The facilities are comprehensive, clean, and comfortable, and the service is attentive. Overall, the environment and value for money are superb. My stay was extremely satisfying.

Facilities: Quite complete and well-maintained. They promptly replaced the charging cable and delivered a working one to my room. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. The housekeepers did a great job cleaning and were very proactive in refilling water and towels. Environment: The location is excellent. There are many great restaurants nearby, and it's close to a shopping mall. Everything from dining to entertainment is convenient. Service: The front desk staff was very friendly. Booked two river view rooms. One was upgraded to a Guangji Bridge river view room, and the other offered views of an ancient pagoda on the other side. The rooms are very spacious, and the flower arrangements in the public areas are fantastic. You absolutely must try the hotel's breakfast buffet! There are four live cooking stations: various cheung fun (rice noodle rolls), kway teow/noodles, Chaoshan porridge, and Western-style omelets. The Cantonese dim sum selection is also extensive, with many different Chaozhou kway (dumplings/cakes) – they were delicious! A special thank you to Belle for her excellent service; she helped check my InterContinental membership, which allowed us to enjoy the in-room minibar for free.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was meticulously cleaned, which was fantastic. I loved the smart washing machine and the high-tech toilet. Plus, there are so many delicious restaurants nearby, making it super convenient. The environment is beautiful and comfortable too.

The location is fantastic, right by Qijiang Bridge, making it super convenient to walk to all the main attractions downtown. There are plenty of great food options nearby too. The hotel opened in 2024, so the facilities are well-maintained and still feel quite new. Atour's quality definitely shines through; it was a very comfortable stay. The cleanliness was good, and the shower had great water pressure. A small, pleasant surprise was when I went to do laundry in the morning and forgot to pick it up – when I opened my door later to leave, I found it had already been brought up and hung on the door. Excellent service! Highly recommend for both leisure and business trips to Zhongshan.

The facilities are complete, and getting around is very convenient, with plenty of dining and transport options nearby, so you don't have to worry about a thing. The hotel is very close to Zhuhai Station, and the housekeeping service is timely and attentive. Any requests are responded to quickly, showing a strong service-oriented mindset. It offers excellent value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. It's also very close to Gongbei Port, making it convenient for visiting Macau.

This is my second time staying at Kande Hotel. I typically stay for about 14 days each trip, so I have had plenty of time to really settle in and appreciate the experience. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Dongguan and close to everything you might need. What surprised me, though, is how quiet the rooms are despite being in the city center. There is no traffic noise or street disturbance, which makes a real difference when you are traveling for work and need to rest. The staff are excellent. They are friendly and professional, but what stands out is that they actually remember my preferences from my previous stay. Those small touches go a long way when you are there for an extended period. I also appreciate the pillow menu. I personally cannot sleep without a memory foam pillow, so having that option is a real plus. They also have a robot delivery service for food and parcels. It sounds like a small thing, but it is surprisingly convenient and adds a nice modern touch. The view from the room is beautiful, and breakfast is another highlight. There is always a good variety, but my go to is the 烧鹅濑粉. It is honestly the best I have ever had. Looking forward to my next stay.

Service: The male receptionist was very enthusiastic and professional. The female staff member who took over after midnight was also very welcoming, though perhaps new, as her operations were a bit unfamiliar. However, her attitude was excellent, and she showed great emotional intelligence. Facilities: The amenities were well-suited for business travel, comprehensive and convenient. Hygiene: Excellent. Attention to detail was evident, and the room was cleaned very well even during an extended stay.

Traveling with my elderly parents and kids, this hotel was fantastic! It's really close to Gongbei Port and Zhuhai Station. The duplex loft had three bedrooms spread across two floors, which was perfect for our needs. Plus, there's a dining table and chairs, making it super convenient for a group meal.

I really love this hotel, it's definitely one of the top ones in Zhanjiang. The high-floor indoor and outdoor swimming pools are amazing, especially the outdoor one with its incredible sea views. The sea view rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are huge too. The hotel's buffet ingredients are decent, though the food isn't kept warm very well, and the taste is generally just average. However, the cheong fun at breakfast is excellent. It's super convenient to step out of the hotel and take a stroll across the street; the scenery there is lovely.
