Service: The male receptionist was very enthusiastic and professional. The female staff member who took over after midnight was also very welcoming, though perhaps new, as her operations were a bit unfamiliar. However, her attitude was excellent, and she showed great emotional intelligence. Facilities: The amenities were well-suited for business travel, comprehensive and convenient. Hygiene: Excellent. Attention to detail was evident, and the room was cleaned very well even during an extended stay.

This stay with my kids was absolutely fantastic! The hotel has a strong family-friendly theme, and the room decor was so warm and cute; my child loved it the moment we walked in. The overall cleanliness was impeccable – floors, bedding, and bathroom were all spotless, which made us feel very comfortable. The disposable amenities were complete and of good quality; toiletries, slippers, etc., were all thoughtfully provided, showing great attention to detail. The staff were warm and attentive, responding promptly to all our requests. They even proactively offered child-related items, which was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, with delicious food and fresh ingredients; both adults and children enjoyed it thoroughly. From the environment and cleanliness to the service, everything was flawless. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for family trips. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended! They even decorated the room for my little one's birthday, gave us a free room upgrade, and prepared a birthday cake and small gifts. It was incredibly thoughtful and well worth it. We'll definitely be back!

The 45-square-meter room was cleverly divided into a lounge area, a workspace, and a sleeping area, feeling anything but cramped. The most delightful surprise was the freestanding bathtub, pristine and elegant, sitting in the center of the bathroom, complete with scented candles and bath salts. In the evening, filling it with hot water, lighting the candles, and soaking with a book made all the travel fatigue melt away. When I opened the fridge to grab some water, I found it neatly stocked with various complimentary drinks – mineral water, juice, cola. This small detail made a huge difference. In many hotels, a single bottle of water can cost as much as a coffee, but here, they generously provided plenty of free beverages, and you could even ask the front desk for more, also free of charge. Speaking of quiet, this might be the hotel's most commendable feature. Although it's located in the city center, just a ten-minute walk from several famous attractions, the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent. Double-glazed windows completely shut out the city noise; at night, I could only hear the gentle hum of the air conditioning. I had two incredibly deep sleeps, waking up not to traffic noise, but to the soft morning light filtering through the curtains. The hotel's location is simply perfect. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the famous 'Love Post Office,' making it super convenient for an evening stroll to enjoy the night views and sea breeze. Restaurants and convenience stores are abundant nearby, yet the area isn't overly noisy, maintaining a peaceful residential vibe. And the service? Absolutely impeccable. Front desk staff, Xiao Mei and Xiao Ci 🫧, were sweet and friendly, providing detailed information about hotel facilities and the surrounding area during check-in, and even giving us a self-compiled Zhuhai travel guide. The next day, when we needed an extra set of towels, they were delivered to our room less than five minutes after we called. A small notebook and pen on the bedside table invited guests to share their suggestions and feelings, a thoughtful touch that made it feel like a warm home away from home. Every morning, the lobby bar offered freshly ground coffee. Not cheap instant powder, but genuine freshly ground Sam's Club coffee beans, with options like latte and Americano. Sitting on the sofa by the floor-to-ceiling window, cradling a fragrant cup of coffee and flipping through the morning paper – it was the perfect start to a good day. For travelers driving, the free parking was a godsend. The underground parking lot was clean, tidy, and had spacious spots, with security guiding us in and out. In a city where parking fees are expensive, this service saved us a lot of money and the hassle of searching for a spot. This isn't just a place to sleep; it's more like a home during your travels. The spaciousness allows you to relax, thoughtful details show respect for guests, the excellent location makes sightseeing easy, and the quality service elevates the entire stay.

Hengqin Bay Hotel was a pleasant surprise! The location is super convenient, just a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. Hengqin Station is also nearby. They even offer a shuttle service to Chimelong, which is great. Plus, there's the Flower Sea Corridor and Wetland Park close by, perfect for a refreshing morning walk.勵駿龐都廣場 (Li Jing Pang Du Plaza) is right next door, offering plenty of options for dining, shopping, and movies – it gets pretty lively in the evenings. The hotel itself has an impressive exterior, looking like a grand castle. The lobby is high-ceilinged with excellent natural light and features a vintage, artistic design with old books and paintings, giving it a cultured vibe. The room wasn't huge but felt very cozy. The mattress was comfortable, and I appreciated the choice of firm or soft pillows. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, a powerful shower, and a clean bathtub. The hotel's Wi-Fi was stable with full signal, and the parking lot was spacious and free, with security patrols. The pool water was clear, and the lifeguards were attentive. The front desk staff were professional; both check-in and check-out were quick. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, including freshly made omelets and rice noodle rolls, and fresh fruit. The servers were proactive in refilling coffee, and their attitude was excellent. In the evenings, there was a piano performance in the lobby, creating a very elegant atmosphere. Overall, my experience was fantastic. It was clean, quiet, and stylish. I'll definitely bring my family here again next time.

The environment is great, and you can see the sea from the balcony of the room. The room itself is also quite spacious. I was very happy with the electric toilet and the smart home appliances. I didn't give it a full five stars because there's a pretty big gap compared to the Honeylove in Shenzhen. First, the cleanliness needs more attention to detail, and second, they need to deal with pests; I caught a silverfish in the room. I knew that if I called the staff, they'd probably downplay it, so I didn't bother telling them. There were hairs on the pillow, and the soundproofing isn't great, so it's quite noisy outside, though they did provide earplugs. I personally think it's a good place to stay if the price isn't too high, but you might be disappointed if it is. Overall, I was satisfied with this stay. Oh, and they're only on duty until 2 AM, meaning there's no staff at the front desk after 2 AM, which could be quite tricky in an emergency. 😘

First time visiting Shanwei, and this hotel was perfect! You can walk right out of the hotel to the beach, and the courtyard is beautifully maintained. The outdoor pool wasn't open, but my kids had a blast every day in the indoor pool. The hotel offered a complimentary travel photoshoot, so we decided to give it a try. The photographer was really easygoing and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and lively travel photos we got – I even ended up purchasing over ten extra pictures because I was so happy with them! 😊

The stay was really pleasent; the service was good! The food was really nice and the location is pretty beautiful! Just the balcony that’s part of the room and the bathtub included seems to haven’t been cleaned in a while; I cleaned the bathtub by my own to be able to use it with a tooth brush and a bit of soap; away from it. Public facilities are not convenient: the whole house is on the 28th floor, there are two small elevators, many people go up and down the stairs during holidays 15-20 minutes, many times the waiter is cleaning, and you have to ”grab” the elevator with the customer; 2. Residual room facilities: the shower head is about to fall off, and the water pipe is rotten; 3. Room hygiene is worrying: the toilet is not washed, a bunch of dirty things, the door lock is rotten and rusty, the quality of disposable toothbrushes is worrying, and it is easy to brush blood. 4. The service can't keep up: the toilet is very dirty, the last guest's pile of shit has not been cleaned, let no one wash the toilet, let the toothbrush be provided, and let people send it over, but never sent it. 5. Restaurant customers eat, clean more perfunctory, sitting and stool a lot of oil, no cockroaches, no way to sit 6. There is no landline phone in the room. I think the hotel has found a few calls from Trip.com and no one answered them.

I came for a few days to have a good stay. I enjoyed the location and a quiet room. Only one thing I haven’t expected that my room would be dusty. It’s a bit unpleasant.

On our first day, we stayed in a ground-floor room, and upon arrival, we were pleased to find a dehumidifier and warm pool water already prepared. This truly showed an understanding of the needs of families with children, demonstrating meticulous care in every detail. From check-in to check-out, we experienced consistently attentive service. My two little ones absolutely adored the freshly wrapped mini wontons and waffles at breakfast. I must give a special shout-out to Barbara, the exceptionally wonderful front office manager! Before our arrival, she proactively called to discuss our family's needs and even pre-arranged children's toiletries for us. During check-in, concerned about the less-than-ideal weather, she worried that the kids might not be able to use the pool in our poolside room, so she took the initiative to show us the room's pool temperature first! Her demeanor was gentle, meticulous, and highly professional! On our second day, she even upgraded us to a sea-view room! When our room's electricity tripped, and other staff members took hours to address it, a quick call to Barbara resolved the issue swiftly and efficiently! She truly put our minds at ease! This hotel offers both excellent value and quality, and we will definitely choose it again for our next trip to Hailing Island!
