Location of the hotel is excellent and is within close proximity to major establishments/shopping areas in the Ginza area. There is a convenient store (”Natural Lawson”) on the ground floor of the building. I booked the Standard Room with Queen Bed as I was worried that the Standard Room with Single Bed would be too cramped. I'm glad I made that decision. At about 20sq.m., the room is spacious and comfortable enough for one person but may be slightly cramped for a couple. Then again, hotel rooms in Japan tend to be small in general. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the amenities were sufficient. The lobby of the hotel is located on the 16/F of the building, and the guestrooms are located from 17/F up, so you get a very nice view of the Ginza area. I didn't try the breakfast on this trip, but I've heard nice things about that. Will definitely try that next time. Recommended.

The Tokyo Dome Hotel is huge, twice the size of other hotels in the same price range. I expected it to be old, but the carpets and decor were surprisingly new. I stayed in a single king-size room on a high floor with great views. This was the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in in Japan. The lighting was also very cozy, and it offered excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again!

Room and bed were very comfortable, immaculately clean and modern. 2 mins walk from train station, if you need lift access to train then a 6 mins walk, we had a stroller. Breakfast was a bit of a zoo, we went during Christmas, very busy! But tables were spacious so even though there were so many people you don’t feel cramped. Good variety of food selection. We had dinner at the Japanese teppanyaki restaurant. Delicious, especially the tuna salad. I found the lobby staff a little lack of personality, at check in, no mentioning of where breakfast will be, what time check out is. Just checked you in and that’s it, no personal notes in the room. When I expressed I’ve lost my phone at the shop in Tokyo, no sign of empathy (it was a western male staff) no gesture of helpfulness, very cold and robotic. This goes for concierge also, he is an older western gentleman, he needs to use Google translate also which is frustrating cause I could do exactly the same research with Google translate. Overall, hardware is solid, need to fine tune the staff, sprinkle a little bit of personality in them.

First off, I need to clarify that the photos below are of the hotel's **Spacious Twin Room**! The **Superior Twin Room** listed on Trip.com has those really old bathrooms! 😭 I asked the front desk, and all the photos of newly renovated rooms are either for an upgraded Spacious Twin Room, or for a downgraded 23-sqm room type (and the 23-sqm rooms don't have the same dry/wet separated bathroom as pictured below). Because I'm so particular about clean bathrooms, I had no choice but to pay an extra 500 RMB per night at the front desk to upgrade to the **Spacious Twin Room**... 💔 Perhaps the hotel took pity on my wallet, as they gave me an access pass to the 47th-floor lounge. Figures 3-4 below are photos of the 47th floor. It's quite large, with various seating options like chairs, sofas, tatami mats, and even hammocks for relaxing. There's also a children's play area (with a manga bookshelf) and complimentary Starbucks and soft drinks. Food and alcoholic beverages cost extra. Also, my **Spacious Twin Room** was probably set up as a triple, as they provided 3 sets of L'Occitane toiletries daily. I unexpectedly achieved 'L'Occitane sample freedom' 😂. However, I must say that Keio Plaza's transportation and location are excellent: there's an airport shuttle to and from the airport, and it's less than a 5-minute walk straight to the Shinjuku transportation hub/commercial district. It's also right opposite the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, surrounded mainly by office buildings, making the area very nice, quiet, and safe. The hotel's service has a classic touch; in the mornings, you can choose to have an English or Japanese newspaper delivered to your door, and there are attendants in the elevators who greet you and hold the door. In summary: I would consider staying here again on my next visit, but I'll definitely be more careful about choosing the room type, hahaha! 🤦

The hotel's location is superb, right next to Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station, connected by an underground passage. The Starbucks and chocolate shop on the first floor of the adjacent OAZO building are both good. It was a slight disappointment that the drug store wasn't open on the weekend, so I couldn't buy anything. There are a variety of restaurants upstairs; I had some delicious grilled eel rice, and the white asparagus, one of the two appetizers I added, was particularly tasty. Back to the hotel: if you plan to eat any meals, be sure to check the opening and last order times on the signs at the entrance. For instance, the Japanese breakfast on the 7th floor has a last order at 9:30 AM, and they won't serve you if you're late. Western breakfast is on the 8th floor, and takeout isn't allowed, though they did let me take two drinks back to my room after some discussion; food takeout isn't permitted for safety reasons. The room facilities are comprehensive and very clean. The slippers are comfortable, and the body lotion is excellent. The showerhead is great, and the bed is very comfortable too. In short, besides being a bit pricey, there are no complaints. The last picture shows the view of Tokyo Station from the elevator leading to the 7th-floor front desk.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. However, considering the quality and condition of the room, I felt the price was extremely high and not good value for money. As soon as I entered the guest room floor, I noticed the typical smell of an older hotel. The room itself was reasonably clean, but most of the facilities and furnishings felt very dated. Although the hotel states that it was renovated in 2019, it honestly did not feel recently renovated at all. The TV was also quite basic and did not support services such as YouTube, Netflix, or Disney+. The room was extremely small, so I would say it is more suitable for business travelers or guests who enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere of an old Showa-era style hotel. One thing that concerned me was the bathroom layout. You have to step up to enter the bathroom, and because of the limited space, I tripped twice during my stay and also bumped into the bathroom door several times. As for the service, there really was not much service to speak of. The front desk staff were also not particularly friendly, which made the overall experience feel less welcoming. Overall, the location is convenient and the cleanliness is acceptable, but considering the high price, small room, dated facilities, lack of service, and bathroom layout, I would not particularly recommend this hotel for families.

Mid-August 2026. I wonder if it's because it rained for two or three days while we were in Tokyo, but why did no one mention how incredibly humid the room was? The duvet was damp and smelly at night, making it really uncomfortable to sleep under. Maybe the air conditioning was set incorrectly? The hotel had it on auto (heating 25 degrees Celsius), which we found too hot. We switched it to cooling 24 degrees, and then discovered the room was very damp, so we changed it to dehumidify at 24.5 degrees. There was a device on the floor that I couldn't tell if it was an air purifier, humidifier, or dehumidifier. Location: Excellent. It takes a quick 3-minute walk to the subway. There's a 24-hour supermarket to the left when you exit Shiomi Station. A FamilyMart convenience store is right downstairs from the hotel. Room: The size is probably quite good for Tokyo, aside from the excessive humidity I mentioned. Everything else, like the bedding, towels, and bathtub, was very satisfactory. Though I didn't use the bathtub once, haha; the large public bath on the second floor was more convenient. So, a slightly larger room without a bathtub would be more practical. Breakfast: Not a huge variety, but the quality was excellent. We thought it was quite good, but it would be even better if they could change up the options slightly. After four days, it did get a bit repetitive~ Public Bath: The absolute best part was the large public bath on the second floor. It was spacious and very comfortable. Overall, I was still very satisfied. I'll just avoid staying in Tokyo during the August rainy season in the future if all hotels are this humid~

Wonderful hotel that goes above and beyond for families traveling with children. From the child amenity kits and pajamas for our toddler to the crib and diaper pail for our infant we felt that every need was met which made for a really comfortable trip. The 7eleven in the hotel was the icing on the cake! We also were able to utilize the Poppins onsite daycare although this is run independently and you should book well in advance of your trip as only 1 day that we requested was available for booking. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Right by Odaiba Station, making transportation, shopping, and dining very convenient. The room was spacious with a great view; you could see the monorail from the window, but there was virtually no noise. The main downside was the outdated bathroom, which lacked a separate shower and toilet. Also, some of the staff's service quality needs improvement. I saw an impressive advertisement for the buffet and wanted to try it. When I went to the restaurant, it was empty, so I went back to the lobby to ask a staff member. They simply told me the restaurant was on the first floor. Thinking I'd gone to the wrong place, I checked again. I asked another staff member, and got a similar vague answer, completely ignoring my question about why the restaurant wasn't open. Finally, I asked a female attendant by the elevator, and only then found out that the first-floor restaurant isn't open for dinner every night. It makes you wonder what the other staff members were doing...

Room facilities: There were few real pictures of the Ctrip Deluxe Twin Room, but the actual room was quite spacious. Crucially, it had hardwood floors instead of carpet, which felt much cleaner. The hotel is very close to all the Ginza shopping malls, making for a comfortable stay. A minor drawback was the showerhead, which was very difficult to adjust and quite high; it took some getting used to, but the water pressure was excellent and the water was hot. The hairdryer was a Refa, which was super comfortable and quick to use! Location: The hotel is within a 5-19 minute walk to major Ginza shopping malls. It's a bit further from Tokyo Station, about a 12-minute walk. It's very convenient to buy things and bring them back to the hotel. Service: The hotel front desk staff were all very enthusiastic. You could get free foot patches, facial masks, and toiletry sets, as well as complimentary water, which was a huge help. We stayed for six days, and on the morning of August 6th or 7th, a Japanese staff member, Mr./Ms. Ota (I didn't catch the exact name), came to our room to deliver water. He communicated with us in English using a translator, and when we mentioned wanting to dispose of our trash immediately, he proactively took on the task of room cleaning and helped us take out the garbage. I give him a big thumbs up and hope the hotel recognizes his professionalism, dedication, and thoughtful service! I also want to express my gratitude to him here and hope the hotel sees this! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. (Japanese portion of the original review, for context and full translation): We stayed for 6 days this time. On the morning of August 6th or 7th, a Japanese staff member, Mr./Ms. Ota (I apologize for not remembering the name accurately), brought water to our room. He communicated with us in English using a translator, and when we told him we wanted to dispose of trash immediately, he readily offered to take care of the garbage collection and kindly handled the room cleaning instead. I want to give him a very high rating from the bottom of my heart. I sincerely hope the hotel also recognizes his professional, serious, and thoughtful excellent service! Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to him here and hope this comment reaches the attention of the hotel management!

It was 5:30 PM in Otemachi, Tokyo, and a massive halo, like a holy light, enveloped the area, reflecting the silhouette of the world's most beautiful CBD on the glass facade of Otemachi Tower. Perched atop this magnificent skyscraper, Aman Tokyo, which stunned the world a decade ago, remains an unparalleled benchmark for modern city hotels. ｜The soaring 30-meter high atrium, crafted with washi lanterns, wood textures, and concrete and rock, creates a 'dry landscape' garden in the urban clouds. ｜The view facing the Imperial Palace is arguably Tokyo's most beautiful skyline (it ruthlessly trumps the already impressive view from the neighboring Bulgari). ｜While the ambiance at Arva, the Italian restaurant on the other side of the lobby, is superb, the food wasn't to my taste. Though small, this hotel has everything you need. Its Ginza location is incredibly convenient, perfect for shopping or quickly getting to Narita Airport via the expressway. What truly impressed me is how many features are packed into such a compact space. They have a coin-operated laundry and a large public bath. The room, which I'd estimate at about 20 square meters, even managed to fit bunk beds (1.2m/1.5m), making it very family-friendly. A minor point is that since the hotel is directly above the subway, you occasionally feel vibrations as trains pass. This led to a funny moment when an actual earthquake hit at night, and I initially thought it was just another train going by!

I’d wanted to stay at this hotel for a long time and loved the idea of a traditional-style hotel right in the heart of Tokyo. The staff were very friendly, and I was happy to get a room on a higher floor as I had requested. The room itself was very small and felt a bit outdated. For this price range, I expected a little more. However, the window — definitely the highlight of the room — offered an incredible view of the city. The onsen was quite small, but wow. Being able to relax in an outdoor bath right in the center of Tokyo while looking out at the city was an amazing experience. The breakfast was also very good.

[HOSHINOYA Tokyo: A Vertical Ryokan Experience] HOSHINOYA Tokyo offers a truly unique concept. It is a traditional Japanese ryokan built vertically within a modern skyscraper, located in the prestigious Otemachi district. It provides a serene, luxurious escape right in the middle of the bustling city, perfectly blending classic ryokan hospitality with world-class modern design. We enjoyed a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at the property from 29 May to 31 May. We chose not to make any meal reservations, which gave us the flexibility to simply relax and explore the surrounding city. [Getting There] We travelled from Fufu Hakone via a day trip to Enoshima and Kamakura. We took a direct train from Kamakura to Tokyo Station, followed by a short walk to the hotel, and arrived at around 8:00 PM. To make the transit completely effortless, our luggage was picked up and delivered directly to the hotel by LuggAgent on the same day. [Arrival and Check-In] The hotel is situated in the central business district and distinctly stands out from the surrounding buildings. The discreet entrance completely shields you from the busy streets. Upon entering, staff immediately store your shoes, as the entire tatami-matted building operates on a barefoot or socks-only policy. We were incredibly lucky to catch a traditional jap instrument performance, which is usually reserved for weekends. A designated staff member managed our check-in with welcome snack & tea and escorted us to level 15. A major highlight is the exclusive lounge on each floor, shared by only 6 suites. It functions as a private living room, fully stocked with complimentary seasonal teas, coffees, and traditional snacks. [The Suite] We stayed in the Sakura suite. Rather than trying to describe the beautiful layout in words, I will let my photos speak for themselves. The beds are low to the floor with a mid-level hardness that we found quite comfortable, and each bed comes with two soft pillows. There is also a television cleverly hidden behind a mirror, though it is worth noting that it only broadcasts Japanese channels. We kept it switched off to maintain the consistent traditional ryokan feel. The provided yukata is absolutely superb. It comes as a full set complete with an inner layer, an outer layer, socks, and a small handbag. The material is soft, stretchy, and incredibly comfortable for lounging and walking around the property. [The Top-Floor Onsen] Having a natural hot spring in central Tokyo is a rare luxury. The onsen is located on the 17th floor and features a stunning design where the roof is open to the sky. As cameras are strictly prohibited, you will have to visualise it or check the hotel website for gallery photos. I understand that the bath is a salty hot spring containing a high concentration of seawater and seaweed minerals trapped deep in the ground. Soaking in this soothing water gently embraces the skin and helps alleviate fatigue in both body and mind. The onsen is open daily from 3:00 PM to 11:30 AM. It was the absolute perfect way to warm up and recharge before we headed out for a busy day. [Areas for Improvement] Toothbrush Set: The provided toothbrush is far too small and takes ages to use. I strongly recommend bringing your own.

This is our second time staying here. The hotel is right next to the Ariake Garden mall, practically seamlessly connected. There are plenty of dining options upstairs and shopping is very convenient. Downstairs, there's a large Aeon supermarket, and right outside its exit, at platform 1, you can catch the bus to Haneda Airport. There's also a big Muji store nearby. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Ginza from its basement level. While the hotel is situated between two subway lines, neither is too far away, making this location excellent value for money. We booked a family room for two adults and two children, which had four beds. The bathroom and toilet were separate (wet and dry areas), and the room layout was quite good.

I had to go back to the front desk to communicate, and then they switched me to the comfort triple, and there was quite a noticeable difference between the two rooms.

But you are better off going across the road, perhaps a 4-min walk, to the Marriott Courtyard close by where there is the airport bus stop which can take you to Haneda and Narita. Breakfast variety is limited; you can select a choice of Jap or Western Main, along with a few other buffet options. Room size is ok. Public bath’s pool is small but definitely not the smallest I have seen. Different staff to communicate with you in the usual foreign languages.

The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with an amazing city view. The lobby and lounge were also lovely, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the breakfast—it had a great variety of Japanese and Western options, and everything was delicious. Overall, The Blossom Hibiya exceeded our expectations. Great location, beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Tokyo! ❤️🇯🇵

After exiting the station, it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel. The room size wasn't too small; there was still enough space to open one large suitcase and one small suitcase. There's a Family Mart, Lawson, Starbucks, 7-Eleven, and a pharmacy close to the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel offers an onsen, washing machine/dryer, vending machine, microwave, luggage lockers (for before and after check-in), a fitness center, and a cafe, all within the premises. It's excellent!

A highlight of the hotel is its hot springs, and they also offer some yoga activities, though we didn't participate as we don't speak Japanese. Guests can enjoy the hot springs for free, and female guests are personally escorted into the bathing area by staff, which feels very safe. After a soak, you can grab an ice cream or head to the observation deck to enjoy the view with some crackers and apple juice – a truly leisurely holiday experience. The room was comfortable and quiet with ample space for luggage, offering city views and a glimpse of the ocean bridge. The scenery at sunset was particularly beautiful. The staff were all very pleasant, especially the restaurant staff during breakfast, who were absolutely outstanding!

I visited Tokyo with my 88-year-old father. The hotel’s location is arguably the absolute best, making it incredibly convenient to visit Tokyo’s major attractions. The hotel facilities were also highly satisfying. First and foremost, the amenities in the guest room were excellent, and the thoughtful accessibility considerations for the elderly or infirm gave us great peace of mind. For instance, the provision of a bath chair with a backrest was very impressive. The hygiene and meticulous housekeeping were of the highest standard. Furthermore, the non-slip mat provided in the bathroom clearly reflected a deep consideration for the guests' specific needs. All of this, of course, is a testament to the staff’s proactive service and attentive care. If there was one minor disappointment, I wish a wider variety of pillows had been available in the room. In this regard, I felt it fell slightly short of meeting guests' diverse preferences. Additionally, as a helpful suggestion for safety, designing bathroom doors to open outward to facilitate emergency access in case of an accident inside is a fundamental design principle for luxury hotels. While preventing accidents altogether is ideal, being fully prepared for emergencies is what sets the highest standard of excellence. On another note, despite the hotel being located within a major railway station, there was absolutely no noise. The soundproofing was truly remarkable. The breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, beautifully balancing traditional Japanese cuisine with Western options. While ordering a more unique or specialized beverage took a bit of time, the quality and taste were highly satisfying. The other facilities, particularly the restaurants and cafes, were exceptionally calm, elegant, and quiet, providing a very pleasant experience. The food, of course, tasted excellent. However, you must ensure you have ample time to enjoy it; it can require a significant amount of time and patience before the food is served in front of you. Overall, our experience was exceptionally satisfying and wonderful. With its rich historical background and narrative, the hotel offered a deeply engaging and far from boring stay.

The room was a bit old but reasonably well-maintained, and the cleanliness was okay. However, the automatic flush on the bidet toilet was very dirty, so I didn't use it. Also, I stayed for 4 nights, and while my child's bed didn't have bugs, on my first night, I felt something like dust mites jumping on me. After 4 nights, I had about 8-9 bites around my waist and stomach. I was really unhappy about this; I suspect it was bed bugs due to the old age of the mattress and duvet inserts. The picture is after applying mosquito balm, so the redness has gone down a bit; originally, they were red and raised. On the plus side, the toiletries were L'Occitane, and the airport bus stop for the return journey is just a 3-minute walk across what I assume is the southern road to the main bus terminal. There's a new Lawson across the street, and a 7-Eleven just a few steps away. Two drugstores are within a 5-minute walk. The subway entrance downstairs is convenient for going to Disneyland. For other places, you generally have to walk about 8 minutes to another Hibiya Line station to get to Shibuya, Akihabara, and other areas.

I choose Hyatt Regency Tokyo every time I visit Tokyo. Traveling is very convenient as you can access the metro line from both pink (Tochomae) and red. The underground pathway make it vey convinience when raining. Airport limo bus also stops at the hotel. 7-11 and Family Mart are located at the basement with many good restaurants around including Starbuck. The room is very clean and spacious, and A/C is adjustable. The bed is so comfy but the pillows are too soft for my liking. Room service food is in excellent quality and super delicious, especially the salmon steak.

The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with requests, and check-in/out was smooth. Guest reviews consistently praise how attentive and polite the team is. Breakfast (optional buffet) has a nice variety and was delicious — a great way to start the day before heading out. Excellent location and perfect sleep quality! After exiting Yaesu Underground Shopping Mall Exit 22, take the first alley, and you'll spot the hotel. The ground floor is where you catch the elevator, and the reception desk for check-in is on the second floor. The second floor also features a public area with complimentary tea and coffee. It's worth noting that both the front desk staff and housekeepers I encountered this time could communicate in Chinese, making their service incredibly friendly and reassuring! Room comfort completely exceeded my expectations! The soundproofing is excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any noise these past few days. The pillow was very supportive and comfortable, and the air conditioning didn't blow directly onto the bed, so I slept wonderfully every night. There are charging ports by the bed, and you can even set your own wake-up call from the phone, which is very convenient. Two bottles of water are replenished daily in the room. The bathroom has excellent water pressure, making showers very pleasant, and the shampoo and shower gel provided by the hotel are also quite good. Overall, it was excellent, especially the cleanliness, service, and facilities. The only drawback was its distance from both JR (Shinjuku Station) and Tokyo Metro subway stations; for example, it took over 20 minutes to walk to JR Shinjuku Station. However, getting to and from the airport was incredibly convenient, as the shuttle pickup/drop-off point for Shinjuku Washington Hotel was just a 2-minute walk away. The room itself was fantastic, a Family Apartment spanning over 40 square meters, very new, and well-designed with ample space. We could easily set aside our shopping for last-minute packing without cluttering the main living area. The bathroom was well-separated, with a dedicated toilet and shower area. The kitchenette was well-equipped with dishes, bowls, plates, pots, and pans, along with a medium-sized refrigerator and microwave, perfect for cooking our own meals or heating up items from convenience stores. There were coin-operated washing machines on the second floor, though we didn't use them. With two elevators, waiting times were minimal. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, explaining every step during check-in. We were also lucky to get early check-in at 10 AM, which was a huge bonus for anyone arriving in Tokyo early in the morning. If I have the chance to visit Tokyo again, I would definitely stay with Mimaru, perhaps in a different location like Ginza, Ueno, Asakusa, or Ikebukuro.

For those planning a self-guided trip to Tokyo, I highly recommend buying a JR Pass. It's incredibly worthwhile! We arrived at the airport late that night, and after exchanging our physical tickets at the East Japan Service Center, we were able to immediately book our train tickets online for the next morning's departure from Tokyo via the Narita Express. With the physical ticket, you can reserve various reserved seats at any JR station – it's really quick and convenient! We flew from the airport to Tokyo, then transferred to a limited express train to Mito City – simple and convenient… The only downside is that there's no Chinese name lookup for station names; you have to search for the Japanese station names online and then input them, which took a little time, but the overall experience was great!

We queued at the JR Green Counter at Narita Airport to exchange our tickets. We asked the female employee scanning the queue to confirm if we could exchange our tickets there, and she said yes. However, when we got to the counter, the staff said we couldn't exchange them there and had to go to the JR East Travel Service Center across the street. But that center didn't open until 8:30 AM, so we had to wait in line again. We saw many other travelers walking around in queues like us. Fortunately, the staff at the JR East Travel Service Center were very efficient and quickly processed our ticket exchange. They even asked if we had our travel plans and helped us reserve seats for our flights from the airport to Tokyo Station and from Tokyo Station to Echigo-Yuzawa, which was very thoughtful. The ticket price was excellent value, and we were generally satisfied, although the ticket exchange process was a bit confusing.

This is a fantastic ski Airbnb, located just across the street from Kagura. The Airbnb has separate wet and dry areas, and the functional areas are well-designed, including dining, relaxation, and entertainment areas. The breakfast selection is plentiful, enough to give you an energy boost on a ski day morning. You can buy ski passes and onsen (hot spring) passes at the hotel. There's a fusion American restaurant nearby; I ate there twice and the food was quite good. I also recommend buying some food from Echigo-Yuzawa Station to bring over for dinner; the Airbnb can heat it up. Trains from Yuzawa Station are limited, so check the schedule in advance. If you plan to eat in the station's commercial area in the evening, you'll need to queue with the skiers for buses, which can be time-consuming.

We booked a tatami room, which you need to lay yourself, but you can lie flat after laying it. It's great to have a private bathroom in a homestay! The proprietress is warm and thoughtful, and the ski drying area is reasonably set up, which is great for skiing parents and children! It takes about 15 minutes by taxi from Echigo Yuzawa.

The hotel's location is very convenient, not far from the train station, and the free shuttle bus service is available throughout the day, which made our travels so easy. We stayed in a Japanese Style Room, and it was incredibly spacious at 50 square meters. It was perfect for our family of three (parents and our 3-year-old child). There was plenty of room for our little one to run around and play comfortably without feeling cramped. The private snow park at the hotel is fantastic, especially for young children. Our child had so much fun playing in the snow, and it felt very safe and family-friendly. We are truly impressed with the hospitality and the facilities. My dinner was buffet, it was delicious! The most amazing part is that they provided unlimited hot pot with beef and pork, and they tasted so good.

First time skiing, stayed at a hot spring hotel. The location is excellent, right outside the station, just a 5-minute walk. The hotel has two hot springs, one of which stays open very late. It was super relaxing to soak in the hot spring after skiing! Highly recommend.

Both the heating and air conditioning here are excellent. The space is very generous, and there's a great selection of hot springs, so you can enjoy them almost any time. There's also a shuttle bus that conveniently takes you to the station. Plus, there's a small entertainment area nearby perfect for kids to play in the snow.

Japanese Western Style Room Non Smoking
The hotel's location is excellent. You can see the Yuzawa Grand Hotel nestled on the mountainside right from the west exit of Echigo-Yuzawa Station. It's about a 5-minute walk, though the large, steep slope at the hotel entrance requires careful walking, especially after a snowfall in Echigo-Yuzawa and when pushing luggage, to avoid slipping. We booked a Japanese/Western-style room, and the hotel gave us a room on the 7th floor of the South Wing, directly facing the station. The views were absolutely superb, especially the distant mountains after a snowfall – truly the 'Snow Country' I'd imagined. The room had two beds, and a futon was set up in the Japanese-style area, making it perfect for families with two children on a ski trip. There are two onsen (hot springs) on the hotel's first floor, and the open-air bath is particularly memorable, especially when you catch a heavy snow while soaking outdoors. An unforgettable experience! The hotel exudes the charm of an established onsen hotel, with attentive and meticulous service. Yukata and towels are changed daily. Although the facilities show their age, they are still perfectly functional, especially the in-room mini-bar/sink area, which was convenient for eating bentos in the room after skiing each day. Oh, we didn't book breakfast or dinner; we got all our meals from the convenience store inside the station and nearby restaurants. The hotel's excellent service was also evident in many small details, such as the free rain boots at the entrance and the weather forecasts for various ski resorts. I particularly recommend the ski rental shop right outside the hotel; they have a great attitude, reasonable prices, and the ski gear and helmets are all very new. In summary, it was a very satisfying stay in every aspect. If I come back to Echigo-Yuzawa during the ski season, I will definitely stay here again!

Japanese-Style Suite Room With Semi Open Air Bath
Beautiful hotel with immaculate rooms. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helped explain the onsen perfectly. The view from the room was amazing. Breakfast was a delight. There is plenty of car parking space which was great. A short walk to restaurants and convenience store. We will stay again. Thank you Livemax.

The location is great, very close to the high-altitude ski resort. The hotel facilities are quite good, suitable for families. The facilities are a bit old, the air conditioning is a bit worn, but the bedding is quite good. I would recommend it; I've stayed twice. The staff are very nice, and the food is quite plentiful.

Definitely coming again!! Highly recommend this hotel! Only bad thing is that they do not have a hotel shuttle u have to walk to take the yuzawa shuttle and it’s uphill u have to push your luggage up. Other than this it’s a really perfect place!!!
