The environment here is fantastic! The lobby has books, a guzheng (Chinese zither), and calligraphy brushes, plus two adorable parrots 🦜. I'm very satisfied with this hotel; the rooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are wonderful. It's also very convenient for getting around. To go to West Lake, you just need to take the subway to Xiuxi Road Station. I really love it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. I stayed in a central lake view room, and when I opened the window, I was greeted by a panoramic view of the entire lake. The lobby bar had live music both during the day and in the evening, creating a great atmosphere. The infinity pool was definitely photogenic, excelling in both location and ambiance. I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel pillows – they were incredibly comfortable, just the right firmness, and my neck felt perfectly fine. It's even better value for money during the off-season, so I recommend visiting for a day or two then. Enjoying the island's lake views and sipping on some fish soup – that's just too relaxing!

Although the hotel is a bit old, the hardware is generally well-maintained. However, the cleanliness needs improvement, especially on the balcony where the railings were dusty – even though it's an outdoor area, it still needs better upkeep! Inside, the diamond-patterned room divider, which was trendy back in the day, is indeed hard to clean, but I'm sure the housekeeping department will be able to handle it once they notice it ✊. The breakfast selection is limited; it's filling, but doesn't quite match the hotel's star rating. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. From the concierge to the front desk, the restaurant staff, and even the occasional encounter with housekeeping, everyone was warm, polite, and attentive. Olive, who I contacted via WeChat, was incredibly responsive and efficient in handling any requests, even those I just casually mentioned. For someone who values service above all else, this more than made up for the shortcomings I noted earlier. 😂

Wuzhen was the highlight of our summer trip, as I wanted my children to experience the charm of a Jiangnan water town. Wuzhen did not disappoint. The scenic area is well-managed, the water is clear and green with schools of fish, and black swans glide gracefully. Despite the scorching summer heat, there was no unpleasant odor and, surprisingly, no mosquitoes. That truly amazed me. Our stay at Jintang was flawless, apart from the price. The room was spacious, the bedding was completely dry, and all facilities were well-maintained. The infinity pool had excellent water quality, and the lifeguards were very responsible and polite. The sound bath experience was fantastic; an hour felt better than a full night's sleep 👍. I especially want to thank Butler Xiao Fan. Despite the heat, he met us at the entrance and, when we left, he pushed our luggage cart all the way to our taxi. He was always responsive to all our questions. A big thank you to him! I hope the handsome young man is happy every day 😊. One more thing left a lasting impression: my child needed to attend an online class, and the butler helped us arrange a meeting room. During the class, another staff member arrived with a laptop for a meeting. Upon entering and seeing the children studying, he quietly exited. We told him he could use another room, but this unnamed gentleman said that the children's studies were more important and that he would find another room for his meeting. Furthermore, the rich collection of books and free reading spaces at Wuzhen Zhaoming Academy deeply reflect the town's emphasis on culture and education, and everyone's humble demeanor 👏👏👏.

Families, just go for it! The service is super outstanding, truly treating guests like friends. Let me share my overall experience. Before traveling, I scrolled through reviews online and saw the opening date, which made me a bit hesitant, fearing that facilities might be old after long use. But I decided to book it with a 'let's just try' mindset. After checking in, I was quite pleasantly surprised; it wasn't as bad as I imagined. The front desk staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with, not stiff at all. The room showed normal signs of use, not brand new, but still comfortable enough. The lighting design in the room was quite unique, creating a good ambiance, though the style was a bit gaudy, and it was hard to distinguish between the themed elements. Breakfast really exceeded my expectations; the taste was genuinely good, and there were enough options. Having a good breakfast before heading out to explore was perfect. The biggest plus, however, is the location. The area is really advantageous; it's convenient to go anywhere, to attractions, or explore the surroundings without detours, saving a lot of travel hassle. The front desk really understands us young people, *sobbing*.

Our family's first summer trip – Naked Stables. Our little one rushed to Moganshan right after school, still in her uniform! Even though it was the rainy season, it had its own unique charm. **Environment:** Secluded and tranquil, with various standalone round houses or villas nestled in the valley. The landscape design ensures excellent privacy. There are also plenty of activities, making it a great place for a holiday! **Facilities:** The in-room amenities are all excellent, and the minibar is well-stocked. Even the chargeable snacks are delicious! On rainy days, it's perfect for enjoying tea and snacks in the room. However, the bathroom in the round house felt a bit small, and the shower facilities were located on the balcony, which was inconvenient to use on rainy evenings. My elderly parents had no choice but to use the bathtub, which was quite inconvenient. Later, we discovered the water heater wasn't working. The butler responded quickly, but it took an hour to fix the hardware, and still no hot water. The duty manager then proactively and very thoughtfully came to check on us and kindly moved us to another room where we could finally enjoy a comfortable hot shower. **Service:** The butler service contacted us by phone before check-in to pre-register our license plate, allowing for seamless entry without stopping. The hotel also offers a wide range of entertainment programs for both adults and children. Our child loved it, quietly enjoying handicraft activities and horseback riding. Our little girl especially adored it and rode for half an hour each day during our two-day stay. **Exquisite Naked Stables Souvenirs:** The cups are commemorative, and each room area is named after an animal. The various merchandise sold in the lobby is also very appealing and meaningful; we bought some to take home! **Restaurants:** There's an Italian Western restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both with good food. The set menus at the Western restaurant were decent, and à la carte options weren't expensive.

Service: The service attitude was superb, and the staff guided us through the check-in process from start to finish. Environment: The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and the hotel was quiet and pleasant. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and the entire hotel maintained excellent hygiene. Bedding: The sheets, duvet covers, and pillows were the best we've encountered in any hotel during this trip. The bedding felt incredibly soft against the skin, and the pillows were just the right firmness, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Food: While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, every item was exceptionally delicious and well-prepared. They had everything from NFC juice, milk, coffee, and soy milk to Coke and Sprite. I highly recommend the incredibly tasty xiaolongbao, and the freshly made beef noodles were absolutely fantastic – the beef was tender and soft, and the noodles had a great chew. Everyone should definitely try them! Parking: The hotel has its own parking spaces, which makes parking safe and worry-free. The most important thing bears repeating three times: You can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard, you can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard, you can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard! This was a huge hit with the kids, allowing them to watch the squirrels eat up close. Finally, I'm giving a five-star review again. Hesheli Hotel received unanimous approval from our entire family, and we hope to have the chance to visit again in the future.

This truly lives up to its reputation as the best hotel in Moganshan. The environment and scenery are absolutely top-notch. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa, and the hotel proactively communicated with us about children's amenities and supplies. The courtyard had a massage bathtub, which both the kids and my parents loved. The bedding was also quite comfortable. The only minor drawback was that for a room rate of over 7k, there wasn't a dedicated butler service, just a customer service WeChat contact. The older staff members provided excellent service, but the newer employees were noticeably unfamiliar with their duties; perhaps more training could be implemented in the future.

Exceptional stay at The Nook Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at The Nook Hotel Hangzhou. The hotel features a beautiful modern design and a very cozy atmosphere. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and equipped with super comfortable beds. The staff is incredibly welcoming, professional, and fluent in English, which made check-in and communication seamless. The location is great — situated in a peaceful area but still close enough to explore the city and West Lake. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!
