Room service was great. The room itself was a standard queen, not too big, not too small, just right. Downstairs in the lobby, there were lots of people eating and chatting, creating a very relaxed atmosphere. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Two double beds in the room. What I liked most was that instead of bottled water, there were purified water dispensers on the second and fourth floors, along with free ice. Very eco-friendly! The front desk staff were also very welcoming. They even printed out coloring books with Zagreb-related facts for my two kids and gave them crayons. A very pleasant stay.
