Guest UserSorry but i had a view complaint about the hotel
First is the lift, it is annoying that we had to switch lift just to go to the lobby and concierge
Mall is not open yet so it is not quite like the advertising
Plus dialing the receptions could really took a long time to pick up.
Amenities are so basic.
Even the soap and shampoo smells like reguler brand. I dont know, but i can not recommend this hotel for future stay. ๐

Anonymous UserThe hotel location is convenient, connected to a shopping mall with KFC, sushi, and Uniqlo, making dining and shopping very easy. It's only a 30-minute drive from the airport. Breakfast was just average.

Stayed 2nd and was given a sea view, the only problem was the AC wasn't cold enough and it took a long time to cool down, for the rest so far ๐

It's nice and clean hotel and rooms and the boffeh have many options for the guest and staffs having good hospitality with guest, except the pool not clean and have many insect because it's open area and near trees

Guest UserI stayed for two nights and It's nice hotel and staff are friendly and helpful and the boffeh have many options for the guest and room are clean and comfortable even the swimming pool are clean and I enjoyed my time at hotel

HaoxuduThe room facilities are relatively old, and the sanitary conditions are average. There are many restaurants nearby, and a deposit is required for the room card. The music is very loud at night and is quite noisy.
