This hotel is right by the North Square of Beijing West Railway Station, surrounded by plenty of great food options, and super convenient for getting around. The rooms, though a bit small, are fully equipped, well soundproofed, and very comfortable to stay in. It's a great choice for business travelers, couples, or solo adventurers.

Great location! It's very close to North Square, making it super convenient if you're passing through Beijing. The hotel is also very clean, highly recommend! The staff were also very friendly and even helped me with photocopying some documents.

This hotel was perfect for my layover before catching a train! It's only 400 meters from Beijing West Railway Station, so it was just a few minutes' walk to the station, which was incredibly easy with luggage. The amenities were really practical. The hotel offers breakfast, so I didn't have to scramble to find a restaurant in the morning. They also have a self-service laundry room, which was great for catching up on laundry accumulated during my travels. Plus, the room supported robot delivery for food, which was super convenient. It really met all the essential needs for a traveler. The room was spotless, very clean and tidy when I walked in, making for a really comfortable stay. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and very efficient, making interactions easy and pleasant. It's ideal for a transit stay between trains, and offers great value for money. I'll definitely book here again next time I pass through!

The service attitude was terrible. Also, the breakfast selection was very limited. I went to breakfast in the morning without my breakfast voucher, and they said they couldn't find my information. I showed them my order details which clearly stated that breakfast was included, but they still hemmed and hawed, basically saying my order wasn't reliable? They loudly questioned the front desk in front of everyone, which was super embarrassing for someone with social anxiety. Do I really need to lie for one breakfast? With service and an attitude like this, it's just ridiculous. Even if I didn't have a voucher, for the few unappetizing options they had, it's barely worth anything. Why treat me like a thief?

The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the smart facilities are a nice touch. The robot delivery service for food straight to your room is super convenient. The location is also very accessible. The bedding and overall environment in the hotel are excellent. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.
