Convenient location, near Ximenting yet not exactly inside the prime area so you will not feel that it is noisy there. Just 5 mins walk away. Hotel looks posh, both inside and outside. Amenities are plentiful, what I like is that the toilet and bathing areas are separated; different cubicles which is super useful. Both check in and check out are fuss free. The reception area is located at level 2 whereby you can help yourselves to the amenities there except toothbrush, toothpaste and shower cap. We even borrow umbrellas daily due to the rain. There is also a nearby 7-11 store located next the hotel so it is super convenient. Room is spacious clean and comfy. Highly recommended!

11/10!!! Yes. I also didn’t expect this hotel to be good. I have a habit of wiping everything (tables, doorknobs, remote control, switches etc) when I first entered the room, so I was kinda impressed? there wasn’t much dusts accumulated on my wet wipe after cleaning. (since tbh even some hotels will anyhow wipe or don’t at all, ofc I rlly like cleaned areas so it’s just me bah) Pros : 1. Rooms are cleaned and restocked w amenities every single day. 2. Sound proof rooms. 3. Water dispensers next to our rooms. 4. Staff Counter Service was extremely efficient and helpful, perfect for foreigners travelling to TW for the first time. 5. Walking distance to Ximending 6. Ground floor restaurant tastes pretty good. 7. All water for showering or washing usage are purified. Cons : Not rlly but I’ll just mention everything so up to you to decide if you are okay w it or not. 1. Lifts takes a bit of time since there’s only 3. 2. Toothbrush, toothpastes etc are not provided so just rmb to bring your own. 3. No waterbottle provided but there are water dispensers with cold, warm and hot water function so just need to refill 1-2 times a day.

The room was clean and serviceable. Cleaning happened every day during the midday and the room was refreshed well each time. The room itself was very spacious for the area. Location can’t be beat! Right on the station, walking distance to most things you’d want to do in Ximen and with a myriad of restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores right nearby. I think the location is the highlight of the stay. Depending on the side you’re located on, you can get a great view of Ximen (but beware that there is ongoing construction on certain sides as of April 2026). The hotel has a somewhat limited lobby for what you’d expect, but the service is impeccable. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. The one downside is that there is a limited amount of amenities that are offered. There is one restaurant on the bottom floor, but there is no buffet option for breakfast (of course, there’s many local options nearby). Nonetheless, the hotel itself is not too large and in a prime location, so it’s understandable, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re a person who prefers to reside in their accommodation.

We had a most wonderful stay. We highly recommend the hotel for the great location, amazing service, high cleanliness standards as well as large room space.

Great location with smooth check-in and check-out process. Staff were very helpful throughout the stay. The hotel provides thoughtful amenities such as memory foam pillows, vacuum seal to save space for luggage an even a shoe dryer. The lobby is well-equipped, and housekeeping maintains a high standard of cleanliness. Complimentary pyjamas were also a nice touch. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The service is good but amenities need to be brought as the hotel is encouraging sustainability. The location is really convenient, just opposite of xmt. A lot of night shops and snacks still available at 9pm. Great choice for families or with friends.

2nd time staying here. Location is convenient to night market, train station and bus stops. Hotel is new as well and love the layout of the room.
