The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right across from Zhuhai Station, Gongbei, and Qingmao Port, which was incredibly convenient after a long day exploring Macau. Seriously, after walking 20,000 steps, seeing the hotel entrance right after clearing customs was such a relief! The convenience of staying here was just wonderful. I stayed for four nights, and my experience was great. The soundproofing seemed pretty good; perhaps it's the off-season, but I didn't hear any noise at night. There's also a supermarket and convenience store downstairs, which was super handy. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. They even gave us fruit and a small gift on our first day, which was a lovely touch.

The hotel staff training is excellent. As soon as you get out of the car, someone will proactively open the door and help with your luggage. The front desk efficiently handles check-in, and luggage is delivered to your room. During summer, a staff member will also call to check on room satisfaction. Overall, I felt very well looked after. Lucky me, I stumbled upon this gem! The room was spacious, the views were great, and it even had a smart toilet (the more expensive room I booked actually had a regular one). The hotel is located on one side of the Han River, with Chaozhou Ancient City on the other. From the hotel, you can easily walk to Han Wengong Temple and Guangji Bridge. After visiting Guangji Bridge (which requires a ticket), you can cross it to reach Chaozhou Ancient City on the opposite bank. I was really pleased with the breakfast, which offered a good variety of local specialties.

The front desk service was excellent, very patient, and even helped me find my delivery package without any impatience. I'm very satisfied with the room; it's well-equipped and super clean. The cleaning lady was also great. The location is superb, with lots of snacks downstairs, which is really convenient. I'll definitely come back next time.

Our room was clean, spacious, and well-designed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of good quality. This loft is absolutely beautiful, perfect for a getaway with family and friends. The two-story layout felt so warm and cozy, it's just a shame we couldn't stay longer! The hotel's location is also fantastic, making travel incredibly convenient. We discovered it's right next to the high-speed rail station, and you can even watch the trains zoom by.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.
