It's so convenient to be close to the airport. You can also book airport pick-up. There is a car to take you to the airport very early in the morning. The room is clean and hygienic. There is a pizza shop next to it, which tastes delicious.

Hotel location is very good, in the city center, walking distance from the attractions. Next to the botanical garden, life around is also very convenient. Service attitude is very good, will give good travel advice, etc.

This is a reputable hotel, and the environment, service, and quality are all guaranteed. After checking in, we entered our room and were immediately hit with a faint smell of cigarette smoke. We complained, and the front desk promptly switched us to a fresh-smelling room. This reminded us that in the future, when booking, we must specify a non-smoking room. The hotel breakfast was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The gym equipment was excellent. It's also quite close to important uptown attractions, reachable within a 15-minute walk. The hotel is worth the price. I enjoyed the stay very much.

In need of refurbishment from a cosmetic perspective, as the carpet in my hotel room was worn and tired. No body wash and had to ring housekeeping for refill… perhaps this should be checked regularly with cleaning. Cannot fault the care demonstrated towards guests and breakfast quality. A grand old lady of Zagreb that will always draw me to her. Fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Overall it was a great experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, only five to ten minutes walk from the square where all the attractions are located. It is about 20 to 30 minutes walk from the main train station. The room is clean and is equipped with free coffee and tea. I did not take the breakfast since they are readily available in the city. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Perhaps the only downside is that it is right in front of a tram line which can be a little noisy. But the hotel has double glazed windows, with an additional front panel. Hence no worries in getting a peaceful sleep. Highly recommended.

The rooms are well-equipped, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The lobby isn't very large, but the staff are warm, attentive, and helpful. When I asked for local dining tips, the waiter patiently helped. The places they recommended were good value for money. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to the city center square, making it very convenient to visit attractions. The hotel is also surrounded by a pleasant green space.

Fantastic location. Sauna is available to book for free for private use. The best thing was the massage - it was really good. The only issue was the air condition which was changed to heating during the time we visited (summer transitioning to autumn) so it was a little warm at night. Unless you took the garden facing room, the road/ trams noises will be uncomfortable to leave the windows open through the night. Having said, the staff service were good.
