The hotel offers a fully self-service check-in, which saves time since you don't have to make awkward small talk with the front desk – perfect for introverts. The room is quite spacious, but it feels a bit old. I felt itchy sitting on the fabric sofa and sleeping on the bed, probably due to too many dust mites, and there was a lot of dust in the room, making me sneeze. There's a bathtub, and shampoo and shower gel are provided. However, essential items like slippers, a kettle, toothbrush, and toothpaste were missing; the only cups were a few clear plastic ones. We left the room at 12 PM, and it wasn't cleaned. We just made do for two nights. The location isn't ideal either; although it's on the busiest street, it's at the very edge, and it takes over 30 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the city center.

This was my 5th time staying at Excalibur. This is one of the cheaper properties on the ***** and gets a bad wrap - it’s great value, has everything you need for a stay in Vegas. The Deuce bus stops outside, so it’s in a great position. I used the pool, this was fab too! I recommend this hotel if you want a good value stay in Vegas.

We arrived a bit late on the first day, around 6 PM. We had booked two higher-priced double rooms with a street view, but at check-in, we weren't given adjoining rooms. Instead, we got rooms in different directions and quite far apart. One room faced a side street, and the other was a corner room overlooking a main road. The exterior of the building meant there was no direct street view, and the windows were completely covered with a grid-like advertising film, making it impossible to see out. We specifically paid more than for a standard double room to get a nice street view, so this arrangement was completely misleading! It's also disappointing that the price here was the same as on the official website, but without any discount vouchers. The rooms themselves were fine, a bit smaller than the Bellagio's but felt newer. It's convenient to stay here if you want to see David Copperfield's show, as it's right downstairs. There wasn't much Christmas decoration; the Bellagio had the most Christmas spirit.

The Flamingo hotel and ****** is wonderful hotel with history. It is situated on top place in the middle of the *****. We liked the hotel and the flamingo habitat. There are pretty much animals like birds and turtles as well. The most liked bird in this habitat is Bugsy the pelican. It is rescued bird. They take care to this pelican very well!
We had a good time in Las Vegas on this trip.

Our room was upgraded for free from regular room to a suite, so theres a small living room and a bedroom with 2 double beds. The size is good for family of 4 adults and the bathroom was huge! There was also a powder room in the living room area

The customer service is horrible. They wouldn’t let us check out one day earlier. And they kept pushing the responsibility around, unable to process our request properly. Highly disappointing experience

The room is nice and the facilities are new, but the management is incredibly chaotic. The hotel staff's communication is poor, with information not being shared amongst them, which is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. It was a very bad experience.
Most other hotels in the area would at least convert the resort fee into a credit or waive it if you forgo daily housekeeping, but this one doesn't budge at all. When evaluating their pricing, it's your booking price + $62.36 multiplied by the number of days.
On top of that, the parking lot is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel rooms, which was another terrible experience. Do not book this hotel if you're traveling with elderly people. I absolutely do not recommend it.

The hotel is quite old; the decor feels at least a decade old, and the carpet is frayed in many places. The tower is its most distinctive feature, but it's a separate paid attraction. Las Vegas hotels are typically very large and sprawling, so you end up walking quite a distance just to get around inside.

The location is good in the middle of the las vegas *****. ****** is right at the lobby. However, my room is at the district 3 and is quite far away from the lobby and hence I have to walk to and forth whenever I need something. The good part is that district 3 is nearer to the car park which I park my car. Room was decent and big. Overall is a good stay.

The room was quite spacious and cleaned daily. It's well-equipped and even has an exhibition, although there's an extra charge for it. The location is a bit out of the way, making transportation a bit inconvenient. The bathroom is large with a great shower (good water pressure and separate wet/dry areas).

NNengliyouduodaThe location is a bit out of the way; you'll need a taxi to get anywhere. The room itself was incredibly spacious and reasonably clean, but the facilities are showing their age. There was no water in the room, and a bottle downstairs cost nearly 50 [currency, assuming RMB]. No slippers were provided, and the sheets were very thin. The front desk's efficiency can't compare to what you'd find in [country, assuming China]; it's 'free America,' so don't expect much in terms of service. I'll try another hotel next time, if there is a next time.

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

__WeChat266491****The overall design is chic and tasteful, which usually comes with a higher price tag, so staying here for around 2000 is definitely great value for money! If you want to watch a game or something, you can tip a bit or pay to upgrade, but it wasn't a priority for me so I didn't bother. The downstairs restaurant has everything you could want, perfect for those who like to have a good time. Parking is $20.
GGuest UserI absolutely enjoyed my stay here at Main Street! The room was very clean and tidy when I arrived. This hotel is located away from the ***** which I appreciated but its also not a far drive away so it was perfect for my family and I!

GGuest UserThe staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.
