GGuest UserSuper comfortable and clean and convenient to all local businesses. Easy access to transportation. They offered a breakfast afternoon snack and night snack. The front desk were super helpful to me and my family. Wendy was super helpful in helping me with online applications and apps to send my luggage to my next destination. They were even able to help my order takeout delivery which absolutely helped with his constant teenage hunger. They really went above and beyond to make our stay very easy.

GGuest UserOn this business trip to Guangzhou Tianhe, I stayed in a deluxe king room at Mehao Lizhi, located at 167 Linhe West Road. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and I truly recommend it. The room was exceptionally spacious – so much so that I joked it was big enough to open a Mixue Ice Cream & Tea inside! There was ample space for luggage and work items without feeling cramped, and it even had a separate leisure area, perfect for working during the day or relaxing in the evening. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in any corner. The mattress was just right, not too soft or too hard, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, helping me unwind after a busy day. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was stable. Coupled with smart curtains and lighting, the stay experience was fantastic. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they even kindly offered tea. The hotel's soundproofing was excellent; despite being on a busy street, it was very quiet, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. The complimentary afternoon tea and late-night warm noodles were thoughtful touches. The hotel's location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby, making it a great value for business travelers. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next business trip to Guangzhou and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tianhe.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

**Location & Transport:** Located in the bustling Zhujiang New Town, it's just a short walk to Gaode Land and K11, with the metro station right around the corner, making getting around incredibly efficient.
**Hygiene & Environment:** The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding fresh and crisp, and the bathroom had no strange odors. As someone with a strong preference for cleanliness, I felt completely at ease.
**Facilities & Service:** Despite being in a busy area, the room was very quiet once the windows were closed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from guiding us to parking to bringing extra bottles of water – their attention to detail was exceptional.
**Overall Impression:** In a prime CBD location, to enjoy such comfortable and convenient accommodation at this price is truly excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou for business or shopping. Five-star review!

The cat lobby was cleaned multiple times a day to remove loose fur, and the self-service washer and dryer were free of residue. After breakfast, the dining area underwent deep disinfection, and all public corners were thoroughly cleaned. The hygiene management is strict; everything is fresh and tidy everywhere you look.

Reina was professional and meticulous, proactively understanding my business travel needs. She thoughtfully arranged a quiet, high-floor room for me and patiently explained the hotel's office amenities, internet usage, and local business travel information. The room was clean and elegant, with complete office facilities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing, allowing for a restful night after a busy day. During my stay, I contacted Reina for some last-minute needs, and she responded quickly and handled everything appropriately, communicating with a warm and polite demeanor. Her service throughout truly showcased Marriott's professional standards. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the overall environment is grand and comfortable, suitable for both business meetings and short breaks. GGuest UserThe front desk staff were professional and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, and the shower had a separate wet and dry area. The location is excellent – it's just a 10-15 minute taxi ride to MixC and Uniwalk, and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Water Buffalo Milk Queen. Plus, there are plenty of BBQ joints and dessert shops nearby. My mom and I stayed in a king-size room for five days and had a very satisfying experience! I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends.
