First off, the environment truly exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the amenities. Plus, you get two complimentary coffees a day, which tasted pretty good. What really stood out was the heated toilet seat – both my wife and child raved about it so much that we're now considering getting one for home! All in all, I'd give the hotel room a five-star rating across the board. We'll definitely be back. Finally, and this is key: it's incredibly close to Beijing West Station, just a 5-6 minute walk. The path is flat, and there are elevators both up and down, which is super convenient if you have a lot of luggage.

This time staying at Atour Hotel in Beijing Lize Financial Business District was a perfect experience! The hotel is located in a bustling area with convenient transportation. The lobby and public areas are full of artistic atmosphere. The guest rooms are simple and elegant in design. The city view outside the window can be seen at a glance, and the environment atmosphere is full. The room facilities are complete, the smart devices are easy to operate, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, Atour's second-generation memory pillows and mattresses allow people to have a good night's sleep, and there are free books to borrow, full of details. The most impressive thing is the service, from the warm reception at the front desk, proactive help with luggage, to the timely response to needs by room service, all of which make people feel very considerate. The hygiene is impeccable, every corner of the room is spotless, towels and bathtubs are clean as new, completely eliminating hygiene concerns. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this is an excellent choice and we will come again next time!

This hotel is the best option near the Military Museum. The room size was just right, and they even have robots that deliver food. Breakfast was pretty good, though it did get a bit crowded. I remember getting lost when I first arrived, but the front desk proactively came to help guide me – they were so enthusiastic and provided excellent service! They even upgraded my room type for free. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing could be better. Overall, it offers great value for money.

I traveled for 7 days during the National Day holiday. I brought a lot of stuff, but thankfully the room was spacious and well-equipped, allowing plenty of room for my luggage without feeling cramped. The service was also excellent, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping ladies and the breakfast manager. The hotel paid great attention to detail; they provided charging outlets and three different charging ports. Every day, they replenished the fruit bowl in the room with fresh oranges, apples, and snacks. They also provided a small notebook where I could write down my requests daily, such as changing the sheets and duvet cover, housekeeping, changing towels, mopping the floor, and providing new slippers. They fulfilled all my requests without fail. The hotel is conveniently located near several subway stations, and there are also shared bikes available right outside the hotel. My room only included one breakfast, but the front desk staff provided us with an extra week's worth of breakfasts since there were two of us traveling. The breakfast selection was plentiful, including fruit, yogurt, pastries, watermelon, and cantaloupe. The best dish was the noodles—they were so fragrant! Every day after breakfast, we'd grab two cups of yogurt and two eggs to take with us and eat while we explored. Hehe. Overall, a huge thumbs up!

Vey good service. I arrived early from Beijing west railway station, front desk allowed to store our luggage and offered early check in later. When check out, they allowed us the late check out until 2:30pm.

The front desk service was excellent, the surrounding transportation was very convenient, the air conditioning in the room could independently cool and heat, the room was large and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

I went to Beijing this time because my motor vehicle driving license expired in six years and I needed to renew it. It was very difficult for me as a ********* to renew my license in another place. The two employees at the front desk of the hotel, Zhu and Zhang, and the store manager I was willing to go through the trouble and patiently made many phone calls to inquire and give directions on how to take a taxi to the nearest vehicle management office... I was really touched. 3. The room we stayed in this time is on the second floor. There is no elevator. You have to carry it upstairs. The front desk staff is very nice and will proactively ask if you need any assistance. As soon as you check in, you will be given an upgraded room. The room you stayed in is spacious and comfortable. , especially the toilet is nearly 3 square meters, making it easy to take a bath, wash your clothes, and wash your hair! 4.
