This is an excellent hotel with comprehensive facilities and stylish decor. All disposable amenities are provided. The staff are very polite and courteous. It's quite close to the airport, but without the noise. They offer an airport shuttle service, which is convenient. However, it's a shared shuttle service for several hotels, which was new to me. When I first arrived, I thought I was at the right place for check-in, but after a while, I realized it was a Hanting hotel (a different chain) – the driver didn't say anything. **Facilities:** Relatively new **Hygiene:** Very clean **Environment:** Excellent **Service:** Very enthusiastic

I rarely write reviews, but booking this hotel was the best decision I made this trip. I've already recommended it to my friends. The location is great, close to several temples, and there are plenty of food options right outside. The front desk staff was lovely and even upgraded my room. For the price, it's excellent value for money – much better than hotels I've stayed at in Xiamen for a similar price. The room facilities are very new, and I was very satisfied. On my last day, they even held my luggage after check-out, so I could enjoy another half-day of sightseeing before heading to the airport. If I ever come back to Quanzhou, I'll definitely stay here again!

This is an established five-star hotel with an excellent location. Even taxi drivers speak highly of it. Although it's an older property and some of the facilities are a bit dated, it doesn't detract from the stay experience at all. It's clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff came daily. Seeing that we had elderly people and children and a larger group, they made a point to replenish extra water and various amenities every day. The hotel's service was also exceptional. They proactively communicated before check-in to try and meet my requests, like early check-in and late check-out. They even arranged a room with a view of the May Fourth Square flag-raising ceremony. The hotel pool is 1.2 meters deep and kept at a constant temperature of 28-30 degrees Celsius. The gym equipment is very comprehensive and high-end. Finally, regarding dining, the Horizon Club breakfast offers local specialties like 'Guobian' (potsticker soup), 'Mianxianhu' (vermicelli paste), and 'Hailibing' (oyster pancake), or you can enjoy a wider variety of buffet breakfast options in the lobby on the first floor. All in all, staying at the Shangri-La truly enhanced our Fuzhou trip!

We booked a family suite which was very spacious and the bedding was super comfortable. The service was excellent. It's an older, established hotel, so it's not the newest, but the service truly made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was bountiful; I was in a rush and didn't have time to finish my noodles, and the staff even kindly brought them to our room, which was a lovely gesture. The hotel also decorated our room for our wedding anniversary and gave us a cake—thank you, five stars! And the service at the Fudi Restaurant was also great, and the food was delicious. All in all, this stay was very pleasant. Thanks to InterContinental for their service.

The hotel room I booked was a Luxury Executive River View Room, facing the southwest corner. The views and natural light were excellent, and privacy was high. It's truly one of Fuzhou's top room types. The interior space is large, with mostly wooden flooring and some carpeting – very impressive. The hotel also features a pool and gym with fantastic views, as well as an afternoon tea restaurant, all of which are of a very high standard. The afternoon tea cakes are freshly made, and the breakfast selection is quite rich and delicious, with fresh and light flavors. If I had to mention any shortcomings, it would be that some in-room facilities could be upgraded. For instance, the toilet isn't automatic, and the showerhead and faucet operation are a bit too traditional and impractical. There aren't full-room electric curtains, and the TV clarity isn't great. Also, the toothbrushes and toothpaste aren't from a well-known brand. If they could upgrade these details, it would be perfect. **Cleanliness**: Very clean and tidy, satisfactory. **Service**: There's butler service and reception at the entrance to help with luggage, etc. Check-in required queuing due to many guests, but the service felt very good. **Environment/Location**: The location is excellent, right in the city center. Minjiang Park is right at your doorstep, and nearby shopping malls and attractions are not far, all within a short taxi ride. This room design is very suitable for couples.

The twin beds were combined to form a large one. The room is quite spacious, but the facilities are a bit old. Also, this hotel is really stingy. Even small B&Bs nowadays offer disposable bath towels and hand towels, and a standard room provides two sets! Here, they just give you two disposable hand towels in a package, and the bath towels are still the old-fashioned kind! Honestly, they should just switch to disposable ones. It's more hygienic and convenient~ Everything else is fine.

The facilities are complete and well-laid-out, fully functional and super practical. Hygiene is top-notch; every corner is clean and odor-free, which is reassuring and comfortable. The environment is elegant and tidy, the atmosphere is cozy and quiet, making for an excellent experience. The service is attentive and thoughtful; the staff are enthusiastic, professional, and respond promptly, with meticulous care throughout. Overall, the experience was superb, offering great value for money. Highly recommended!

This hotel is located at down town nearby beautiful lake. Once I stepped-in the room, i directly noticed that this hotel itself can be a hotel and alsl can be a resort in terms of view from the window. Xiamen's nice weather and amazing veiw over the lake made my memories unforgettable especially in sunset so that i really had wonderful time at this hotel. Regarding room condition, this hotel is not new hotel, but it is well-maintained and well-managed hotel so that i had no hygiene issue. As for Breakfast, This hotel offers various selection at Breakfast buffet restaurant with tasty hot dishes. Each section was filled with dedicated chef and they were very polite and up for anything for Hotel guest. Overall, well-managed and organized hotel in Xiamen and hope to visit the hotel again.

Room is spacious and clean. Good to have washing machine provided. Location is convenient as it is near the Xiamen north railway station. Lots of eateries downstairs. Overall value for money. Happy to stay again next time.

The shangri-la putian is conveniently located opposite a huge shopping mall and beside a garden. The room was nice and cosy and the service was attentive and impeccable, with Melvin (?) accompanying us to the room and constantly asked if we needed help with anything. All the staff were friendly and helpful and gave us many suggestions on where we could go during our stay and rarely have we experienced such excellent level of hospitality when staying at similar hotels. The river view we had was amazing. Food at shang garden was tasty, and Lydia's service was excellent, offering us extra snacks and soup. The portions served were huge and reasonably priced. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Putian! 莆田香格里拉酒店地理位置优越，对面就是大型购物中心，旁边就是花园。房间舒适温馨，服务周到细致，一位名叫（Melvin）的服务员亲自送我们到房间，在大堂碰到我们时会问我们是否需要任何帮助。所有员工都非常友好热情，为我们提供了很多游玩建议。入住类似酒店，我们很少体验到如此卓越的服务。房间的河景令人惊艳。香园餐厅的菜肴美味可口，服务员（Lydia）的服务也无可挑剔，还主动为我们提供了额外的点心和汤。菜量十足，价格也十分合理。强烈推荐给所有来莆田的游客！!
