An old villa with a huge garden and a pasture outside. Herds of sheep are grazing quietly on the green grass. It feels like a paradise. The local driver said it is picturesque, and it is indeed so.

It’s an impressive building so I was having some expectations. The room it was a bit dated in the newer part. Not many amenities as you can expect from this kind of hotel. The bar area is really nice looking over a fabulous garden and so the restaurant. On that note the food was areal let down. I have ordered a Thai green curry chicken. I was soo looking forward to this but when arrived it was a total disappointment. The chicken was probably a leftover from another meal, very dry. The sauce was nothing like green curry and the rice it was microwaved. The waitresses were very lovely and apologised and the removed it from my bill. They said that they have an agency chef! So it’s a real shame !!

Spacious relaxing hotel set by the riverside, lovely walks through the nature reserve from the hotel and a fantastic location for sightseeing in the town centre. The pool and spa were also an added bonus and it was very relaxing sitting out under the fairy lights with the river views.

Had a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!

Very enjoyable night on Half Board. Food was good with set menu, but a choice. Pool area a bit dated, but everything was clean. Bathroom needed the shower head changed, it was halfway down the wall. Bedroom extremely clean and towels and bedding immaculate. Breakfast was very good. Until I got up to get some food and came back to find the table cleared and a man not my husband about to sit down. We had full mugs of tea on the table and oj. Gone. Nevermind, it was funny !! Would return again though if in the area !

I stayed here probably for less than 6 hours for a business trip. I had close by that started at 330am. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bathroom also spotless with ample towels. I didn't get to sample breakfast or the staff too much due to my short stay. The parking was free. I would stay again.

Great location, and beautiful grounds ~ parking was hard to find.  The room was clean and tidy, with a nice firm bed, the Weather was very warm, and even though there was a fan in the room the heat was stifling and so hot! The so called “air con” was useless!  The indoor swimming pool was a good size, but it was so incredibly hot in the building, it was hard to breathe!! (Open the doors to let some oxygen in!) The evening meal was good, as was the breakfast the following morning.  Quite expensive for a mediocre stay.  Lovely staff throughout.

Very good hotel, located in the center of the town, a five-minute walk to Shakespeare's birthplace. The garden and restaurant are connected and the environment is very good. The hotel's breakfast, coffee and bar are all great. The room is clean and spacious. It is worth going again!

The room was noticeably smaller and more cramped than shown in the images on Agoda, especially in terms of usable space, which made the experience uncomfortable and not what we expected from the advertised photos. Additionally, the breakfast was good but was underwhelming, with limited options and unremarkable flavor. Overall, the stay did not feel worth the price, and we hope the property improves both the accuracy of their visuals and the quality of breakfast.”

Nice stay in Woodland Grange We had a great stay in Woodland Grange and can recommend this hotel! The hotel is located in a quiet area, but is only 10 minutes drive from the city centre of Leamington Spa. The property itself is very well maintained and extends over 16 hectares of extensive parking area, which invites to a cozy walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay more pleasant. Our room was modernly furnished, spacious and clean without making meals. The hotel offers excellent facilities including a well-equipped fitness room, a billiard table in the game room and a business center. A great plus point is the generous, free parking directly on the site. And not forget: the fast and reliable Wi-Fi . We will come back and can put it on everybody's heart!
