We took a 30-hour flight and arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to provide an early check-in. We requested access to a shower room for a quick freshen-up, as we had a meeting at 11 a.m., but the front desk declined our request. We were a bit disappointed with this. Others than this, the room is spacious, all good.

The team is just amazing, very nice people. The rooms are old and looks cheap , it's like a cheap hotel with a great location. If they invest a bit on decorations will be very good .

1. The service in this hotel is very poor. 2. There is no free water. I asked at the front desk and was told that I had to pay to get bottled water. terrible, cold shower, problems with the boiler, they only resolved it the next day, they didn't clean the room even though we asked and left a notice on the door, getting towels changed was a pain, after 4 calls, extras showed up with the towels, dinner was ordered the day before, if we hadn't put the tray out in the hallway, it would have stayed there until the end of the stay, wow, what a bad and unpleasant experience in the chain.
