The hotel environment is great! The lobby has various marine elements that my child absolutely loved! The room was clean and tidy. The spaceship food court offered a wide variety of delicious food. The luggage storage service for hotel guests was very convenient and free of charge. The hotel's location is excellent, with lush greenery and fresh air all around, which was incredibly convenient. The Food Collection restaurant had good food, was clean, and offered a huge variety that could satisfy everyone's taste. The room was large and spacious, with complete and unique toiletries. The lobby decor was bright and distinctive. It was a perfect stay; overall, the environment was good, the service was attentive, the room was spacious, and there were unique restaurants. A satisfying stay, I will definitely come again! The breakfast at the Sailor Buffet Restaurant was abundant, and my child enjoyed it very much. I'll come back again! The hotel location is excellent, with many fun places nearby. The hotel rooms are quiet, and it's easy to access the amusement park. With the package, you can even enter one hour early, and at 8 PM, you can watch the fireworks from the 3rd-floor viewing platform, which offers a spectacular view. My child was happy, the hotel atmosphere is great, the facilities are new, and the hygiene is good. Next time I'm here, I'll stay at the Chimelong Spaceship Hotel again! You can order takeout, and scanning the QR code on the room's booth allows you to have food delivered to your room, which is convenient and delicious. The hotel location is very good, suitable for family trips with children, and the service attitude is also excellent. The room view is also good; overall, the stay experience was great. The package offers good value for money. The shuttle bus departs on time! A good experience, the room facilities are ample, the WiFi in the room is smooth, the air conditioning temperature is comfortable, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bedding and toiletries are relatively clean and good to use. Traveling to Zhuhai with my parents and a child, we deliberately avoided the typical seaside B&Bs and sea-view hotels. After comparing several options, we settled on this hotel located in the main city area. Upon checking in, we were truly impressed by the excellent facilities and warm service. Our accommodation experience throughout our Zhuhai trip far exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is superb. It's just a 10-minute taxi ride to New Yuanming Palace, a scenic spot that replicates a Qing Dynasty imperial garden, featuring well-arranged pavilions and towers surrounded by a lake. They often have imperial parades and intangible cultural heritage performances, making it perfect for elders to stroll and enjoy the scenery. Xiangshan Lake Park, which is free to the public, is about a 15-minute drive away. It boasts vast natural greenery, lakeside boardwalks, streams, and lakes – a favorite leisure spot for locals, and kids can fly kites on the lawn. Zhuhai Agricultural Wonders, offering various tropical fruits, vegetables, and smart greenhouse horticulture for both education and fun, is a 20-minute drive. Gongbei Port and Beishan Cultural and Creative Ancient Village are also within a half-hour drive, making it very efficient for visiting Zhuhai's cultural attractions. The lobby has a new Chinese minimalist decor, with high ceilings that feel spacious and welcoming. The fragrance is subtle and not overpowering. The front desk area is clearly organized, with a waiting lounge equipped with fabric sofas, free hot and cold water, convenient power banks, and umbrella rental service. **Xiao Liang and Xiao Qiu at the front desk** were efficient during check-in. They had noted in advance that we were traveling with elderly parents and a child, and proactively upgraded us to a quiet room away from the elevators. The guest rooms are fully equipped and thoughtfully designed. The soundproofing throughout the room is excellent; with the windows closed, you can barely hear any outside noise. The branded bathroom facilities offer a complete wet/dry separation, with stable temperature-controlled water. The toiletries are gentle. The beds feature thickened latex mattresses and fluffy, skin-friendly pure cotton bedding, combined with blackout curtains that provide excellent light blocking, ensuring a disturbance-free nap even during the day. Rooms are equipped with smart central control, an HD LCD TV, a separate mini-fridge, and large storage cabinets. The desk outlets are well-arranged for convenient charging of cameras and phones. The hotel offers a self-service breakfast restaurant, an indoor gym, and a small library reading area. The breakfast menu caters to diverse tastes, including Cantonese dim sum, noodles, Western-style light meals, and fresh fruits and vegetables, suitable for both elders and children. The gym equipment is regularly maintained, allowing for a simple workout after a day of sightseeing. The room cleaning service is meticulous; daily housekeeping not only replaces consumables but also proactively replenishes mineral water and tea. Scattered personal items on the table are neatly arranged. When our child casually asked for warm water, the room service attendant delivered it to our room immediately. There were no hidden costs throughout our stay, and every detail from check-in to check-out showed genuine thoughtfulness. Our entire trip, from dining to accommodation and activities, was smooth and enjoyable. The excellent location connects to Zhuhai's major cultural attractions, the comfortable environment and complete amenities alleviate travel fatigue, and the attentive service smooths out any travel hassles. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Zhuhai to visit family or for leisure. Highly recommended.

We specifically chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel for our family trip and were extremely satisfied! 👍👍👍 The hotel is conveniently located near Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship, with complimentary shuttle buses available. You also have the option to take the hotel's boat for an extra fee, both experiences are great. 👍 We booked a twin room, which was very spacious and came with a balcony. The room was well-equipped, bright, and airy, with thoughtful touches like kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and a small stool. The balcony offered an open view of the park, and we could even hear the distant sound of waves at night, which the kids absolutely loved. The water park is a paradise for children, with a lazy river, water slides, and a wave pool all well-maintained. There were lifeguards constantly patrolling, making us feel very secure. Breakfast at the Dolphin Restaurant offered a wide variety of food, and the cutlery was well-stocked with cute little spoons and bowls for kids, which made us feel more at ease about their meals. The service was also excellent. The hotel grounds also feature a dolphin pool and a flamingo area. It was our first time getting so close to dolphins for photos, and they turned out amazing. The hotel's overall cleanliness was high, and the staff were very responsive. Both check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. 👍👍👍

The sea was so calming. The weather in summer can be a bit unpredictable, but waking up to the ocean view and the sound of the waves washing ashore really brought a sense of peace. The breakfast was simple but good, especially the rice noodles with minced pork. The butler service was excellent, and they even helped us take some great photos! The parking lot is quite steep, so you need to be careful, but the butler helped guide us to ground-level parking, which was free – a big plus.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel faces the ocean directly, and you can walk straight out to the beach, which was super convenient for our little one to play in the sand. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. What truly stood out was the hotel's excellent service. We accidentally left a small item behind, and when we contacted them, they were incredibly helpful in locating it and arranging to mail it back to us. We're so grateful! My wife and I had a wonderful time at White House! The hotel met all my requests with having a floor above ground, and gave us suggestions on where see local attractions like where eat best seafood and get a massage. The hotel staff, Billy was very helpful and efficient. He responded to our requests within a few minutes. We asked for towels, water, lighter, bluetooth speaker, etc... he sent us notifications throughout the day about hotel arrangements and arranged breakfast for us. His service was very good! 👍 The hotel room had a spectacular view of the beach and sea! We loved it! We could hear the relaxing sound of the waves. Our tub was out in the balcony and open air, so it felt very nice in the outdoors, and at same time not under the sun. The room was comfortable and clean, and had all the facilities we needed, except the blue tooth speaker ws missing and we had ask for one. The location was right at the beach, which was very convenient for us to go on beach and enjoy the entertainment and activities there. The complimentary photo session was quite fun and the photos turned out to be very professional. The photographer 大河 was able to direct us to pose very 😎 and fun photos, and he was attentive for the both us as couples. He spent more than 45min with us and made sure we got the photos we wanted. I would recommend him to friends and plan book him again in future.

The sea was lovely, but the weather was really unpredictable. We drove to the hotel in a huge downpour late at night and didn't check in until after midnight. The front desk still gave us a room with a fantastic sea view and even let us check out at 2 PM. Waking up to the ocean right outside, I could watch the sea from bed through the wide floor-to-ceiling windows. Listening to the ebb and flow of the waves really calmed me. The parking lot has both surface and underground spots, and the underground parking connects directly to the rooms, which is super convenient for getting around. The value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

What an excellent stay! The room is very beautiful and well decorated, cozy, and have a stunning ocean view. I got in the room and immediately felt at home. Everything is clean, all amenities are in excellent conditions. The bed was sooo comfortable, the pillows are high quality, and the service attitude was wonderful. I went on a business trip and couldn’t stay as much as I wanted, but now knowing this hotel, I’m planing to go back, book the same room and stay more days, enjoy a little holiday, have a longer quality time at this place. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent family-friendly hotel. You can see the beach right from your window, and the hotel facilities are very comprehensive. The kids' play area is huge, perfect for children to enjoy themselves. Ms. Yoyo at the front desk was also very thoughtful, always responding to and resolving issues promptly. If I go to Hailing Island again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.
