Is near to digital building. If you wanted to purchase phone cover, charger and other electronic gadgets, this is the right place to stay. The only down part is poor sound insulation but still able to sleep at night.

The hotel is located right next to Fumin station, literally 20 steps. The room was clean and on the cosy side - it would be quite cramped if you had lots of luggage however we were only staying one night and had very little belongings so it was perfect. The shower was hot and the bed was really comfortable especially the pillow (very good memory foam!) and bed sheets were silky soft. The hotel is non smoking and so were the rooms. There is also a hotpot restaurant on the second floor with great beef, and some noodle shops on the ground floor which we went to for breakfast/lunch. The staff also gifted a cute bottle of handcream upon checking out!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ocean Kingdom Chimelong and staying at the Chimelong Space Hotel in Zhuhai, and it was an unforgettable experience! Ocean Kingdom Chimelong: This theme park is a true gem, offering a perfect blend of thrilling rides, captivating marine exhibits, and entertaining shows. The highlight for me was the massive aquarium, which features a stunning variety of marine life, including majestic whale sharks and playful dolphins. The rides are exhilarating, catering to all ages, and the park is beautifully designed, making it a joy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit. Chimelong Space Hotel: Our stay at the Chimelong Space Hotel was equally impressive. The futuristic design and space-themed decor create a unique atmosphere that is both fun and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. The hotel also offers excellent dining options, with a variety of cuisines to choose from. The proximity to the theme park made it incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily enjoy multiple days of fun. Overall, my experience at Ocean Kingdom Chimelong and the Chimelong Space Hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend both to anyone looking for a thrilling and memorable getaway in Zhuhai!

Hotel is conveniently located near metro station, very accessible to many places of interest. Daily housekeeping keeps the room clean and fresh! Hotel staff are helpful too. Breakfast is ok and there’s an outdoor seating area too. Only unfavourable part of our stay was the loud chattering coming from other rooms and closing of room doors at night.

Very good service actually, very apparent when you enter the hotel. Location is just next to metro, extremely convenient location. But ultimately it's really the service standards that's outstanding, the most outstanding in my whole trip from Guangzhou to shenzhen and Hong Kong. Excellent.

Very fun place and the staff were all so friendly providing top notch service. From the time u stepped into the resort till you leave the place you get friendly service and will be v well taken care of.

It is a low-rise hotel close to the city center, easy to commute to, and quiet. It is a family-convenient hotel with a washing/dryer/ironing room and a treadmill room. There are excellent food outlets and a spa closeby. One of Shenzhen's best-kept secrets! A seven-star rating!

I recently stayed at Pullman, which is located in the heart of the CBD, and it was a fantastic experience! The central location made it easy to explore the area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception staff, especially Sandy, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze and providing great recommendations for local attractions. The ambiance was welcoming, and I appreciated the attention to detail in both service and Christmas decor. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Zhuhai center!

Great value for money and right in the city. Just few mins walk from grand theatre subway station (MTR). The hotel, room is clean and welcome staffs. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Shenzhen train station, which takes less than 8 mins walk through the underpass. Was happy to have the room upgraded to 22nd floor. The room view was spectacular with the border of HK and the City of Shenzhen, including the railway track consisting of high speed rail train and slow train. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices to pick from. Was actually thrilled to receive the spa voucher of 88 but alas, it was a disappointment as the service was poor. I came at 10pm, after changing my booking. The person in charge, just came hurriedly and spoke to me in Chinese( whereby my Chinese language was not so good as I am still a beginne) quickly and left me all alone by myself. As the massage room was in another area, where you need to step out from changing room, I was waiting for 10 mins to get a changing gown as I was only given a towel and disposable underwear. I went looking around for the attendant and found most of them in the front of entrance and none in the room, attending or checking on me. I just left without doing the massage. I report this to the hotel manager the next day, as I tried calling the guest service center and operator a couple of times after the incidentto give them feedback but nobody picks up the phone!

The suite was amazingly big and comfortable for a reasonable price. Location is great, like 4mins walk to Guomao station. Surrounding filled with shopping malls, variety of food outlets and most of all many clean and reasonable prices massage parlour around. The services was exceptional fantastic especially kudos to Eason who is very approable, friendly and attentive to your five star services needs and enquiries. Giving the hotel a top notch service experience. The buffet breakfast has a vast variety and the revolving Restaurant on 50th floor has amazing views, vast variety of food selections and live seafood buffet menu at a fantastic price. it was an amazing experience staying in the genpla hotel. all the staffs are very friendly, helpful. the place is very new, clean and spacious. the house keeping even wrote me a personal note and gave me extra pencils and paper because i asked for one more pencil once. They are very thoughtful, the service is way better than the 5 stars international hotels. the hotel is also close to a mall and mtr. very convenient. i highly recommend to friends and everyone!

As night fell, the hotel's ambiance became even more praiseworthy. The soft lighting and serene atmosphere made one feel as if they were in a secluded paradise, far away from the hustle and bustle. The night view outside the room was particularly enchanting, with the city's sparkling lights visible through the window. It was truly a breathtaking sight. Premium location. The hotel is located in the heart of Shenzhen . Cool staff , very welcoming , Got an upgrade from the with a wonderful large room and bathtub with a splendid view of the city 🌆. Enjoyed the stay , the breakfast and the meetings I had at this facility .

Booked Intercity hotel instead of a chain hotel because of the great rating. Arrived and the outside is impressive with someone to help you with luggage’s. Checking in was a bit difficult as we didn’t speak Mandarin and their knowledge of English wasn’t good but somehow we got there. They made a big effort to try and take our order when we did room service even sending someone up to personally take our order. Nice touches are their service with a smile and always so helpful. The rooms were tastefully decorated Japanese minimal style and we ordered a corner view room but because we were 6th floor there wasn’t much of a view. Only of the highway but it was still nice and bright. Shower and toilet were separated which was quite nice. Only thing was the pillows were a bit high and the air conditioning was a either too hot or too cold. Otherwise everything was great. I would come back again. Front desk lady Hui Ling made a great effort to help us so would definitely return if staying again. In terms of location, there is a KK ONE mall next door but we found that it’s a bit more local than what we would like. So we did day trips a lot. Overall I can’t fault this hotel! It’s a very pleasant stsy.

This Pullman hotel is right next to Shenzhen North high speed rail station. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Also number 4, 5 and 6 Metro stop in this station too. There is a shopping mall next to the rail station with many restaurants. I pick up some snacks and drinks from a 7-11 shop there. Check in lobby and breakfast room are on 46 floor with a great view of the Shenzhen north area. All rooms are on high floor. I stay in room 5608 with a nice view. Room is clean, has decent size, modern and relaxing design with bath tub, which is an added bounce. Breakfast is buffet style with good selection. Coffee is decent too. I have a relaxing stay there. Do not mind to go back for an other visit.

One of the best hotel experience in Shenzhen. Very well decorated property with good attention to detail. I really liked the fancy speaker with soundproof room, so you can really rock n roll in your room. You can also get a free rental of electric guitar with headphone. Special shoutout to Cathy and other staff who were very accommodating to our needs.

Nice location, 3 mins walking from metro, this is my parent’s birthday and their anniversary. I requested them to help me put on a surprise. And they did a great job!! My mum told me the birthday cake was fabulous! My mum and dad were getting a room upgrade, the room was spacious but with a little ware and tear, might wanna get those fixed to be a 5/5 in the amenities and cleanliness score. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made it a 5 star hotel, special thanks to Bruce Chan the front desk and Amo Hung the room service guy for all the surprises you guys help to make!

The hotel is new and clean. True to the picture. Our room is lake front with balcony. No noise from construction site. The service from the staff is excellent. A bit new menu update for the breakfast for our 2 days stay. Locationwise, it is off of everything, and takes about 10 mins walk to the mall. Generally it’s very valued for money.

There was no way to get out of resort for meals if one is not driving . Meals can be costly when you have it at the Chimelong hotel . One better option is to take an internal shuttle bus to Pandan Hotel Food court as you are able to get cheaper option this way . Overall during autumn , the air in one of the room we booked is rather stale . Have to turn on the aroma fragrance oil . This is quickly resolved by leaving one keycard to have the room aircon stay on while we are away for meals . But I must say the hotel staff from lobby staff to room cleaners are all very helpful and kind . They will greet the guests whenever they see us and always come over to offer their assistance

We stayed at the Steigenberger Guangzhou for one night only due to the hotel we booked for our stay in Huadu District was fully booked as we decided last minute to stay an extra night. The hotel room were smaller than the previous one in which we stayed. But overall the staff were very nice and courteous, check in time is usually at 3pm. We arrive at the hotel around 12:30pm, think of storing our luggages in the hotel until check in. We didn't need to wait until then, the staff checked us in straight away, saying the rooms were ready. It was so nice of them. Had a lovely night at the hotel, apart from our balcony view was looking into the main entrance of the hotel courtyard. We were hoping for the back view like our previous hotel, which was beautifully lit up at night. Had a lovely surprise when we first checked into our room. Loved the welcome greeting that greeted us. Sorry that we didn't take much photos, can't upload much about the hotel. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if visiting Huadu District in Guangzhou.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Guangzhou, China, based on a recommendation from my cousin who had visited a few months earlier. I’m pleased to give this hotel a full thumbs up. My positive experience began with Miranda at check-in, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the process smooth and effortless. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. To top it all off, Miranda assisted me again during checkout to reverse the security deposit, completing my stay on a high note.

Hotel is very cool, able to see peacocks, rabbits, giant birds while eating breakfast and also in the lobby as well. It is a big hotel so we had to take time to go from 1 end to the other. You have to be on the advanced user of Wechat/Alipay to fully enjoy chimelong if you are not a local. Ordering room service requires wechat and also i had to connect to their wifi to access the food menu. there is also a convenience store at lvl 1, also a vending machine (using wechat) at every lift lobby. Take note that you have to walk 10-15mins out of you want to order food. Buying of circus tickets etc, all using wechat. For foreign travelers, we have to go to the ticketing station to register our faces. It is more of a themepark for locals, have to squeeze in the buffet line + shuttle buses to ferry you to the attractions. Managed to take the free cable car and see the panda at the zoo. The circus is a MUST GO, super impressive, upgrade to the VIP if you can, don't seat too near the front, the middle lane has performances as well. Recommended for family with small kids!

The location is very excellent, close to the metro station, markets and international restaurants. The staff are friendly, the room is good but needs attention to cleanliness. You can see dust in the corners and the bathroom doors are not clean at the top.

Nice hotel with lot of art installations in the lobby. Rooms are spacious, they have separate bathroom and restrooms, moreover they got cocktail shaker so you can do your own cocktail in the room. Also one of the best locations in Guangzhou, near to everything. I did expect the breakfast would be something spectacular like in W hotel Hong kong, but it was just a regular breakfast like in every hotel.

had a connecting room which is very good for family. buffet breakfast was good too. though variety is limited and does not change much daily, the taste is good and love the range of fresh bakeries everyday. they allow take aways too if you rush for time. the only improvement needed would be for the hotel Concierge staffs to be friendlier and more helpful.

So happy that the hotel has upgraded us freely to the special kids room, my girl loves the pink deco! Once you enter the hotel, your kids won’t leave the huge playroom and ice park. Great value!

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

3D2N short stay in this hotel with two kids. Reception staff is nice and helpful, patiently explaining the hotel facilities and the malls. Special thank to staff Aurora, she is nice and kind! Location is 30-45 mins from HZM point, depending on traffic flow. Room is clean and spacious. Swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, are best for kids and the staff are also nice. The mall is under the hotel and so many options of restaurants and playrooms/game facilities available for kids. Would definitely return !

Me and my family had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is gorgeous. There is also a tennis court, a gym room, an indoor swimming pool and also other facilities. The room is spacious, and the sea view is magnificent. There is also a massive balcony that faces the gigantic ocean. The tub was very nice and there is also a walk-in closet. The hotel lobby is stunning, and the television has movies, tv shows and other kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the staff was helpful. They helped us a lot. For example, we asked to get a bag of ice, and the staff gave us a whole bucket of ice! They even helped us to put the ice into the drink! Also, they gave my 13-year-old son a free breakfast buffet which were not included in the package of the hotel room we booked, which only offers a 2-adult breakfast buffet meal. The hotel is also very clean. Moreover, we would love to thank Minnie and Jane, the two of the most helpful and kind staff we have ever met. They were very nice and helped us with a lot of things and we really appreciate what they helped us. We strongly recommend you stay at this hotel as everything is perfect there and again, we want to thank you Jane and Minnie for their warm services.

This hotel is one of the best I stayed in Zhuhai, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is literally the best in town as it's connecting with one of the largest and high-end mall in town. Last but not the least, the faculties are 100 out of 100, the gym and swimming pool are nearly perfect.

The hotel is very good, the service is also very good, the reception also gave fruit, the hotel breakfast is also very rich, the first time I came to Zhuhai to taste the food of Zhuhai, is really great. In a few days, I will choose to stay in this hotel when I return to China. The night market here is so beautiful.

Hengqin Bay Hotel Changlong is the first choice A very good accommodation experience❤️👍🏻 Whether it is facilities or accommodation conditions, scenery, sea view and garden scenery, they all have their own characteristics. Suitable for all ages such as parent-child, family, business, etc. Parent-child fun is more recommended. Non-winter is the next non-winter. The items are more abundant. Water amusement park, flamingo zoo, parent-child reading are all suitable for children. There are also commuter buses to the Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park, which is also very convenient. Location is extremely convenient for travelling within Zhuhai, nearby Macau and Hong Kong. Gongbei port is just 10 minutes walk. A shopping mall is directly under this hotel. Hotel front desk and concierge are helpful. Conceirge even showed me the short cut leading to the Gongbei port. A lot of local guests within this hotel. Quite a few restaurants in this hotel. I tried their hotpot restaurant, beef was fresh, food was tasty and service staff was very attentive. There are plenty of eating places around as well. Facility is old surrounded by very old buildings and streets. Easy to get taxi to move around to places of interests e.g. 日月贝，圆明新园，板樟山 etc. Small swimming pool and gym. Not crowded at all. Water supply from the room was not so good and inconsistent temperature. Thus a little troublesome when showering. I find the most uncomfortable part was the bed. I think the mattress was not in good condition. It was noisy whenever I sat or turned and changed my laying down position. I did not sleep well. Feedback to hotel front desk when I checked out. Hope they address the problem avoid impacting the next guest(s).
