The location of the hotel is great. Cleanliness and service are normal. However, it is a very old hotel. It can satisfy your expectations.

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. The people at the reception are not good, exploitative, and do not respect the guests. They are materialistic . I do not advise anyone to book there.

The staff was very unmotivated and absolutely not helpful. This hotel has been a very nice hotel 20 years ago but now I would not recommend it to anyone now. The staff at the reception are very rude. This is absolutely not a five star hotel, the staff smokes in the corridors and there is a smell of smoke everywhere..

I had the worst days ever. Horrible food. Awful service and management. They don’t respond and don’t do what we ask them to … beds aren’t comfortable and when we ask for service, staff never respond

Worst breakfast ever had and not satisfied at dinner I would say the hotel building and utilities are probably one of the best even it was built at 1990! Would be better if hotel management invest more on kitchen

The staff were rude. There were only one lady who spoke English and was really rude. The room service does not speak English. You have to take your laundry to the reception without laundry bag. The blankets had stains and smelled horrible. The phone in the room didn’t work. The key card wasn’t working.
