This hotel, newly opened this year, is about a 20-minute walk from the Central Station. There's a subway entrance about 200 meters from the hotel, but I couldn't find an elevator đ, so if you have large luggage, you'll need to carry it. The subway takes about 15 minutes to reach Milan Cathedral and about 10 minutes to the Central Station. There's a shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, and plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel staff are all quite handsome! Check-in is at 2 PM, and there are sofas in the lobby where you can relax, with complimentary lemonade and candies for guests. Our room type had one large bed and two twin beds. The room size was quite spacious. The restaurant is on the first floor and offers a Western-style buffet. The apple juice was very popular with the kids. The only drawback was that one of the lights in our room couldn't be turned off â I hope they can fix that!
Nice, modern airport hotel. Very conveniently located, easy to reach by foot from the airport and the train station.
Hotel is big, with conference rooms, 24h gym, spa and pool. Rooms are modern, quite and well maintained
It is a good hotel, but the location is not really good because there is no public transportation except the shuttle from the hotel which charges 11 euros if I am not mistaken. There are only five restaurants around. This hotel is recommended to people who have a car because the place is very quiet.
Big spacious room. Clean and nice. Very artistic hotel as many paintings by creative Artists. Near park. I saw a rabbit in the park. About 700m from the Metro station, 7 minutes walk. Cherry Blossom around the park, simply beautiful! Yummy delicious breakfast. With a nice lounge for a drink too! Black & White Classic style hotel. Keep it up! Excellent! I like it! đ
The room was very comfortable. We had a bit of bad luck getting to T1 and had to wait about ten minutes for the free shuttle. The hotel staff were very friendly, and we even received a welcome drink at check-in. There's a lobby bar and a microwave available. This hotel offers excellent value for money if you have an early flight from Malpensa.
Pros: The front desk staff had a great attitude, and the hotel is very close to the airport. It's much quieter than being right at the airport, and the paid shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient. They even allowed us to check in early.
Cons: Our room was on the third floor and only had a small, round window. **Fellow travelers, please pay special attention:** Someone tried to open our door at night (we had taken precautions beforehand). At different times, we only heard the doorknob turn once each time. At first, I thought I was mistaken or hearing things, but after the third time, which was after midnight, I called the front desk to report the issue and asked them to increase security.
When I checked out, I asked about it again. The front desk said they had gone upstairs to check after my call but found no one. They suggested it might have been someone from the next room who made a mistake.
The driver, however, had a bad attitude. When he dropped us off at the airport in the morning and we were getting our luggage out, he was very gruff đ. It really ruined the start of our day.
A bit outside center milan but not far out by any means. Nice neighborhood and amazing community focused bistro area.
The bed was confortable and facilities are very clean. I am very satisfied with the space.
Was also able to work on laptop at the bistro as well so that is a plus to have when traveling and needing a space to work.
The hotel is very clean and close to the airport. However, I have to complain about the bathroom sink â it's too shallow and drains very slowly, making it impractical. The bed felt a bit too high, making it slightly inconvenient to get in and out. On the positive side, there are plenty of charging outlets in the room. It's a good choice for business travel.

Unfortunately, my stay at Glam Milano was very disappointing.
The room temperature was around 27°C throughout the night, and despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity, no effective cooling was available. I contacted reception multiple times and was told the heating would be turned off, but this never happened. The room remained uncomfortably hot and made proper rest impossible.
I arrived late at night after a 16-hour long-haul flight and had no realistic alternative but to stay, despite the conditions. To make matters worse, I was also required to pay an additional fee on arrival, which felt unacceptable given the circumstances.
A hotel at this price point should be able to regulate room temperature properly or at least resolve issues when guests raise them. The lack of solution, combined with poor handling of complaints, significantly impacted my stay.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, rest, or responsive service.
The hotel offers free parking, which is great if you're driving. It's about a 30-40 minute drive on the highway to the city center, which is quite convenient. The Chinatown in the city center is really vibrant and colorful; it felt like being back in China.
The hotel itself is simple and comfortable. Breakfast is also very basic with limited choices.
The cleanliness was good, but the smell of disinfectant was very strong.
There's a free shuttle to the airport, but you have to walk about 10 minutes to the main road to catch it. The hotel's own shuttle service requires a reservation in advance and costs 15 euros per room.

GGuest UserItâs a nice enough upper budget hotel but donât stay in the winter - the heaters are turned on so high and you will need to open the windows but the sound from the street will keep you awake. The beds are very hard. The staff is strict about keeping the key when you leave and donât seem to smile much. I would recommend closer to the city centre near the duomo or on the other side of Milan where itâs less noisey.
Also there are some photos of the recently renovated rooms butt the room I had was not one of them. It can be a little misleading.
GGuest UserGreat location, right opposite the central station, making it super convenient to get around. There are Chinese-speaking staff, so communication was a breeze. The cleanliness and facilities are good, nothing to complain about. Plus, there's free coffee! đ It can be a bit noisy, though, as it's right by the main road near the station.
JJiroBlueOne of the 4-star hotel which is affordable price and provides a good customer service to my team. My room has been upgraded and it is very huge twin beds with the facilities in the room is new. However, there is no water and tissue in the room provided to guests even it is a 4-star hotel. It so surprises me about this.
GGuest UserEverything was excellent. The hotel's services and amenities far exceeded our expectations. The minibar was free and all drinks were restocked daily. From the front desk to the waiters, everyone was very friendly and attentive. The âwelcome chocolatesâ at the front desk were delicious, and the breakfast entrees were excellent, though the variety was a bit limited. This was the best experience my husband and I had at a five-star hotel in Italy, and we will choose this hotel again in the future.
GGuest UserThe location is very good, just over 100 meters from the subway, and all the attractions are within four stops. It's very quiet, and the neighborhood is also very safe. There is a pizza, pasta, and breakfast shop downstairs. Recommended
LLaurentontherunArea is okayish although the building off-season is a bit creepy. 1 toilet and 1 shower per floor. Cleanish but the shower is super cramped so you will have to step in to be able to close the rest of the shower closet. Cabin is supposed to have some sort of TV and high tech functions but clearly this has not been mantained. Bed is extremely soft. I would have slept even better if the dorm light could be switched of; instead the light bled through the curtain opening, necessitating two different sleep masks. Free breakfast in the morning which is always nice!
DdimpledragonIt is quite close to the center. They have really good breakfast. Rooms were big and spacious. It would be better with curtains. Love their kitchen (they provide ingredients and also sometimes free food :)) Their common areas are so big and they have a lot of games/music instruments, pool, table football. They also have a bar at the entrance, first drinks are free :) They have activities every day and you can also participate in a bar crawl. One of the best hostels to socialise, i recommend!
GGuest UserAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and  Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price.  Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.
GGuest UserHotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.
