Good locarion and view but average service

Just perfect

My husband and I were on holiday, celebrating our wedding anniversary. The location is great, the sea is nearby. The hotel grounds are green, but we were there out of season. Towels and bed linen are constantly changed in the rooms, everything is white. Water is brought every day. The Russian-speaking girl at the reception (we didn't remember her name) was very friendly and helped with all questions. And others at the reception helped with everything. The hotel brought a compliment of fruit and wine, very nice for the attention. Turkish breakfasts: olives, greens, vegetables and fruits, yogurt and eggs, etc. We liked it, of course, not five stars

The hotel is located near the beach bar street and has a good location, but the hotel is quite old and feels like a guesthouse.

The facilities are relatively old, the location is by the sea, and the sanitary environment is not ideal. It is still some distance away from the old town tourist attractions. If you drive by yourself, it is ok. There is a sea about 500 meters away on foot.

I would like to thank Özkaymak Felez Hotel, which was the first stop of our Mediterranean tour, for its delicious food, impeccable service, and especially for the treats they sent to my room on my birthday.

The facilities are old, the air conditioner is broken, I called to urge someone to come and fix it but no one came. I went to the front desk to find someone, and met other tourists who were also communicating that the air conditioner and shower were broken. The front desk service attitude was very poor, and the English level was also poor! The air conditioner stopped every five minutes. Someone came to check it out but didn't explain why. He said he would talk to the manager, and then nothing happened. The shower water was very small, and the elevator made a clattering sound. I thought it was an earthquake, which scared me to death! It does not meet the standards of a star hotel at all! I saw many Chinese tour groups checking in at the lobby of this hotel. I don't want my compatriots to step into the pit, so I rarely come back to comment and give feedback, but this hotel is really rubbish, I must give a bad review!

The location is good, 20 minutes to the airport without traffic jams, 5 minutes to the city beach. Good landscaping, there is a park nearby. Many families. Meals - buffet. You won't leave hungry, but the choice is not impressive. "All inclusive" ends at 0:00, after which the bar is paid. The staff is polite. The service is very strange in some places - to get a towel you have to go through a “quest”. The infrastructure is in working order, but somewhat tired, especially the bathrooms.
