Great location, and the room was a decent size. The service was attentive. It's right next to Fuhuali, which has tons of food options. Overall, I had a very good stay. The local iron pot stew restaurant nearby was good, and the takeout I ordered was also quite tasty.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

The hotel's design is unique, and the environment is quite good. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful during check-in, and even helped us upgrade to a premium sea-view room. The hygiene was good, but the air conditioning wasn't cool enough at night – it was too hot with the blanket on, but too cold without it. They offered snacks and drinks at both check-in and check-out. However, if you're driving, you have to switch elevators to get from the guest rooms to the parking lot, and we got lost a few times on the first day. Other than that, everything else was fine, and the overall experience was still quite good.

I promised my child I'd bring her here for her birthday, and choosing the Spaceship Hotel was a fantastic surprise! Checking in on her birthday brought so many delightful moments. Not only did the hotel provide a delicious cake for my daughter, but the birthday decorations were also incredibly thoughtful. I initially planned to bring my second child, but since it was Spring Break, I decided to treat this trip as a reconnaissance mission and just have some casual fun. As a result, one of our two rooms went unused, as my daughter preferred to sleep in the big bed with me. The bedding was super comfortable, and the room was spacious enough. The Spaceship Amusement Park, which is perfect for little ones, is right next to the hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again when I bring my second child, as it makes visiting the park so convenient. Getting to the Ocean Kingdom is also a breeze; the shuttle takes only 5-6 minutes and runs frequently. There’s even a dedicated line for the Chimelong Show. I especially want to commend them for last night's Chimelong Show – it was incredibly crowded afterward, and I noticed the hotel thoughtfully switched to 35-person buses for pick-up, efficiently getting all guests back to the hotel to rest. Excellent attention to detail!. Coming to Chimelong for a birthday was absolutely the right decision. The hotel also has a separate lounge for guests staying in Star-level rooms and above. The coffee, snacks, and ice cream there are great, and they even have cartoons for kids, making it a very comfortable spot to rest after a long day of exploring. The infinity pool on the top floor is wonderful for swimming and offers panoramic views of the entire Ocean Kingdom. You can even watch the fireworks at night. Unfortunately, my daughter and I were too tired yesterday to go see them. So we just ordered barbecue to the room and relaxed while watching cartoons for dinner. I must praise the hotel's in-room dining service – you absolutely have to try it! It’s delicious and super convenient to have it delivered right to your room. The staff were also very enthusiastic, with customer service personnel available everywhere. I have two suggestions: 1. Could the rooms include a coffee machine? I noticed even the Star-level rooms only have instant coffee… As someone who can barely function without coffee, this was truly painful. The VIP lounge only offers Americanos with no creamer sachets. If there were a coffee machine that could make lattes, I'd give them 100 points! Haha, but it’s still very good now; I just drink two extra cups at breakfast. 2. There's no bathtub in the room. I guess this might be hard to change, but even our two-room suite didn't have one, which was a bit disappointing. It’s not a huge problem though, and customer service was still great. All in all, it was a very satisfying trip. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel has its clear pros and cons. Let's start with the good points: 1. **Excellent Location:** Situated in the heart of Xiaojing Bay, it's incredibly convenient. Within a 200-meter walk, you'll find Starbucks, Sisyphe Bookstore, 7-Eleven, a cinema, a pharmacy, China Resources convenience stores, and various restaurants. It's also right next to the entrance of the 'Wutou Greenway' trail. 2. **Spacious Rooms with Thoughtful Design:** The rooms are genuinely large. Both the East and West wings offer their unique advantages. The curved path design at the room entrance is a clever touch, aligning with the local geographical name. 3. **Well-Maintained Pools:** Both the indoor and outdoor pools have reasonable opening hours, and lifeguards are always on duty. 4. **Friendly and Welcoming Staff:** Most of the lobby staff are enthusiastic and friendly. You can tell they genuinely want guests to have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Now for the drawbacks: 1. **Lack of Resort Amenities:** As a resort hotel, it's missing various facilities, activities, and supporting services. 2. **Unsatisfactory Butler Service:** The butler service is a bit of a mixed bag; not every staff member is suited for this so-called 'butler' role. If they're not good at it, perhaps they shouldn't go out of their way to offer services that cause problems. For instance, a butler proactively offered to send fruit in the evening. When the guest asked if they could have a glass of milk instead of fruit, if the butler couldn't provide it, couldn't they simply say they don't have the authority? No one was demanding it. Instead, they responded with a sarcastic tone, saying it couldn't be done and that milk was 38 RMB per glass, making it sound like the guest was trying to take advantage. The guest didn't even ask for it in the first place. Naturally, after that, no one wanted their 'graciously offered' fruit. 🤷‍♀️

Our stay at the Shenzhen Jinshawan Kaisa Marriott Hotel was exceptional. The Marriott brand's high standards of service were evident in every staff member, from check-in to daily inquiries. Their warm, attentive, and prompt responses made us feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout, truly enhancing the vacation atmosphere. The hotel's private beach is right next to the property. While the sand isn't as fine and soft as Dameisha's, it's remarkably clean and quiet, with fewer crowds. It was perfect for the kids to dig, wade, and build sandcastles; they had an absolute blast, making it a great spot for a family beach outing. My only slight regret is that some children's activities are closed Monday through Friday, limiting options for younger kids. For full access to all the family facilities, I'd recommend visiting on a weekend. Compared to other similar sea-view hotels in Shenzhen, the number and variety of children's play facilities here are a bit limited and basic, which might not appeal as much to older children. However, the park next to the hotel is spacious, lush, and peaceful. It was lovely to take the kids for a post-dinner stroll, letting them run around and burn off energy while enjoying nature's greenery. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The sea views, service, and environment are all top-notch. It's perfectly suited for families looking for a short getaway and a relaxed beach vacation, especially if your main goal is casual sand play and unwinding. I definitely recommend it.

The resort environment is great, but the hot spring wasn't open, which made it a little less fun. The beach is very close, it's a public beach and a bit less crowded. The soundproofing is excellent, and the room is very spacious. We had a garden view room on the second floor, and opening the door to see coconut trees was quite nice.

Friends came to Shanwei to play before and recommended us to come. It was so beautiful here. I didn't need this trip. I saw a lot of hotels on the Internet and finally chose the apartment recommended by my friends. The service attitude is very good, the room is clean and the facilities are complete. The environment is very awkward, strolling on the plank road by the sea, letting the sea breeze blow, listening to the whispers of the waves, enjoying the tranquility and freedom of this moment, it is really cool! recommend

📍 The location truly can't be beaten! Just a few minutes' walk downstairs to Sun & Moon Bay, and the sea-view rooms offer an unparalleled perspective! 🌊 When the lights come on at night, lying in bed feels like watching a giant screen movie. It creates an amazing atmosphere for couples or friends traveling together. 🚗 Super close to key attractions You can cycle to Lovers' Road, Haibin Park, and City Balcony. If you get tired, you can head back to the hotel to relax anytime, with no rush at all. 🍃 🍤 So many authentic local eateries nearby, it's hard to choose! You can walk to the Chaoyang Market seafood street 🦀. Oyster chicken pot, salt-and-pepper mantis shrimp, pork offal congee, pig trotter rice... you can eat until you're stuffed for just a few dozen yuan per person. You'll never have to worry about what to eat when staying here! 🛁 The room was clean and spacious, and the sea-view floor-to-ceiling window was a huge plus. The room type we stayed in directly faced Sun & Moon Bay, and once you open the curtains, it's nothing but the sea 🌊. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the bedding was comfortable too 💤.

GGuest UserWe specifically chose this newer Marriott for our family trip with kids. The facilities are indeed quite new, and the room is spacious. Our sea-view room offered a direct view of Zhuhai Fisher Girl. The gym facilities are particularly noteworthy, with precise equipment for various muscle groups, such as the rowing machine for back exercises and the pec deck for chest and shoulder workouts, which are rarely found in typical hotel gyms. The outdoor pool is also fantastic. The only minor drawback is that there are no showers on the 5th floor where the gym is located, so you have to go to the 6th floor to shower after your workout. We didn't go out one morning and encountered Auntie Meng on the 21st floor, who was incredibly helpful. Her service during the Chinese New Year period was very warm and thoughtful, making us feel thoroughly looked after. To be frank, breakfast was just average, with not many varieties. What really brought down the experience was that the breakfast restaurant didn't dissuade or refuse service to guests wearing room slippers. While most guests weren't wearing slippers, these few slipper-wearing individuals instantly lowered the hotel's standard, making it feel less like a five-star hotel. I urge the hotel to pay special attention to this; details determine quality. As we were leaving, we caught the hotel's lion dance performance to welcome the God of Wealth, which was a nice touch of good fortune and prosperity! Overall, if it weren't for the slipper incident, my review would have been quite positive.

GGuest UserThe Hengqin Bay Hotel is the ultimate family-friendly resort! The package deal we got was incredibly good value. From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The breakfast was abundant and delicious: The buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options, including Chinese and Western hot dishes, a freshly-made noodle station, desserts, and fruits – we ate there for two days straight and didn't get bored. The service was impeccable: The staff were always smiling, enthusiastic, and professional. The concierge handled luggage storage super efficiently, room service delivered items within minutes, and the front desk made check-in and check-out extremely quick, ensuring a worry-free stay. The rooms were warm and comfortable: Spacious and bright with soft lighting, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The children's toiletries were exquisite and cute, and tiny slippers and bathrobes were provided. The soundproofing was excellent, and the corridor carpets were silent yet playful, ensuring my child slept soundly. The facilities were thoughtfully designed: Ample and free parking, smooth elevators, and a grand lobby. The hotel's biggest highlight is its own dolphin pool; watching the dolphins leap out of the water every morning with my child was so therapeutic! There's also the Hengqin Bay Water World, with indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, and children's slides – my child didn't want to leave. Convenient transportation: You can take a free shuttle bus to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, but I highly recommend taking the shuttle boat; the scenery along the way is like something out of a fairytale. The hotel is also very close to the airport and high-speed rail station, making it super convenient for out-of-town guests. In summary: The service is warm, the rooms are comfortable, there are plenty of family-friendly activities, and the package deal is incredibly cost-effective. Next time we come to Chimelong, we'll definitely stay at Hengqin Bay again! Highly recommend to all families with children!

CChunshuiqingshanAngsana Hotel Experience I arrived in Zhuhai yesterday, and before my trip, I meticulously chose what I thought would be the perfect hotel. To my surprise, it wasn't great. Today, I decisively switched to the Angsana Hotel, though I was a bit worried it might not be ideal either. But to my surprise, upon arrival, I was met with one pleasant surprise after another. The hotel's decor is incredibly unique and stylish – there are so many photo opportunities! From my room's nearly 20-meter balcony, I could see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, the Gongbei Port building, the Sun and Moon Bay, Beautiful Bay Beach, and the vast ocean. The hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool and its own private beach. I even had the good fortune to witness a grand wedding setup for a new couple. I truly love this hotel. The hotel management is excellent, truly living up to its luxury hotel status. Every staff member wears a smile, and especially our butler, Cheryl, was incredibly accommodating to all our requests. The room was spotless, very clean and tidy. I look forward to staying here again! When in Zhuhai, Angsana Hotel will be my only choice.

GGuest UserThe most prominent advantages are: convenient high-speed rail access and easy border crossing. Pros: The lobby staff were very friendly, and luggage storage was very convenient. Cons: 1. The facilities are outdated and clearly can't keep up with modern standards. There's a disconnect between the service and the hardware. There are no charging outlets on either side of the bed, nor any USB ports. The bedside table didn't have tissues. No children's toiletries or slippers were provided for kids staying there. The room only had two bottles of mineral water, and the minibar fridge was empty and wasn't refilled on the second day. 2. Check-in was incredibly late; we didn't get into our room until almost 4 PM. 3. The staff member cooking noodles at the buffet had a terrible attitude and was very rude. The food items were also placed too far apart.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and I was upgraded to a Macau sea-view room with a private balcony – the view was absolutely incredible. I had a couple of minor issues during my stay, but the male duty manager on shift that evening promptly resolved them. Breakfast was decent, though I felt there could have been more local specialties and a wider variety of Cantonese dim sum. The buffet stations were also quite spread out, which could be improved upon.

GGuest UserThis hotel is beautifully located by the sea, less than a kilometer from Gongbei Port and Zhuhai Station (which are right next to each other!). The rooms are clean and tidy, even the standard rooms are quite spacious, and the amenities are excellent. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the hotel staff are professional and provide great service. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Zhuhai. Just a small suggestion: Could the hotel consider arranging a shuttle bus service to Gongbei Port (Zhuhai Station)? Although it's less than a kilometer, the road isn't flat or wide. After crossing the border from Macau with luggage, it's already quite tiring. It's difficult to walk, and if you try to take a taxi for such a short distance, drivers often give you a hard time. The driver was clearly reluctant for just a few hundred meters. The same thing happened on the way back when I took a taxi to Zhuhai Station for the airport bus; I had an unpleasant experience with the driver. A one-kilometer ride ended up taking nearly half an hour! Alas, this was the only slightly dissatisfying part of my trip.

RRichol WangThe hotel's environment is absolutely superb! A big thank you to my dedicated butler, Amber, for her warm and thoughtful arrangements. I couldn't extend my stay on the first day, but Linn quickly sorted out my extension on the second, which was a huge relief and saved me a lot of hassle! They even proactively extended my check-out by an hour, which made a big difference to my tight schedule. As for the room, there's not much to say – the facilities are top-notch, and the service is excellent! Definitely worth a second visit.

Hhy32310The hotel's location is fantastic, right on Lover's Road, offering expansive sea views across the way and a clear sight of China Southern Airlines' helicopter pad. Sitting in the room, not only do you get to enjoy the ocean, but you also get to learn how helicopters land and take off – what a bonus! Nearby attractions like the Love Post Office are within walking distance. Enjoying the sea breeze with a coconut drink or coffee is a truly delightful experience. Breakfast is definitely worth getting up for. It's not that the breakfast itself is amazing, but if your room isn't a sea-view room, breakfast offers a chance to enjoy the beautiful scenery from the higher-end suites. The kids at the next table were constantly discussing the helicopters with their mom, which I think was a great educational experience for them too.
