GGuest UserThe food is delicious, the hotel is clean, and the service is excellent, especially the receptionist. Check-in was also quick.

GGuest UserI had a truly wonderful stay at novotel lampung. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.the ambience was modern yet cozy, making it a perfect place ro relax either for business or leisure.
9.3/10
Great
GGuest UserI requested a QUIET ROOM, because my husband is a light sleeper, and he get sick easily if he doesn't have enough sleep, but the whole night has been a nightmare cause the roof above us is so noisy, sounds of people walking, and jumping, furniture moving, were very obvious and my husband call the receptionist and he PROMISED TO CHECK AND GET BACK TO US, but no one call us back until we checked out. The lady receptionist hand us the key with one hand and no smile, i think its very important to learn about basic hospitality code especially for the front desk staff.
How ever the room is very very comfortable and the location is excellent.

AAnonymous UserI had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, and the check-in process was smooth.
However, the cleanliness could be improved. Some areas of the room were not as clean as expected, so I hope the hotel can pay more attention to housekeeping and overall cleanliness.
Overall, it was a decent stay, but improving the cleanliness would make the experience much better.

GGuest UserSeriously, this hotel is so noisy it's impossible to get a good night's sleep. The walls between rooms are just drywall with no soundproofing, so you can hear everything going on next door... and they were, uh, *banging* on the bed. ๐ฅด Not recommended if you're looking for a relaxing vacation.

Amazing
AAnonymous UserClean room, friendly service. We got the exact room we booked, and the view was stunning. The room was spacious and beautiful; we used it for our child's graduation prep. It was very comfortable and satisfying.

8.8/10
Very Good
GGuest UserWhat particularly disappointed me was the service. This was the second time at an Aston hotel that I was given a dinner menu where many of the advertised options were unavailable. It felt impersonal. The communication between the reception and breakfast administration also seemed less than optimal. Otherwise, everything else was fine, but no more Aston for me.

HHaoxuduThe room facilities are relatively old, and the sanitary conditions are average. There are many restaurants nearby, and a deposit is required for the room card. The music is very loud at night and is quite noisy.
