I've stayed here many times, but please improve the service. I requested an extra towel from check-in until check-out, and it was never delivered by the front office team.

It's nice and clean hotel and rooms and the boffeh have many options for the guest and staffs having good hospitality with guest, except the pool not clean and have many insect because it's open area and near trees
