Marriott quality is always reliable. Hotel parking is free, and the front desk always has water for guests. I didn't have time to try the pool, but my sister enjoyed the afternoon tea. It's located very close to attractions like Love Post Office, Lighthouse, Fisher Girl Statue, and Jingshan Park. It would be great to ride the colorful and multi-person bikes if the weather wasn't so hot, but unfortunately, it was. The facilities are complete and clean, especially the sliding door design in the bathroom, which makes the space feel very open and bright – I even want to adopt it for my own home. It truly makes the room feel much more spacious.

Zhuhai Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel provided us with a perfect vacation experience thanks to its exceptional quality. From the moment we stepped into the grand, ocean-themed lobby, professional and enthusiastic service was consistent throughout our stay. The staff's smiling service and the wonderful lobby performances made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel lobby, designed with marine elements, was spacious, and the service staff were professional and attentive. The Dolphin Buffet Restaurant offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western delicacies, authentic Cantonese cuisine, and fresh sashimi. The dedicated children's food station and the ornamental fish tanks made dining a delightful experience. The hotel's facilities were outstanding: the Water World and the heated swimming pool were captivating, with professional lifeguards on duty. The gym was well-equipped. Transportation was incredibly convenient. There was a shuttle bus to Ocean Kingdom every 15 minutes, and the concierge staff proactively helped with our stroller, which was very heartwarming. Hengqin Bay Hotel is truly an ideal hotel for family trips and is highly recommended! Choosing Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel was an excellent decision. The rooms were clean and spacious, with the usual thoughtful touches. All the staff were smiling. We were very satisfied with our stay. Check-in was quick and efficient. The food selection was abundant and varied. The desk in the room was large and tidy, with good lighting, and the Wi-Fi was super fast, making it highly efficient for work. The bathrooms were also very spacious, clean, and tidy, and the service was excellent.

The Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay is an excellent choice for family vacations in Zhuhai, definitely a five-star recommendation! The hotel's signature canal pool is very distinctive, and their partnered photography service, 'Xiaowan Travel Photography,' is absolutely worth experiencing; the entire team works efficiently. The hotel offers a quiet private beach where kids can play in the waves and sand, and during holidays, there are fun bubble parties. The kids' club is well-equipped with a wide range of toys and picture books, and on weekends, they offer craft activities like shell painting and 'little chef' sessions. The guest rooms are spacious and can provide cribs and children's toiletries. The attentive service from our butler, Flora, was impressive; she responded promptly and proactively helped coordinate various requests, showing great attention to detail. The resort grounds are elegant with a strong coastal ambiance, and the breakfast selection is diverse. Overall, our trip was relaxing and hassle-free, balancing adult leisure with children's fun. The family travel experience was excellent and well worth a special visit.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the St. Regis Zhuhai with our 3-year-old! The butler service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Our little one adored the indoor heated pool, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking day and night views of the Macau Tower. The location was super convenient, making it easy to get around with a child. The breakfast spread was extensive, with plenty of options suitable for kids. Overall, it was quiet and comfortable – a perfect choice for a family vacation. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Zhuhai!

Traveling to Macao and Zhuhai with kids, I chose the La Mecca Hotel mainly because of its proximity to the Gongbei Port, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. When I moved the bedside table upon check-in, I found some food waste left behind by a previous guest underneath it. It was in a hidden spot, so I don't blame the housekeeping staff at all; I completely understand. After reporting it to the front desk, the front desk manager responded very quickly and offered a solution immediately. When we returned from dinner, the room had already been re-cleaned. The efficiency was impressive, definitely a thumbs up! 👍 The buffet breakfast on the second floor was decent. During breakfast, I wanted a banana, but it wasn't available at the counter. After mentioning it to a handsome young man in a black suit who was working there, he immediately went into the kitchen to check and quickly brought me one. The service experience was excellent. A small suggestion: I hope the hotel can discuss with their supplier to replace the coffee machines. The current machines lack basic coffee functions like Cappuccino and Latte. If I visit Zhuhai again, La Mecca Hotel will still be my top choice!

I booked this hotel based on its 'luxury' branding, expecting a similar level of service for special needs guests as I've experienced at other Hilton and Indigo properties in the same category. What I found was truly eye-opening. Upon arriving at night, there was no doorman or security, and the parking area outside was chaotic. I had specifically requested a shower chair when booking online, and reiterated it multiple times during check-in. Yet, it took ages to arrive after I checked in. It was only after calling the front desk and multiple nudges from Trip.com customer service that it finally showed up. Check-in itself took over 30 minutes; they couldn't find my booking when re-entering it. I had booked a sea-view room, but was assigned to the lowest floor. The 'sea view' was far from what the pictures depicted. Room amenities were also surprisingly sparse: no welcome fruit, an empty minibar, and only two lonely bottles of water. Honestly, even an Atour hotel offers more. While the hotel's hardware looks decent, service for guests with special needs felt like an afterthought. Despite its 'luxury' reputation, the responsiveness for basic accessibility features is worse than many standard chain hotels. Underneath its high-end luxury facade, the overall experience was severely disappointing. It's no wonder many other hotels nearby were fully booked while this one still had vacancies; I now completely understand why. My advice: don't gamble on this hotel's service.

Came to Zhuhai for a weekend staycation and booked a one-bedroom suite. The overall experience was excellent. The suite was incredibly spacious, with a living room and desk area, making the layout very practical and never feeling cramped. Since it was the summer holiday, there were many guests, and the Executive Lounge was very popular, but the experience exceeded expectations. Happy Hour was a delightful surprise; the hot dishes were varied, flavorful, not too heavy, and absolutely delicious. The afternoon tea selection was also sufficient, and the TWG tea was wonderful! The lounge's window seats offered direct views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, providing an amazing vista. Breakfast was on the second floor, and it was extremely crowded on Saturday and Sunday; we even had to queue for breakfast on Sunday morning. This time it was a Southeast Asian theme (Singapore, Thailand), and the overall taste was quite standard. During peak hours, there was a long wait for omelets, and the coffee was just okay – this was probably the most noticeable drawback of our stay. The food quality in the lounge was definitely much better than the second-floor Western restaurant. Secondly, the service was excellent throughout our stay. Our requests were almost always promptly addressed. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, and the staff handled it quickly and appropriately. During check-out, Rona at the front desk proactively followed up with us, listened carefully to our feedback, and took our comments seriously, which left a very positive impression. The hotel has an infinity pool that looks stunning, but unfortunately, it was too crowded during the summer holidays for us to use. The location right by the sea is perfect for evening strolls or cycling along the beach. Overall, it was a highly rated holiday stay. My only wish is that the hotel can improve the efficiency of breakfast service during peak hours in the future. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back if I have the chance.

Excellent sea-view hotel with fantastic views and a swimming pool. It's almost always fully booked, so our original room type wasn't available. The front desk staff were great and gave us a free upgrade. Hotel staff also helped deliver our food orders to the room. Very quiet and a wonderful experience. I would choose this hotel again next time.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The facilities are all brand new, and the hygiene is top-notch. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were super friendly and helpful. The location is also fantastic, making it very convenient to get to Hengqin Port and Chimelong. Best of all, the price is really affordable, and the experience is easily on par with a higher-end hotel like Hanting. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is great. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and if you keep walking along the beach, you'll quickly reach the Love Post Office. Continuing further along the coastline, you'll pretty much get to Zhuhai Fisher Girl within half an hour. The hotel room was quite good. The lighting was bright, and the toilet and curtains were all automatic. Aside from the room being a bit small, everything else was fine. The breakfast buffet on the 12th floor was spacious, had plenty of seating, and offered a rich variety of dishes. Of course, my only minor regret was that the room I was assigned was in a secluded corner on the third floor. The floor-to-ceiling window looked out onto a wall, so there was no view at all. It's a shame, especially for a hotel right by the sea.
