Spotted unclean cup in the washroom. I think with some white toothpaste. The towel side is “peeling” off Okay I didn’t inform hotel on the spot. I just don’t use it and lazy to complain But good that all the water is from spring water. Which I like it. The cleaner was very polite and I think better than the front desk. Haha

A famous hot spring hotel in Zhiben Hot Spring District, it has a beautiful environment and is large, with many hot spring pools for you to soak in. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast buffet was quite rich. It is also convenient to buy drinks and snacks near 7-11.

They had great variety of breakfast options, i'd give 4.5/5. Their indoor hot spring bathtub was amazing 5/5. Room was spacious and clean. Gym equipments could do much much better given that the rest of the hotel facilities are very good. for gym 1/5. Location was good, just 5 minutes walk from bus station. 10-15 minutes walk from restaurants. They offer bike rentals aswell. Overall had a pleasant experience.

Just Sleep Jiaoxi is exactly as what the premise name suggested, just sleep. Checking in was smooth as front counter staffs are very efficient. On one evening, it was raining heavily and the front desk offered an umbrella. I returned it by sticking the umbrella in the umbrella holder outside and inform the front desk, just simple and efficient. I took a room with an ensuite bathtub which was surprisingly more than adequate to provide a good soak and shower while in the room. Bed size literally is very small. The toilet and face basin is tucked away in another small ensuite next to the room. There is literally zero storage but for those very light traveller then it should be adequate for small luggage and some hangers to hang coats and scarfs. The room comes with tea and coffee bags which is surprisingly tasty. My room comes with breakfast which is served starting at 7am. I must've been staying during peak hours because on the first day, I decided to head out for breakfast at 9am — and the queue was massive. I had to wait to be seated, with many other guests. The staff was very efficient in clearing tables and assigning tables to waiting guests. The food and drinks spread is adequate, more than adequate. I had good breakfast before venturing out. The hotel is honestly overrated. Although it’s quite comfortable I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew they didn’t have hot springs inside, although it’s mentioned in description. Check in process was all online and quite smooth if you do it beforehand, it was convenient that you can leave your luggage before actual check in and after. The location is quite distant from train station , if you plan to move around a lot you’d better find a better option. Overall it was good experience but it seemed to me you can get more for this price in other hotels. And be prepared, your room might face inner garden (another building- which makes it a choice to have inner lights or face other windows right out of your bed)

The service staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is super convenient, right outside the door is the Ita Thao shopping street. The food at the Chinese restaurant is high quality, and the prices are very reasonable. While the buffet doesn't have a huge selection, the items are refined and well above average. The room cleanliness is excellent, and the bed is just the right softness, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room comes with a hot spring tub, and the water pressure is good, so it fills up quickly without a long wait. The food and cocktails at the ground floor bar are also professionally made (the ¥300 discount for guests on cocktails is a nice touch!). This is a hotel I would definitely bring my family and friends back to enjoy again! Highly recommended!

The hotel breakfast is very diverse and carefully prepared The attached parking lot is also very convenient, and people who drive themselves don't have to worry about parking problems The hotel room is very clean, except for the cups placed in the room, which may have not been used for a long time and are full of dust. You just need to clean them when you need to use them. The bed is very soft and comfortable to sleep on. There is also a swimming pool and a spa pool in the hotel. I recommend it to friends who come to Zhiben to stay in this hotel. It's great!

The rooms are new and spacious. The game room activities are suitable for both younger and older kids. The hotel has a heated whirlpool and a waterslide for children. The staff are friendly and helpful. We're very satisfied.

I've stayed here so many times! After comparing a few places, I still prefer this one because the facilities are very complete. Plus, the room I got this time was even bigger than last time. Hygiene: Very clean. Service: The security guards at the entrance are very nice, polite, and provide excellent service. Free mini-bar: They even provide Yilan's local specialty ox-tongue pastries and Sanxing scallion crackers! Handicraft workshop: This time I made a woven bracelet.
