YYayayayThe Zhuhai Marriott Hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Sun & Moon Bay and Love Post Office. It's also very convenient to get to the beach and there are plenty of dining options at City Balcony. The front desk service was attentive, and Sicily was particularly warm and helpful, earning a big thumbs up! She proactively introduced the hotel's facilities, including the pool and gym, as well as nearby attractions. It's a five-star standard hotel with a great price, a pool, and free, convenient parking. They even offer taxi discount vouchers.

GGuest UserBringing my family here for a vacation, the overall performance of Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel occupies a large area, and its castle-style architecture is highly recognizable. The landscape within the park is rich and layered, with the sea, gardens, and water features complementing each other, making every spot a perfect photo opportunity. The hotel's 자체 water park is a huge plus. The indoor heated area is not restricted by seasons or weather, allowing for water play even in autumn and winter. The outdoor beach area is suitable for summer relaxation, and with a wide variety of water attractions, both adults and children can find something enjoyable. The hotel's dolphin observation area is a unique feature. Through the viewing glass, you can observe the dolphins' activities up close, and there are also related science popularization displays, which are great for children to experience the charm of marine life. The flamingo habitat offers a healing view, with flocks of flamingos roaming the park, allowing you to admire them as you stroll by. In terms of dining, the restaurants offer a wide range of dishes, including seafood, Cantonese cuisine, and Western dim sum. The ingredients are acceptably fresh, and the dining environment is spacious and uncrowded. The guest rooms are clean and quiet, with soft bedding and complete bathroom facilities, ensuring a relaxing stay. Public area facilities are well-maintained, and there's a children's play area where kids can expend energy, easing the burden on parents. The hotel's service system is mature, with efficient check-in and check-out processes. All kinds of requests, such as inquiries and luggage storage, are met. Transportation to various attractions within the resort is convenient, eliminating the need to rush around. Staying here allows you to control your own pace of play, without rushing, truly enabling a relaxed vacation.

It was my birthday yesterday, and my stay at the Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay exceeded all expectations! The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Upon learning it was my birthday, they proactively upgraded my room for free and even surprised me with a delicate birthday cake. It was full of pleasant surprises.
The service throughout was impeccable, with attention to every detail, making it a truly unforgettable birthday. The room was comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhuhai. Many thanks to all the staff for their thoughtful hospitality!

NNoahaan.As a couple, we chose the Greater Bay Area Seaview King Room at The St. Regis Zhuhai, and our overall experience was fantastic! The environment was impeccable, with stunning ocean views that made watching the night lights incredibly romantic. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities completely exceeded our expectations, especially the bedding which was just the right firmness for a comfortable sleep. The service was generally satisfactory and quite responsive, though during what might have been peak check-in time, there's still some room for improvement in minor details. Overall, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations; it's the best hotel experience I've had recently, genuinely deserving a full five-star rating! First and foremost, the cleanliness, which is my top priority, was completely reassuring. The hotel overall was clean and tidy, with the lobby and public areas of the hallways consistently dry and neat, free from odors and clutter. Upon entering the guest room, I was especially delighted; the room was well-ventilated, with fresh air and no musty or strange smells. The bedding was flat and clean, and the sheets and duvet covers felt brand new and fluffy, very comfortable against the skin, with no stains or hairs whatsoever. The bathroom was immaculately cleaned, with no water marks on the countertops or mirrors, and the toilet and shower area were thoroughly sanitized. The toiletries provided were complete and of good quality.
The service throughout was exceptionally warm and attentive. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, with no complicated steps. Any needs during my stay were promptly addressed by the staff, and the cleaning ladies were meticulous, proactively replenishing drinking water, tissues, and other supplies. The hotel's attention to detail was particularly thoughtful; the lighting and power outlet layout were well-designed, and the WiFi speed was stable and smooth, perfectly meeting both work and leisure needs.
The overall living environment was quiet and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. There were no hidden charges at the hotel, and the value for money was exceptional. It's perfectly suited for daily business trips, friends' getaways, or short stays. I've already bookmarked this place, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit the area. I sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

CCapJJJMy room was upgraded, and I'm very grateful to the sister at check-in and Kiki from loyalty for their help. My solo trip this time was very comfortable. Housekeeping also provided a disposable bath bag and bath salts. The all-day dining restaurant didn't have a wide variety for breakfast, but all the staff had excellent attitudes. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. This will be my first choice for relaxation in the future! 🥳

JJiaoluo0909Before check-in, Guest Relations Executive Irene contacted me via phone and WeChat to inquire about my room preferences. She was the first guest relations executive I've ever seen at check-in across all the hotels I've stayed at. She even brought a welcome gift for members (egg rolls), delivered our luggage to the room, and placed it on the luggage rack! She also sent me a Zhuhai guide she had prepared, which was quite good.
I had requested a children's bathtub in advance, but it wasn't in the room when we arrived. I called guest services, and it was delivered quickly and was clean.
The hotel's ground floor is for group receptions and takeout pickup, while individual guests check in on the second floor lobby.
I personally found the hotel's bed rail not very effective; my child kept falling off the bed at night. I suggest they learn from the Changsha North Star InterContinental Hotel, which has excellent bed rails.
The executive lounge privilege of free laundry or ironing for two garments daily (non-accumulative) is fantastic! I'd ask them to pick up clothes in the morning, and by the time we returned in the afternoon, they were hanging in the wardrobe.
The hotel offers a shuttle to Chimelong, which requires advance booking and departs daily at 9:20 AM, with no return service. Taking a Didi Premier ride there takes about half an hour and costs nearly 100 RMB. On the 24th, our return trip coincided with rush hour and the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, so it took about an hour to get back to the hotel due to traffic.
The room view is indeed excellent, and you can even see Macau from the room! However, as other reviewers mentioned, the windows weren't very clean.
The bright light under the desk was an issue; I called guest services, but they couldn't resolve it after two days. Finally, when Irene followed up on our stay, I learned that simply unplugging the power cord would fix it (we checked out the next day...).
On the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel sent a mooncake gift box and desserts, which was a big plus!
You can order cocktails at the executive lounge. I tried four, and I personally thought 'Monet's Garden' (containing milk) was the best.
Access to the executive lounge requires a card, but our room card didn't work. The lounge staff helped us get in.
The cheong fun and congee in the breakfast restaurant are freshly made, the wontons are freshly wrapped, and there's even popcorn! During breakfast, members receive an additional gift, but out of three days, only once did they offer me a choice of three items.
The children's playground (on the 5M floor, I didn't visit) is open during the Mid-Autumn Festival and weekends. There's also a balloon artist making balloons during breakfast. However, you can't take them into the high-speed rail station; they'll be confiscated at security.

The location is excellent, parking is convenient, and it's very easy to visit tourist attractions. Plus, the local snacks nearby are absolutely delicious.

FFLAGSThis hotel offers incredible value for money! The facilities are all brand new, and the hygiene is top-notch. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were super friendly and helpful. The location is also fantastic, making it very convenient to get to Hengqin Port and Chimelong. Best of all, the price is really affordable, and the experience is easily on par with a higher-end hotel like Hanting. I'll definitely be back!

DDandan.uuThe location is absolutely fantastic, right by Lovers' Road. It's just a few minutes' walk across the street to the beach and swimming area 🏖️. You can step out and stroll along the coast, watching the sunset. The room was clean and tidy, with a great sea view from the floor-to-ceiling window, and the bedding was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and welcoming. They have late-night snacks, a self-service laundry room – all the amenities are complete. The breakfast selection is rich, and you can enjoy the sea view while you eat. It's perfect for both couples on a romantic getaway and families traveling with children. This is my top choice when visiting Zhuhai, and I'll definitely come back again.
