone on the countertop ringing, and waited for a long time until the staff. I can understand that the front desk is on duty 24 hours a day, but I should carry my work mobile phone with me when I leave the job temporarily, and the guests should not be completely unable to contact them; The check-in identity information was not checked when the room card was reissued, and the security training was not in place. The continuous noise outside the window in the early morning woke me up, and no one answered when I called the front desk. I could only communicate through the platform channel. I initially asked about the source of the noise and sought a feasible solution. The other party did not come to check the truth, and directly threw 30 yuan compensation to settle the matter. When communicating, the attitude was bad and irritable, and there was almost a conflict. I asked us to endure it on the grounds of full house. The follow-up store manager called, claiming that he had never received a noise-related complaint, and the rainstorm outside, and proposed that we check out and change to another hotel. There was no active comfort and solution throughout the whole process. Finally, we took the initiative to ask for it before getting the earplugs. The hotel knows that there is a long-term noise problem in the room, which neither improves sound insulation, and the room is not equipped with noise-reduction earplugs; the staff leaves the job and loses contact, and the customer complaint will be small compensation and perfunctory, and the whole stay experience is very poor.

The room was fantastic: simply yet stylishly designed, with a smart layout and comfortable furnishings. The hotel is located down a small alley right next to a gas station and is super close to the subway, on Lines 5 and 15, making it very convenient to get anywhere. It's only two stops to Yonghe Temple and 2.5 kilometers to the Bird's Nest. I highly recommend it; I had a very comfortable stay.

The location is fantastic, really convenient with everything you need nearby. It's super close to the subway entrance, no complicated routes. Downstairs there's a supermarket and bubble tea shops, making daily errands a breeze. Plus, Olympic Forest Park is just 500 meters away, perfect for a quick visit anytime. The room itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming.

The hotel environment is very clean. It was my first time staying in this hotel and I was very surprised. The room is fully intelligently controlled. Just move your mouth and the lights and bed curtains will open. There is also a huge screen for viewing. At night, you can also see the Olympic Park Lighthouse in the distance. It is next to the China Science and Technology Museum, and not far away is the Bird's Nest [grin]. I have saved this hotel and will bring my parents here next time!
