The hotel boasts an excellent location in the central area of Zhongshan, just a 10-minute walk from Sunwen West Road Pedestrian Street. It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation and numerous dining options nearby. The hotel's decor maintains Atour Hotels' consistent stylish and elegant design. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; upon realizing our reservation didn't include breakfast, they immediately offered us two complimentary breakfasts, which were varied and delicious. They also recommended some fantastic local restaurants, leading us to a delicious and affordable dinner. Our room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with convenient smart devices. The hotel offers free parking, and there are plenty of spaces available.

梁先生 is extremely helpful and friendly. He greeted us warmly upon our arrival and thoughtfully asked about my preferences, such as a higher floor, a quiet room, and children’s amenities. I had made three separate bookings with different room types, and he kindly upgraded all of them to the same room category (the room type is slightly different) at no additional charge, saving us the trouble of changing rooms,especially since I was traveling with kids. He also patiently assisted me in booking Chimelong Circle tickets and even called customer service on my behalf. When I was considering going for a massage and was unsure whether children were allowed, he took the initiative to call the massage center to check for me. 梁先生truly puts himself in the customer’s shoes and delivers excellent service. His dedication and care made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Environment: The location is excellent, right opposite the Pinghu Gate (East Gate) of the West Lake Scenic Area; just cross the road and you're there. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Facilities: For parking, there's a multi-story car park. As soon as you drive in, staff promptly come to guide you, offering efficient and timely service. It's great to have such convenient parking even in the old city. Service: The staff are friendly and very skilled and quick with check-ins, check-outs, and luggage storage. This time, I stayed in a city view suite. The room was at the very end of the corridor but still close to the elevator, making it quiet and comfortable. It had two 1.8m large beds, and since it faced east, we even saw a beautiful sunrise. It's highly recommended for family trips.

Facilities: Extremely well-equipped! They provided disposable toiletries, bathrobes, extra blankets, laundry detergent, and even laundry bags. They even thought of a sewing kit for emergencies – so thoughtful. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: The location is incredibly convenient, right across from the border crossing. We checked our luggage in the morning, which made exploring super easy. The bus station is also within 200 meters, perfect for transferring and getting anywhere. Although it's next to a main road, the soundproofing is excellent; the room was very quiet and peaceful. Service: The lobby offered many complimentary drinks, and the staff were very attentive, even recommending great places to eat and visit.

the rooms are tidy and clean. we like the welcome fruits very much. the foods of the breakfast buffet are very good and we are provided with many choices. Overall, our living experience in the hotel is remarkable. Thank you.

First, about the room – it was actually quite good. They honored my request for a non-smoking room, and there was no smell, which is rare. My family is very sensitive to odors, so the hotel did a great job in this regard. However, the young man who showed me to the room was a bit unhelpful; when I asked him what type of room was next door, he told me to ask the front desk downstairs. A slight issue: as busy as it was (see picture), with so many people storing luggage, why couldn't they assign more staff? People storing luggage weren't queuing, and neither were those entering license plates, which completely overwhelmed the young man. I waited for a long time before I could even speak to him. Also, even though the hotel had called me before check-in and I specifically requested rooms on the same floor, at check-in they told me one of the rooms had been upgraded but wasn't on the same floor… What kind of operation is that? I clearly asked for the same floor because your hotel's key cards don't work on other floors, which isn't suitable for families who need to look after each other. I don't understand why they upgraded me but put us on two different floors, only to then move us back to the same floor. The girl who handled that didn't even smile; her mask was pulled down to her chin, and she looked exhausted. Honestly, if it's too much, just hire more people. As I was going up to the room, they even asked me for a five-star review. I originally didn't want to give it, but Oliva at the front desk helped me a great deal that day, so this five-star rating is for her, and she earned it for you.

This time, the hot spring room we stayed in with the kids was absolutely perfect. It came with a private hot tub, offering excellent privacy, so we didn't have to worry about disturbances. We could soak in the hot spring and enjoy the surrounding greenery – it was so tranquil and comfortable. The room decor was elegant and cozy, the bedding was soft, and the overall environment was clean and tidy, allowing for complete relaxation. The biggest surprise was the hotel's kids' activity center; it completely captured my child's heart! Indoors, there's a craft area, a music and reading room, and a ball pit. Outdoors, there's a sandpit, a climbing area, and a small vegetable garden. The variety of activities is incredibly rich: kids can do crafts, play instruments, and even experience watering plants and gardening – it's full of creativity. My child had a blast playing there, and adults didn't have to worry about entertaining them. Additionally, the Chinese restaurant's offerings were superb. It specializes in authentic Cantonese cuisine, with fresh and genuine ingredients, and the dishes were exquisite and delicious. The hotel's overall service was attentive, and the facilities were comprehensive. It's super suitable for both family vacations with kids and relaxing getaways. It has already been added to our list for a second visit!

I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton and had a great experience! The rooms were spotless, and the front desk staff Zhang and Lin were incredibly polite and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. The hotel's location is also convenient. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars! Definitely will recommend it to others. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

Hotel was amazing and spacious. Amenities were great - gym and multiple indoor and outdoor swimming pools (though I did not have the time to enjoy it fully). I landed in Guangzhou very early in the morning and arrived at the hotel at 7am prepared to drop my bags off at the reception and go about my day before coming back to check in late afternoon. I was greeted by the reception staff (forgot his name - sorry!) and they gave me my room straight away and also let me use my breakfast voucher the same morning as I had to check out early the following morning to catch another early morning flight. I am extremely pleased with the service. I gave it a 4 stars for the location as it’s not as convenient as other hotels I have stayed at in Zhaoqing but overall I would definitely recommend it if you are looking to enjoy and wind down after a long day out or even enjoy a full day use of the amenities at the hotel especially during hot days.
