Hotel was clean and service was very good. Room was large and comfortable . Swimming pool on eleven floor is a plus on hot days. Good view of the town and the sea from our room.
Strategic location in the heart of Georgetown. Close to Komtar, First Avenue Mall and Pragin Mall. Short walk to Cecil Market and Chowrasta Market with many eateries nearby selling Penang local delicacies.
Clean room with good scent environment. Breakfast was delicious and many varities. Cardless ample parking is convenient. Location near to Queensbay mall is a plus. The food at night hawker center-PISA CORNER opposite the hotel is so delicious and cheap.
Right from the moment we arrived, we were greeted by very enthusiastic bellboys and front desk staff, which made us feel right at home. 👍🏼 The adorable welcome ice cream was a particularly nice touch. We chose this hotel mainly to shop at the nearby Gurney Plaza, but it turned out not to be great for shopping. The locals basically warned us to avoid the food court outside, and since we didn't want to eat mall food, we even took a taxi back to George Town for dinner that day. So, I don't think the location is ideal, especially since the hotel is no longer beachfront after the land reclamation, and the view is much worse than before. Points deducted for a few things: the bathroom faucet was very stiff and hard to turn, the tissues weren't refilled beforehand, and the corners of the vanity weren't cleaned properly.
Booked the biggest unit available which was Hutton 8, 3 Bedroom. Felt in love the moment we open the doors, the smell of wood, rustic and filled with post heritage decorations, there are some setbacks but overall the stay was almost to my satisfactory. The setbacks are, the television given was very small for a huge house so we cannot really see and hear properly. Secondly, the living room is very very very very humid, there is a ceiling fan but all 6 of us are sweating when we sit on the sofa especially during day time.
Stayed for three nights. The hotel is located by a beautiful beach. There's a skywalk on the LG level that leads directly to the beach, and the sunset views there are absolutely stunning. The facilities are excellent, with a great gym and swimming pool. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though the taste was just average.
strategic location to move around town area, and several food stall around by walking distance. compared to few hotels i stay before, many much parking lots available even till late night. one of only sound proof was very bad.
Room is clean and air condition is good. Location very strategic, convenient marts nearby, walking distance to Sunway Carnival Mall, a lot of restaurants nearby, pubs nearby. Highly recommended for business travellers and family.
I highly recommend the family room! It comes with a separate small room, which even has a window, so it doesn't feel cramped. Although the bathroom is made of glass, there are curtains all around, so privacy isn't an issue. The rooftop view is fantastic, and you can even watch the sunrise. The best part is the location – it's just a short walk to seafood stalls, Chinese food streets, famous durian stands, and the mural street. The mini-bar is very generous, and you can enjoy the welcome drink at the glass house at your leisure; we had ours after check-out.
Angsana Teluk Bahang is always the best! My family & I have stayed here a multiples times and we’ll definitely keep coming back for future stays. All their spacious and tastefully decorated rooms are sea-facing and offer gorgeous view of the Melaka straits. This hotel is located in a less busy area hence rendering the ambience to be quiet and peaceful throughout the property. All their staff be it from the reception area to recreational/pool area to dining to housekeeping staff are warm, friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Mr Aiman from the reception department who demonstrates exceptional hospitality and professionalism in taking good care of my family as usual. Their breakfast offers a good spread and some dishes are quite delicious as well. Thanks Angsana. Looking forward to staying at your hotel again soon!
Nestled on Batu Ferringhi Beach, this hotel boasts expansive pools, a private beach, and comprehensive family-friendly facilities, making it ideal for families and those seeking relaxation. The hotel has a distinct resort vibe, but its location is a bit far from the city center, requiring a taxi to get to George Town. If you're looking to enjoy the sun and beach rather than walking tours, this is a perfect choice.
We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a family room, giving the kids their own beds. It was very spacious and we were extremely satisfied!
The resort offers a wide array of activities; we stayed for three days and participated in quite a few of them.
Highly recommend!

GGuest UserStayed at Lone Pine Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, right by the beach and close to Batu Ferringhi attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice balcony view. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. The pool area was well maintained and not overcrowded. Overall, a great place for a quiet beach getaway. Would definitely consider staying again.

MM468605****This hotel was a rebooking after our initial hotel turned out to be terrible.
**Amenities:** The hotel has complete facilities.
**Cleanliness:** It's also very clean.
**Environment:** The environment is nice, and it's very close to the beach; you can just walk down to it. The hotel's swimming pool is also very large.
**Service:** The service is good.
GGumuyicaoThe hotel's overall facilities are fantastic! The environment is refreshing and delightful; ancient trees, a pool, and a sandy beach by the sea make it the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. The room, from the bed to the amenities, was very comfortable. It's incredibly quiet, ideal for a recuperative stay. The moment I walked into the room, I was mesmerized by the vast sea view, trees, and pool outside!
The overall service was also excellent.
The only slight drawback that could be improved was the breakfast. It was generally mediocre and lacked any distinct character. Many items were ready-made, not freshly prepared. For example, the Indian Roti Canai (flying pancake) – when I stayed at the JW Marriott in Kuala Lumpur, they were made fresh on the spot by Indian chefs. Here, they were pre-made, almost like a grab-and-go pancake.
Also, the hotel has a private, exclusive pool area that is only open to guests staying in certain room types, which left a bit of a sour taste.
The best experience was the spa. The masseuse had excellent technique; I actually fell asleep! It might be in my top 3 global spa experiences. What surprised me the most was the design of the spa center. What seemed like a small spa馆 from the outside revealed an extraordinary design inside! It was refreshing and felt like a hidden paradise. Coupled with the glow of the sunset, it left a lasting impression!
