This system replaces the previous separate processes such as the SATUSEHAT health declaration and the e-CD customs declaration.

Who Needs to Fill Out the All Indonesia Arrival Card?

Anyone entering Indonesia needs to fill out the arrival card. This includes:

• All international travellers arriving in Indonesia (this includes tourists, business travelers, and returning residents).
• Indonesian citizens re-entering the country.
• Foreign passport holders entering through airports or seaports.

One form per family is allowed

• If you’re travelling together as a family, one person can submit a single declaration for the whole group.
• You’ll need to include details for all members and their belongings.

‼️Note: If you are transiting but leaving the airport, you will also need to fill it out. If you stay inside the airport during transit, you don’t need it.

When Should You Fill Out Your Indonesia Arrival Card?

You can fill out your All Indonesia Arrival Card online within 3 days (72 hours) before your arrival in Indonesia.

It’s best to do it the day before your flight so your information is fresh and you get your QR code ready for customs. If you forget, you can still fill it out at the airport, but doing it online will save you time and help you avoid long lines.

1. Go to the Official Website

Visit https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id

On the homepage, select "Foreign Visitor" to start. You can also switch the language.

2. Enter Your Personal Information

You will need to fill in:

• Nationality
• Full name (as in your passport)
• Date of Birth
• Country/region of birth
• Gender
• Passport number
• Date of passport expiry
• Phone number

You can also add travellers here.

3. Enter Your Travel Details

You need to provide your arrival date, departure date and your visa status.

4. Choose Mode of Transportation & Address

You need to submit your mode of transport, purpose of visit, and your detailed address in Indonesia.

5. Fill Out Declaration

Declare symptoms, recent travel, items, etc.

6. Get the QR Code

After submission, you will receive a QR Code. Just present it with your passport upon arrival.
