This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

It was very very basic but it was very very cheap. It suited us for a one night stay as we arrived onto antalya on a late flight. Basically it was just somewhere to sleep for a few hours and shower. It served its purpose. We would use this hotel again

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 20-25 minute walk from Kaleici and 30 minutes from Konakli beach. We had a triple room; it was generally small, but clean and tidy, and perfectly adequate for us. The room was equipped with a fridge, wardrobe, kettle, air conditioning, shower, and toilet, all in working order. The wardrobe was quite spacious, fitting all our belongings comfortably. The room was cleaned daily. Do note that the rooms don't have balconies, which makes drying clothes a bit tricky. We used their paid drying service downstairs, which cost 5 euros per bag. The staff are friendly. There are Russian-speaking staff, though we communicated in English at the front desk. We didn't use the pool; it looked like it wasn't cleaned daily, so we didn't chance it. There's a currency exchange nearby with a good rate, and directly opposite the hotel, a restaurant where you can enjoy a tasty meal if you don't fancy walking far.

When the air conditioner is hot and put in turbo mode, it works intermittently. Likewise, the windows are difficult to open and close; they also let in noise and air. Some of the rooms are damp and even the little things make you sick.

On the day we were supposed to check out, we had an early morning flight to catch. We asked the staff at the restaurant to let us grab a snack but he said we should go and drink coffee-that we can’t take anything until 6:30am. I find that very disrespectful and rude, we have visited a lot of hotels and there are instances where we have to leave early and we’re allowed to get breakfast since our check out time is 11am.

10mins away from the railway station surrounding floor tiles are broken be careful to drag suitcases will be very hard One of the reasons for choosing this hotel is that it states that the room has a washing machine available but in the end it turns out that the room is not, find trip.com processing even only asked me to communicate with the hotel completely cheated! But the staff were friendly and reliable Breakfast was acceptable The strangest thing about the room was that the bed duvet was just a cloth and not a duvet!

GGuest UserEspecially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

AAnonymous UserWe stayed at the hotel for six nights at the end of June. We loved everything. The pools were warm, the food was good, the entry into the sea was sandy and gently sloping, and the children's entertainment varied daily. The room was quiet. One drawback: we relied on the white umbrellas on the beach and by the pools and got sunburned. Russian is the second official language at the hotel, so basically everything is dubbed in Russian, so my husband, who doesn't speak English, had no trouble understanding everything.

GGuest UserHow can a hotel with no integrity operate legally? On 20 November 2024, I booked a 3-night stay at Casamax Suites (21–24 April 2025) and paid the full amount of SGD 420.66 on the same day. We arrived at Casamax Suites around 9 PM on 21 April 2025 and proceeded with our check-in. - After presenting our passports and booking confirmation at check-in, the front desk staff notified us that Trip.com had cancelled our reservation. - We were in shock - how could this be? I hadn't received any cancellation notice from Trip.com. To confirm, I double-checked all my booking details with the front desk staff (booking date, payment date, booking number, etc.). Yet the staff still insisted that Trip.com had canceled our reservation. - After such a long journey, we simply needed a resolution that would allow us to check in and get some rest. - The front desk staff demanded we pay €300 before they would allow us to check in for just one night. - Since it was already late, we reluctantly agreed to pay a €300 deposit to check in first, intending to resolve the issue with Trip.com in the morning. I then provided my credit card to the front desk for the deposit payment. - Surprisingly, the hotel refused credit card payments. The staff demanded €300 IN CASH ONLY. - I informed the staff that carrying €300 in cash was impossible since we'd already prepaid our full trip. - Despite our explanation, the staff refused to let us check in unless we handed over €300 in cash. The staff suggested using the ATM at the hotel entrance to withdraw cash with my credit card. - This CASH-ONLY DEMAND raises serious concerns. - We were appalled by the staff’s unprofessional conduct and baseless insistence on cash payment. I formally requested written verification of the alleged cancellation by Trip.com, presenting my payment receipt as proof of the valid booking. - Only after I challenged them did the staff relent, offering to check us in ‘as an exception’ without payment. - I escalated this issue to Trip.com the following day, and they explicitly stated that my reservation was never cancelled. - To avoid further disruption to our travels, we chose to temporarily defer the matter. Despite our decision to prioritize our trip, the hotel’s misconduct must be addressed to prevent future guests from similar experiences. Meanwhile, we strongly demand the hotel provide a reasonable explanation for what happened that night.
