Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

This time, for our Chimelong trip, we chose to stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel, and I'm really glad we did! First off, the hotel is beautiful. We were even given a complimentary upgrade to a family room, which we truly appreciated and were very happy with. The lobby is spacious and elegant, with a subtle, relaxing fragrance. The room had full Wi-Fi signal, complimentary welcome fruit, and overall, the facilities were new and the service was excellent. The hotel's 'flash card' activity was quite innovative and my child loved it. The breakfast buffet service was good, and the variety of food was decent. I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant – the food was very authentic. However, everywhere in the hotel mentioned a dolphin pool activity at 18:30, but it wasn't there and we didn't see any cancellation notice, which was disappointing. Also, the dinner buffet was truly just okay, very average, with limited options and not much flavor; there's definitely room for improvement there. Another minor inconvenience is that food deliveries have to be picked up at the shuttle bus stop, which isn't very convenient, especially when you're alone with a child. Many family-friendly hotels now use robots for food delivery, which this hotel could consider implementing. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd recommend it!

My stay at the Hilton Shanwei was fantastic! The concierge, Rainbow, was incredibly helpful, sharing tips for my visit. I stayed for two nights and was upgraded to an amazing sea-view room, which was incredibly relaxing. I was welcomed with warm, sweet cookies upon arrival – a lovely touch! The hotel's breakfast was a real highlight, featuring local specialties like Chaoshan beef kway teow, rice rolls, and thin pancakes, all delicious. Every morning, the omelet chef even made personalized eggs for me, which brightened my day. The hotel's location is convenient, and the complimentary travel photography session was very professional, resulting in beautiful shots at Black Sand Beach, Wind Sail Chapel, and the beach itself. 💕

The room has an amazing view; I just opened the curtains and saw the sea. I absolutely loved the huge windows overlooking the ocean! 😍 Our butler Phoebe was very thoughtful, and the breakfast provided by the guesthouse was delicious! The room was exactly like the pictures, and the hygiene was commendable. The surrounding attractions were also great, and finding places to eat nearby was convenient. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this guesthouse.

The sea was lovely, but the weather was really unpredictable. We drove to the hotel in a huge downpour late at night and didn't check in until after midnight. The front desk still gave us a room with a fantastic sea view and even let us check out at 2 PM. Waking up to the ocean right outside, I could watch the sea from bed through the wide floor-to-ceiling windows. Listening to the ebb and flow of the waves really calmed me. The parking lot has both surface and underground spots, and the underground parking connects directly to the rooms, which is super convenient for getting around. The value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

I came for a few days to have a good stay. I enjoyed the location and a quiet room. Only one thing I haven’t expected that my room would be dusty. It’s a bit unpleasant.

The overall ambiance is peaceful and refined, making it perfect for both leisure trips and family vacations. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Hailing Island.
