"We arrived at 11pm in the night from Milan Centrale. It took us roughly 10 minutes dragging 2 large heavy suitcases. The hotel was clearly signposted and the area felt safe and was not dodgy.
We were greeted by a very kind lady at reception who quickly checked us in. We asked for a quiet room, and she said that perfectly sound proof rooms are not possible this close to the train station. We got a room facing the train station on the 4th floor, but slept very well. The train rumbling could be felt, but we could not really hear anything so that was fine. There was some noise as the people next door either chatted as they were getting out or coming in, but it was not more than 2 minutes.
Blackout curtains were excellent, and the shower was heavenly. Bedsheets and towels and pillow cases were really really clean.
Charging points were a bit lacking (we took out the TV plug) and the wooden shutters looked dated, but our bathroom must have been renovated because it was absolutely SPOTLESS.
We were able to leave our luggage at check out.
Location is great for trains, and airport, but for exploring Milan, I would recommend you get a day transit pass as the Duomo and other stuff is a bit of a walk away.
We came back in the evening to collect our suitcases and the evening receptionist was also very friendly and polite and patient with all our questions.
Could not recommend enough for a short trip."

ModouletianLocation: Very close to the Porta Venezia metro station, which offers convenient access to the Duomo and Santa Maria delle Grazie (where you can see 'The Last Supper'). It's a quiet area despite being central, with a food street nearby.
Facilities: For a European hotel, it's relatively new. While the amenities are on par with a budget hotel back home, it does have a decent-sized elevator.
Service: They offer 24-hour front desk service, and the staff's English is quite good.
Cleanliness: Overall, it's very clean.
A great choice among hotels in Milan! 👍

Guest UserConveniently located next to the main train station. Rooms are clean and staff are very helpful. Breakfast is €14 per person and had a good variety to choose from. Would recommend if you don't need to be right in the centre near all the main attractions.

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, right next to the train and metro stations, and the airport shuttle bus terminal is just downstairs (€10 per person). It's convenient for getting to any attraction. There's air conditioning, so you can pop back to the hotel for a break when it's hot in the afternoon, grab a complimentary coffee, and then head to the food court across from the central station in the evening for some delicious food. It's truly delightful.

Checking In was easy and quick. The employees are all very friendly and capable. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Furthermore the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A real highlight is the breakfast Buffet, where you can gorge yourself on a variety of cakes and pastries. Lastly, the subway station Loreto is very easy to reach on foot. All in all, very pleasant.

The hotel is new and the service is excellent. The staff speak many languages and you can store your luggage there. I checked in early in the morning, and after a quick call to confirm, it was fine. They gave me a really spacious room. I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I return. The only strange thing was that the shower water was cold, but overall it's a very modern place.

1. I arrived at 7:30 AM and was only allowed to check in at 2:00 PM. I understand there were no rooms available, but it was still incredibly frustrating.
2. I booked a suite, don't be fooled by the name, it's just a slightly larger room.
3. The location is indeed quite good.
4. The breakfast was rather simple.
5. I definitely won't stay here again next time.

anmqThe hotel is located in a residential area, slightly north of central Milan, which appears to be one of the city's less affluent neighborhoods. Right next to it, there's a large roundabout surprisingly overgrown with tall weeds! The buildings' bases are covered in graffiti, making the area look quite run-down.
There was a Black housekeeping staff member who seemed to lack proper housekeeping training. While cleaning our room, he took our personal glass, which was very different from the hotel's provided glassware, as well as a stainless steel cup and chopsticks that had no connection to the hotel whatsoever. When we returned to the room and noticed these items missing, we saw him still cleaning and immediately asked if he had thrown them away. He didn't evade the question at all; instead, he led me to the storage room and retrieved everything!
We ran into him at the subway station the next day. He was instantly recognizable – over 190cm tall and very thin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner.

_Elena*_It is very mice hotel. The workers was so friendly and help us with a tickets concert, without extra charge. The locations is perfect, 15 min aways from the Duomo by metro and 8 min away from Navigli by foot.

Wendyyy07I give this hostel's private spaces a perfect score. Once you pull the curtain, it's a completely private space where you won't be disturbed at all. There are charging ports, a mirror, a locker, and a light, and the bed is very comfortable. The room has a dry and wet separated bathroom with hot water. The breakfast is abundant, and the croissants are especially large and delicious. Additionally, there's a spacious common area and a fridge and kitchen on the second floor. The location is also great; it's within walking distance to the subway station, and there's a fantastic Sichuan restaurant about 300 meters away. Overall, highly recommended, I had a very comfortable stay.

HeartleighI stayed at Ostello Bello - Milano Duomo for two nights, and it was an amazing experience. This is the best hostel I’ve stayed in. The location is very accessible, with fast-food restaurants, malls, tourist attractions, and the metro all nearby.
The place is very cozy and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel comfortable right away. The receptionists were very kind and accommodating. I arrived very late, around 1:40 AM, but they still welcomed me without any issues, which I really appreciated.
My room was also great, clean, and comfortable, with a private bathroom that made my stay even more convenient. They also offer free drinks like coffee, tea, and water, along with some nice amenities.
Overall, I would rate this hostel 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.
