the location isn’t at the center of the city. the service quite good, but could be better. the warm water not always worked. but the industrial design is really good.

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. Good hotel, huge parking lot. Clean bedroom. Close to mini market.

I had a truly wonderful stay at novotel lampung. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.the ambience was modern yet cozy,making it a perfect place ro relax either for business or leisure.

Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..

quite comfortable,at this price,it is suitable.the bathroom and the room are clean. But it would be better to be taken back to the cleanliness of the bed sheets and pillowcases, replaced a clean one before the new guests stay in the designated room. Recommended .. Thank you 🙏🏻

Great, got a free room upgrade from the hotel, the room was clean, the view was good, the food had lots of varieties and was delicious

the room i stayed in was very clean,comfortable,and equipped with modern facilities.the mattress was very comfortable and the pillows gave a good night's sleep. i also really appreciate the attention to detail,such as high-quality toiletries and complete minibar.

The hotel is actually good . We stay on a premier room , and is very spacious . The facilities and sevicies , the staff are well trained, polite and helpful . The swimming pool is also good .
