Absolutely fantastic! There were even fireworks on New Year's Eve, which was such a pleasant surprise~ It felt incredibly special and ceremonial. **Facilities:** The facilities are very comprehensive. The breakfast buffet is rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the portions are small enough that you can try many different dishes. The complementary recreational activities are quite fun; you can even continue playing after checking out, including pickleball, mini-golf, basketball, and more – very enjoyable. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. **Environment:** The greenery is well-maintained, it's not noisy or crowded, and has an upscale vibe. **Service:** The service is excellent. Items delivered to the room arrive quickly, and they help with luggage.

Describing my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou as perfect is no exaggeration. The day before check-in, Della from the Executive Lounge contacted me to confirm my arrival time and arranged an early check-in for me. On top of that, she upgraded my room so I could enjoy the stunning views of Canton Tower from my window, which truly elevated my entire experience. Later that evening, when I booked a table at the lobby bar, Della once again secured the best spot for me, directly facing the Canton Tower, making my drinks experience absolutely perfect. Finally, I'm incredibly grateful for Della's service during my stay. She deserves a special mention and a huge thank you!

I highly recommend the InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha Resort! My friends and I were absolutely blown away by our experience at this hotel during our beach vacation. The moment we stepped in, we were enveloped by a strong resort vibe. The lobby was spacious and bright, and the gentle sea breeze carried a faint salty scent, instantly washing away the fatigue from our journey. Our ocean-view room had an incredible vista; opening the window revealed the sparkling blue sea and fine sandy beach, with sunlight dancing on the waves – every photo we took looked like it belonged in a magazine. I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's travel photography service! I was initially debating whether to hire a separate photography studio, but it turns out the hotel offers its own partnered service, which was incredibly easy to book at the front desk. The photographer was very professional; not only did he know all the best spots for great photos around the hotel – from the seaside boardwalk and coconut groves to the European-style building terraces – he was also excellent at guiding our poses, so there was no awkwardness at all. The raw photos looked fantastic, and the retouched versions were incredibly high quality. My WeChat Moments were flooded with people asking for the link! The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. The beach was right downstairs, perfect for stepping onto the sand and enjoying the waves at any time. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety, with seafood, desserts, and Chinese breakfast options all tasting delicious. And the staff's service was thoughtful and attentive; they greeted us with smiles throughout and responded quickly to any requests. Overall, this was a perfect vacation experience, ideal for family trips, romantic getaways, or friends traveling together! The next time I come to Dameisha, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I'm already looking forward to my next round of amazing travel photos!

First, the conclusion: a perfect stay! Now for some things to note: You can park on level B3 to directly access the hotel lobby. Other floors do not connect directly to the hotel; you need to exit on the 1st floor of the adjacent office building and turn left to get there. You might get wet if it's raining. Service: Attentive and thoughtful butler-style service. Alice contacted us a day before check-in to confirm our needs, specially decorated the room, and even wrote a welcome card by hand. Facilities: Very new, exquisite workmanship, no rough edges at all – couldn't find any flaws. Plus, the design is user-friendly. The charging cable by the bed is long enough to use while lying on the nearby sofa. The automatic curtains can stop at any position. There's a direct drinking water system, which is eco-friendly! Thumbs up! Breakfast: A rich variety, featuring fresh coconuts, stewed soups, Yakult, congee, chicken feet, and rice noodle rolls! Thumbs up!! A hotel definitely worth revisiting!

My recent stay was very disappointing, largely due to discriminatory treatment by the hotel. At breakfast, the restaurant's front desk informed me that for safety reasons, guests were not allowed to wear room slippers into the dining area. I respected this rule and immediately went back upstairs to change after being told. However, as I was leaving the restaurant, I saw two women at the restaurant's front desk taking off the yellow plastic slippers provided by the restaurant and putting on their room slippers. Furthermore, there was a large bag of new, packaged yellow plastic slippers clearly visible at the front desk. I subsequently raised this issue with the hotel, and a male manager explained that these two women had been staying at the hotel for several days and came down late for breakfast, which was why they were provided with yellow slippers. This explanation and handling of the situation clearly demonstrates differential treatment. 1. **Discriminatory Treatment**: Should all guests, whether staying for a long or short period, not follow the same rules? Is it acceptable to apply a double standard based solely on the length of stay? 2. **Lack of Respect for Guests**: Upon check-in, I was neither informed in advance that 'room slippers are not allowed in the restaurant' nor were there any written notices. I actively cooperated with the rule, yet the hotel failed to enforce it fairly, which I find disrespectful to guests. 3. **Manager's Attitude**: When I inquired about the situation, the manager's phone response lacked politeness, further negatively impacting my stay. On a positive note, the service attitude of the young lady at the front desk was excellent! She was very polite, and the hotel offers direct views of the Canton Tower.

This is my second stay at an Andaz hotel, and the Andaz Shenzhen left a deep and recommendable impression. Its prime location, right next to the flagship MixC mall by China Resources, makes it a top choice for shopping and dining. Being close to Shenzhen Bay Mansion also offers a pleasant morning stroll with a refreshing sea breeze. As for the hotel itself, it boasts exquisite, understated luxury with a Southeast Asian flair. The hotel's semi-buffet breakfast and complimentary afternoon cold bar left a lasting impression on my taste buds. What truly stands out is the service, from the proactive bellhops to the front desk lady who escorted me to my room and explained the facilities – it all exemplifies the ultimate service philosophy of a luxury hotel. This time, I was particularly impressed by Luna at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, she helped coordinate rooms, reminded me to enjoy the bar's cold snacks, inquired about replenishing room amenities, and offered late check-out. Her proactive, warm, and appropriate service truly made me feel at home.

Environment: Both the rooms and public areas of the hotel are beautiful. Check-in is on the 35th floor, and the Christmas tree was still up in the lobby when we stayed over New Year's Day, making for great photos. Breakfast is on the 34th floor, guest rooms are on the 45th floor and above, the Presidential Suite is on the 50th floor, and the open-air bar is on the 51st floor. Service: Notably, the hotel offers a choice of pillows, which is a thoughtful touch. Breakfast offers a rich variety, including many local Cantonese breakfast items. Today's special was fresh soy milk with pork belly and chicken soaked rice, which was quite impressive. However, you have to go downstairs yourself to pick up food deliveries, which is a bit disappointing in terms of service. Welcome fruit: The welcome fruit was just oranges and kumquats, which was a little underwhelming. For a hotel of The St. Regis's caliber, I would expect a more diverse selection of welcome fruit.

We were truly blessed! The service from the Raffles staff must be more 'spirited' than most, offering a unique sense of humiliation! ☺️ When I arrived at the concierge on the first floor, no one paid attention to me. I went up to the 34th-floor lobby, and still, no one guided me. I finally found the front desk, where there were two half-empty welcome teas on the table. The staff member was expressionless and extremely cold. They didn't stand up or smile until I left, and then reminded me, 'If there are other guests, you must register them to prevent crime.' I'm not sure if this is standard procedure, as I've never heard it at The Peninsula or St. Regis. Okay, fine. In the evening, I went to the happy hour at the 71st-floor lobby lounge. There wasn't much food, which was fine. But still, zero service! No one showed me to a seat, no one greeted me. From the moment I sat down until I left, it felt like I was at a self-service buffet. There was one family celebrating a birthday who did receive greetings. I guess I just wasn't worthy. I went to the lobby with my luggage to check out. A lady came up and asked, 'Checking out?' I said yes, and then she asked, 'Have you already returned your room card to us?'???? 🤔 This is the first time in my life I've heard such a thing... What's up, do your room cards summon a dragon if you collect seven? I have a stack of cards from The Peninsula, and they don't win prizes, so I guess you're on a different level. I went back to pick up my stored luggage and accidentally lost the baggage tag. I cooperated by giving my room number and phone number, and was told I needed my ID, which I completely understood. I pulled it out and handed it to the concierge staff, but he wouldn't take it. I had to hold it with both hands for him to take a picture. Interesting. 😄 If you enjoy paying money to be tormented, come to Raffles! They'll give you seven-star humiliation!!! BTW, the food was also terrible.

The hotel boasts elegant decor, exuding understated luxury with a strong touch of Lingnan charm. The room views are excellent, offering expansive and bright vistas. Most of the staff are incredibly welcoming, and our stay was made even better by Avery Han, our dedicated butler, who provided exceptionally attentive and thoughtful service. 🥰 The dessert section of the semi-buffet breakfast was a definite highlight. I would certainly choose to stay at Park Hyatt again on my next trip.

Haha, just a very average hotel. Service was almost non-existent, just run-of-the-mill. They messed up my key card for one less day and made me go downstairs to sort it out myself. While I could do it since I was passing by anyway, a hotel of this caliber should proactively fix its own mistakes. I had also arranged for my breakfast to be extended by a day, repeatedly reminding the front desk to ensure it was handled. Yet, when I went for breakfast, staff still approached me for payment. I told them to reconfirm, but never heard back. They didn't overcharge me, but shouldn't the hotel confirm back to me once resolved, instead of me having to ask again? The outdoor pool was closed, and there was nowhere else to explore in the hotel, so I only visited the breakfast restaurant. There was a cute little bear accompanying me while I ate, and a young lady in the restaurant was playing the harp early in the morning, seemingly still half-asleep. The Christmas decorations in the restaurant were completely uninspired, feeling very cheap. The room layout is hard to describe; it might be limited by the exterior design. However, the view was beautiful, with sights of the Pearl River. The remote control for the smart toilet didn't work. The bed was very comfortable, and the room service was good. My early morning breakfast for one was very generous, and all my special requests were met. It was so much that I couldn't finish it, but when the staff collected the meal cart, they left the leftover pastry in the room. This was quite puzzling. The pastry had filling and was completely uncovered. Do they not consider food safety and hygiene at all? Plus, I returned to my room quite late that day, and the hotel had already turned down the bed. This means that, besides the restaurant staff, the housekeeping auntie had entered the room twice, and neither of them removed the morning's meal. The toiletries were very good; I took a set with me. Not good value for money; I wouldn't recommend coming specifically to check it out.

MM320967****Staying at Meilizh Guangzhou East Railway Station was such a lucky find! My entire experience was perfect, definitely five stars! ✨ The cleanliness was astounding; the room was spotless everywhere, the bedding was soft and had a faint fresh scent, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. You could tell they put thought into every detail, making my stay feel safe and incredibly comfortable. I left feeling refreshed and wonderfully scented – truly therapeutic! Facilities were complete and brand new. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were high-quality. Lighting and air conditioning were easy to use, and all the thoughtful details really stood out. It perfectly met all my travel needs. The environment was simply exceptional. The lobby was elegant and cozy, and the guest rooms were quiet and refined, with green plants adding to the ambiance. Its proximity to Guangzhou East Railway Station made getting around super convenient, and it offered a peaceful retreat right in the bustling city. The service was heartwarming. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and attentive, responding instantly to any requests. Their constant smiling service was incredibly thoughtful, making me feel completely at home. The biggest surprise was the exquisite afternoon tea – both beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. It made for a wonderfully happy relaxing moment! GGuest UserReview for Ibis Hotel: The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

AAnonymous UserI visited with my two kids for a weekend. The lobby is on the 95th floor, and the service at the front desk and in the corridors was excellent, especially the concierge. My friend arrived earlier and was checking in upstairs. I pulled up to the hotel entrance with my younger child, and a polite young man from the concierge team immediately helped me with my luggage without me even having to get out of the car. My friend's family could then come down and head out for afternoon tea, which was incredibly convenient and efficient. I heard that the windows with a side view of Canton Tower are quite small, and since we were going to the 107th floor for drinks in the evening, I opted for a room with a large window facing IFC, where we enjoyed the sunset 🌅. Compared to my friend's family of three who stayed in a Rosewood Residence apartment suite, the apartment had a better view and, because the room was larger, offered a panoramic vista. However, apartment guests have breakfast on a different floor than hotel guests, though they can pay extra to eat the hotel breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was exquisite, but I do have to complain about the server that day. After we had already gotten our food, it took quite a while for her to bring us the menu to order dishes like eggs Benedict and waffles. And she served later-arriving guests before us. Since I was alone with two kids, I initially forgot about it, but by the time the menu came, the kids were already full and couldn't eat anything else from it. This was the only disappointing part of our stay. The breakfast server had a cold demeanor and wasn't very welcoming. I would have given full marks for service otherwise, but she definitely cost a point. Besides noodles and congee, there were also dumplings, which the kids loved. I personally thought their congee and noodles were particularly delicious – perhaps I drank a bit too much the night before 😄. The swimming pool was not crowded and had three separate areas. The service there was also very enthusiastic, and the children had a wonderful time. During check-in, the housekeeper on our floor was exceptionally thoughtful. She proactively brought extra towels, bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrushes, whereas at other hotels, you usually have to call to request these. She even asked if I needed anything else – a big thumbs up for her! Once the kids were asleep in the evening, my girlfriend and her husband and I enjoyed listening to music and having a few drinks and a chat on the 107th floor. This rare opportunity for drinks was precisely why we chose the Rosewood and why it's the perfect choice when traveling with kids 😄.

Wwangnan01This stay perfectly showcased the hotel's precise grasp of efficiency and comfort. The staff's service was like a meticulously coordinated symphony, from the efficient check-in to the swift response to requests, every step reflected a forward-thinking management approach. The rooms cleverly integrated modern business needs with deep relaxation features, and the excellent soundproofing ensured that work focus and peaceful sleep remained undisturbed. The mattress provided ample support, and combined with the high-thread-count bedding, significantly enhanced sleep quality. The hotel is strategically located in Chegongmiao, a key business hub of the city, greatly facilitating commuting and travel.

XXiaozhudaochupaoI stayed here for three nights, and as someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I found the room to be really new and spotlessly clean. The entire place is smart-home enabled with Xiaodu, and the key card access to the upper floors felt very secure. The curly-haired guy, the girl with glasses, and the guy with the slicked-back hair at the front desk were all amazing! (I remember them because I asked for their help so many times). They were always smiling, incredibly patient, and even gave me a free upgrade! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time. There are also lots of great food options nearby – I recommend the hot pot malatang place next door.

RRandy.ChungThe Quan Zhi Hotel, located in the heart of Heshan City, China, proved to be an excellent choice for my recent stay. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the blend of modern design with traditional Chinese elements created a welcoming atmosphere. The service at the hotel was outstanding. The staff, particularly at the reception, were not only fluent in English but also extremely helpful, providing detailed travel advice for exploring Heshan. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of both Chinese and Western dishes that catered to the diverse tastes of international guests. The rooms were another highlight of my stay. They were spacious, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, providing a serene environment. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality bedding that ensured a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. The bathrooms were clean and well-equipped with essential toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes, showing attention to detail. The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's within walking distance to several key attractions and shopping areas, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The vicinity also boasts numerous local restaurants, allowing me to indulge in authentic local cuisine while experiencing the culture of Heshan. Overall, my stay at Quan Zhi Hotel was both comfortable and culturally enriching. It's an ideal spot for both business travelers and tourists looking for a blend of comfort and local charm. My only suggestion would be the addition of more complimentary recreational facilities like a gym or a small library, which could enhance the appeal for guests staying longer. In conclusion, Quan Zhi Hotel provides a delightful, convenient, and culturally rich experience, making it a recommended destination in Heshan City.
