Traveling with my parents, we arrived at the hotel in about four or five minutes after exiting the West High-Speed Rail Station. The room was clean and odor-free, and the bedding felt soft, skin-friendly, and comfortable – not scratchy at all. Lying down, I instantly felt all my fatigue melt away. The air conditioning was set at the perfect temperature, neither too hot nor too cold, and the windows provided excellent sound insulation, so we barely heard any traffic noise from outside. After a hot shower, I quickly fell asleep in bed and woke up the next day feeling incredibly refreshed. Such a comfortable stay is truly a rare find! 🛌

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient for transport. The room was neat, clean, and well-lit, with a soft and comfortable bed. The front desk staff were warm and patient, and check-in was efficient. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it.

This hotel is super easy to find! Just exit Beijing West Station from the South exit, turn left, and cross the street. You're there! The rooms look exactly like the pictures – consistently clean and tidy. They even have a free laundry room and fitness facilities. I arrived late at night and they offered congee and side dishes, which was a really thoughtful touch. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of meats, vegetables, and pastries. Very happy with my stay!

I booked this hotel on a whim, thinking I'd just give it a try, but I ended up not wanting to leave! The location is super convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. Even though it's been open for a while, the facilities aren't old at all and are incredibly well-maintained. The front desk service was very thoughtful; I called to ask if I could check in early, and they said yes, but warned me that the room might not be ideal. They suggested I wait a bit longer for a better-located room to be prepared, which was very considerate. The duty manager was also incredibly attentive. The amenities are exceptional: the laundry room has plenty of machines, so you never have to worry about finding an empty one, and there's also a gym and a pool. The elevators are super fast, and every staff member was polite. The hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes at reasonable prices, and they even deliver to your room – perfect for those of us who don't know what to eat, don't want to go out, and don't want takeout. Plus, they even offer late-night snacks! I also have to praise the toiletries; they have that bergamot scent I love. I was so satisfied that I immediately extended my stay! Highly, highly recommend this place!

The hotel’s location is very convenient, being situated about a 10 to 15-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. Check-in was quick and smooth, likely because we arrived late at night. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the process. However, the room condition was disappointing and appeared to be poorly maintained. The overall cleanliness was below expectations, as we found several long hairs on both the sofa and the floor. In addition, there were small flies present in the bathroom, indicating inadequate pest control measures. The bathroom door could not be locked, the bedside clock was not functioning, and the lift call button in the 9th-floor lobby was malfunctioning and continuously blinking. While the location and service were positives, the cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly affected our stay experience and fell short of expectations.

It’s a basic hotel that has recently been remodelled. We just wanted a cheap hotel close to the train station and close to the MRT so this ticked all the boxes. The room was spacious, clean and new. Wonderful shower. Only thing that caught me by surprise was our room had no window (it was a painting). But it was fine for the price. Some rooms do have windows, but these would be deluxe.

Good things come to those who wait, and even though we had a small hiccup, everything was resolved perfectly. Front desk staff Xiao Qi and duty manager Wang Erjun were proactive in solving the issues. I'd definitely come back again. At the very least, I felt like they genuinely prioritize their guests. The facilities are indeed a bit dated, which is expected for an older hotel. But since we were out and about most of the day, it was perfectly acceptable. Worth recommending.
