The room has a charming, antique feel with a distinctive incense aroma, creating a rich cultural atmosphere. There's even a calligraphy experience available in the room. The mattress is very comfortable, and everything is clean and hygienic, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was incredibly varied, and the pastries were particularly delicious. I also want to thank the hotel staff for providing me with an extra complimentary breakfast.

Front desk staff, Ms. Wang Xiao, kindly upgraded my mother's room for free. The room was spacious and bright, with a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The environment was quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. Breakfast was plentiful, and they even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family when they visit Hangzhou.

We stayed for two nights with our child and absolutely loved it! You definitely have to book a lake view room; the view from the balcony is simply stunning. We spent ages just standing there, soaking in the view every morning and evening! All the staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and enthusiastic. The doorman was also very diligent and responsible, opening car doors, helping with luggage, and being particularly sweet with our child. The ladies at the restaurant were also wonderful; even though breakfast was a buffet, they'd ask what we wanted to eat and drink and even help us get it. Our child couldn't get enough of the infinity pool; renting floats there was very cheap, and they provided towels, which made things so easy. We also tried the fish head soup at the lake view restaurant – it was a bit pricey, but the taste was genuinely different from what you'd find elsewhere. Oh, and the plum juice in the lobby was just delicious! We each had at least two cups every time we passed by. I even saw a delivery driver grab a cup after dropping off an order – very good indeed! 👍

Although the hotel is a bit old, the hardware is generally well-maintained. However, the cleanliness needs improvement, especially on the balcony where the railings were dusty – even though it's an outdoor area, it still needs better upkeep! Inside, the diamond-patterned room divider, which was trendy back in the day, is indeed hard to clean, but I'm sure the housekeeping department will be able to handle it once they notice it ✊. The breakfast selection is limited; it's filling, but doesn't quite match the hotel's star rating. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. From the concierge to the front desk, the restaurant staff, and even the occasional encounter with housekeeping, everyone was warm, polite, and attentive. Olive, who I contacted via WeChat, was incredibly responsive and efficient in handling any requests, even those I just casually mentioned. For someone who values service above all else, this more than made up for the shortcomings I noted earlier. 😂

Honestly, booking Jin Tang Inn for this leg of the journey was the most successful decision. I especially want to give a big shout-out and thank Jiajia from Jin Tang Inn! 🌹 She handled everything from check-in, luggage, and shuttle service to and from the parking lot. Perhaps this is the standard service in Wuzhen, and as she herself said, it's 'what she should do.' But her eyes, expression, and demeanor exuded genuine kindness and sincerity. When we left, it was raining, and I was genuinely worried she'd get drenched on her way back, but thankfully, the weather cleared up. 🌹🌹❤️ I walked around Wuzhen several times in the morning, and in comparison, Jin Tang Inn's cleanliness, service, and facilities were all excellent. The breakfast was another highlight. If I ever have international guests visiting Wuzhen in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to arrange their stay here.

Our group of nine stayed at Naked Stables for two nights, and the overall service quality was excellent, with Joan assisting us throughout. Upon check-in, a group chat was created, allowing us to communicate any questions and receive prompt replies. Due to safety concerns with a broken glass door in our original four-bedroom suite, Joan proactively offered to change our room type. The new room was the Swan Suite, located on the hilltop with a fantastic view. Naked Stables also arranged transportation for us to visit the Naked Stables. The service was truly exceptional. The photos show the balcony and room view of the Swan Suite (the three-bedroom suite we were moved to). The hotel's Tian She restaurant had delicious food, and the breakfast selection was very diverse.

My business trip stay at Hufu Inn exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, with a solid wood desk perfect for working. The bedding had visible cotton seeds, felt healthy, soft, and comfortable, washing away all the fatigue from work. What impressed me most was the hotel's public areas and service. While relaxing in the cafe with lush greenery outside the window, the staff thoughtfully brought me hot tea. There were complimentary fruits and snacks available, and they even helped me print and bind my documents. The Hangzhou cuisine in the restaurant was also delicious. The concierge recommended Longjing shrimp, which was perfect for one person, and even gave me a complimentary Dongpo pork. I'll definitely consider staying here again.

I initially thought the castle restaurant would be expensive, but after eating there, I found it to be excellent value for money. Although we had to wait a little, all the dishes were freshly prepared and of a very high standard, far surpassing any restaurant in the village at the foot of the mountain. For entertainment, there's an infinity pool, billiards, ping-pong, pottery, archery, and more. It's not crowded, so you can enjoy everything. For pottery, you need to queue early; we missed out at 10 AM. Friends told me the spa is also top-notch, so I'll try it next time. Finally, I have to mention the photoshoot. Each room gets three complimentary photos. The photographer was incredibly patient, and the photo editor was kind and beautiful. There was absolutely no hard-selling. I initially thought of buying a few extra photos, but then I was told that since we had three rooms, we could get nine photos! The photography, composition, and editing were simply superb. I also want to thank Crystal and Lily again for their patience and understanding. It was hot, which can be stressful, and we encountered a few minor issues. After effective communication, the cause was quickly identified and resolved efficiently. **Facilities:** The cliff-side room is fully equipped, and the pastoral cabin offers good value for money. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. There were some small insects in the castle during the evening. **Environment:** Absolutely stunning. **Service:** Probably the best service I've ever experienced in a hotel. **On-site travel photoshoot:** I've already reviewed it above. All I can say is it's worth the money. If it wasn't so hot, I would have done a whole session!

The room was clean, tidy, quiet, and spacious, just like the photos on the hotel's website – you can book with confidence. The hotel lobby has a unique design, and the staff are warm and attentive. There's complimentary coffee and afternoon tea in the lobby that you can take back to your room. The breakfast buffet is 68 RMB, with a rich variety of dishes, and is well worth trying. For lunch, you can order à la carte; the portions are generous, and the food tastes great. There's also a self-service laundry room with very clean machines.
