I was initially hesitant to book due to the low price, but the hotel is in a great location, very clean, everything is new, and the staff is very friendly. The only downside was that, despite the name ”spa,” it still lacked spa services. I received better service at this hotel than at any five-star hotel.

It is said to be the only five-star hotel in Samsun. It is located a bit far from the city. There are trams and bus stations within a ten-minute walk. It costs about 100 lire to take a taxi from the city center. The bed was very comfortable and you could see beautiful city views, but the area was relatively small. The breakfast is quite rich, probably the best breakfast I have ever had in Türkiye. The private beach is poor, dirty, and only one bathroom is open, which is quite smelly.

Good hotel, helpful English speaking staff, the only problem was the shower: there was no shower head, the water came from above or the tap below only, which was very uncomfortable

Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Room service was very nice. The hotel did not provide anything other than what was described, only in a bad location in terms of location.

Location not the best, located in an industrial area. Very positive welcome, friendly and very efficient staff. Very large room with everything you need (a coffee machine would have been appreciated). We had to ask for 2 additional pillows, since there were no spare ones in the wardrobe and the 2 on the bed were very low. We ate at the internal restaurant in the evening, and we were very satisfied. Very varied and rich breakfast

What do you not expect from your hotel room, the so-called luxury prices, of course someone else should read the card and swallow your room. The reception officer who made this mistake welcomed the incident as though it was very normal and apologised. It wasn't careful if we accepted. No compensation, etc. We did not even talk. We left early in the morning. The service sector could be in such places in a country.

Asyalı kadın masörlerden masajı mutlaka tavsiye ediyorum. Maalesef termal suyu 20 derece civarı bir ılıklıkta. Otel ana yoldan 5 dk uzaklıkta olduğu için toplu taşıma ile gelenler için alıp bırakma servisi yapmalı. Çay saatindeki kek çeşitleri azaltılıp kurabiye yapılabilir

Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück in der obersten Etage. Perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt, nahe am Bahnhof. Wir wurden in der Unterkunft nur positiv überrascht!

The hotel is very convenient due to its location. The service quality was ***et good, the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The size of the rooms was ***et sufficient, especially for those who would like to stay alone and for those who want a non-smoking room. It was very nice.
