AAnonymous UserThis is an older hotel located in a bustling area. The sea-view rooms offer a distant glimpse of the 'Fisher Girl' statue, though it's more of a 'glimpse' than a full 'view.' It's a shame that for such a well-known, established brand, the facilities are quite disappointing. It's also not very friendly for those driving. On a weekend affected by Typhoon Nangka along the coast, hotel parking became a real headache. Most of the B1 parking is outdoors, so you're bound to get wet in a downpour. B2 is an underground garage, but it's really only convenient for check-in. Once you're checked in and want to leave, it's a hassle. You check in at the front desk on the first floor. Out of 5 elevators, one is permanently stuck on the third floor. Of the remaining 4, only 2 go down to B2. To exit with your car after checking in, you first have to go to the first-floor front desk to scan a code. After scanning, if you get an elevator that only goes to B1, you either have to transfer to an elevator on the other side of B1, or hope you get lucky and catch an elevator that goes straight to B2. Because when you press the button on the first floor, the B1 elevator arrives first, and the B2 elevator will show it's going up. Unless there are other guests in the elevator also going to the garage, but you still need to scan on the first floor to leave, so the chance of getting a direct elevator to B2 is practically zero. The rooms are a bit larger, but the amenities are inferior to newer hotels. Tissues are only available at the sink; there are no tissues on the desk or nightstands in the room. The bathroom also lacks disposable toilet seat covers, which was quite disappointing.

GGuest UserHengqin Bay Hotel is definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, offering a comprehensive and detail-oriented experience. From arrival to check-in, I truly felt like a 'guest at home.' The hotel lobby is incredibly grand, with a tasteful interplay of light and shadow. Stepping in immediately melts away the fatigue of a long journey. Check-in was not only swift, but the staff also leaned in to listen to my needs, showing great respect for guests.
The room design is elegant and luxurious, with every material meticulously chosen. The mattress provided the perfect contouring comfort, and there were both firm and soft pillows to choose from – I slept like a baby! The night view was absolutely stunning, with the floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic vista of the sparkling city lights and the hotel's interior.
Beyond these, the hotel's recreational facilities are top-notch. The gym boasts new and comprehensive equipment, and there's even a dedicated kids' club. On the dining front, I must particularly commend the seafood buffet dinner. Oysters, salmon, shrimp, and more were all-you-can-eat, and the waitstaff frequently changed plates, ensuring exceptional service quality. Hygiene was impeccable; the bathroom mirror was spotless, and the floors gleamed.
What's more, the hotel features free-roaming dolphins and flamingos, an exclusive ecological landscape that is undoubtedly a major draw of Hengqin Bay. Getting around is extremely convenient, with internal shuttle buses departing on time, making travel to and from various Chimelong attractions a breeze. Whether for business travel or high-end leisure, this hotel truly offers an ultimate indulgence!
GGuest UserThis was my first stay at a Banyan Tree property, and I was impressed with both the soft and hard services. The ocean view room allowed me to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. The room was grand and tidy, with many thoughtful details. It was very quiet at night. Both the buffet dinner and breakfast were extensive, and the seafood was very fresh. Even with good occupancy, the overall service at the hotel was excellent. The hotel has two beaches, east and west. The east beach is quieter and perfect for just relaxing. This hotel is ideal for a vacation.

AAnonymous UserPerched 300 meters high, the 42nd-floor lobby, with its dazzling crystal chandeliers, creates an incredibly atmospheric vibe. I booked a sea-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the Cross Gate waters and the Macau skyline. The sunset at dusk and the neon lights at night were all within sight. The bathtub by the window was perfect for photos, and I could simply relax in the room and admire the stunning night views of the Greater Bay Area.
The St. Regis's signature butler service was a perfect 10 – requests were answered quickly, and every detail felt special and仪式感 (a sense of ritual). The bedding was so comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, making it ideal for couple anniversaries or short getaways. It truly lived up to expectations and is a must-stay hotel when visiting Zhuhai!

GGuest UserThe front desk staff proactively upgraded my room, and the view was stunning—I could see the port hall and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The breakfast was quite rich; even for someone as picky as me, it was very satisfying. After checking out, I forgot some beef in the fridge, and the front desk kindly called to remind me.
GGuest UserMy stay at the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel was exceptional. The hotel boasts a beautiful and elegant overall environment, with a grand and serene lobby design. The rooms are clean and spacious, and some even offer stunning views of Macau. During my stay, the hotel manager was incredibly welcoming and attentive, proactively addressing all my needs with thoughtful and courteous service. The entire staff was well-trained, making check-in and other procedures efficient and smooth. The room facilities were comprehensive and comfortable. Both the ambiance and the personalized service were remarkable, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay throughout. This is a highly recommended hotel for anyone vacationing in Zhuhai, and I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

Excellent
GGuest UserAs a semi-old hotel opened in 2018, the bathroom facilities are very well-maintained. The pool is also nice, with good views and clean. Breakfast is standard. The executive room is spacious and grand. However, the details are quite disappointing. Many of the welcome fruits were rotten – a plate of dark, mushy longans, some already separated from their stems, with the flesh starting to turn white and rot, and others with black spots all over their skins. They really shouldn't bother sending such a fruit platter; it lacks both aesthetics and quality. It causes nothing but annoyance and certainly doesn't feel welcoming; it's more like a deterrent. Only when writing this review did I realize that the executive room package I purchased stated that a late checkout until 4:00 PM was possible. My return flight was late that evening, and I was traveling with a child, so I requested a late checkout. I was told the latest I could extend was until 2:00 PM. Firstly, I blame myself for not carefully checking the benefits at the time of purchase. Secondly, I never expected to encounter such a situation; usually, when the occupancy rate isn't particularly high, late checkouts are extended to the maximum allowed time. This reminds me of my last stay at an InterContinental, where the welcome fruit platter wasn't provided, and I received a confused response, saying it's only available upon check-in, not that evening. It almost made me laugh; was I supposed to sleep on the street that night? InterContinental's service is really becoming more superficial and dishonest. The room phone was broken, and the power outlet next to it was also broken; my phone would charge for a few minutes and then disconnect itself. Being alone in the room, I needed a children's bathrobe but couldn't call out. I had to find the hotel's front desk number through Trip.com.
GGuest UserThe hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Check-in was fast and professional, and Front Desk staff member Xiao Zhu provided attentive and thoughtful service. My flight was delayed, and when I asked if I could extend my check-out until 4 PM, they happily agreed, which I really appreciated and made me feel right at home. I especially loved that they offered both Western and Chinese breakfast choices!
GGuest UserThe hotel offers free parking and even gives you an extra 48 hours of free parking after check-out, which is super friendly. This is incredibly convenient for people like us who are visiting Macau. It saved us a significant amount on parking fees.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, making travel very convenient. It's just a short walk to the beach, and both taxis and buses are easily accessible. The room was spotlessly clean, the air conditioning worked great, and the bedding was comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly efficient, and any issues were communicated smoothly. For late-night snacks, they offered congee, sweet soups, and freshly cooked noodles, which the kids really enjoyed. The restaurant on the 12th floor has a fantastic view, offering panoramic vistas of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
