The room came with kids' slippers and a small bathrobe. We could also borrow a baby cot, child safety rail, and bottle sterilizer/warmer for free. The room was clean and tidy, and there were buses to various attractions. The blackout curtains were excellent, allowing us to catch up on sleep even during the day. The carpets were cleaned daily, making it safe for bare feet. The elevators were fast and stable, and the hallways were quiet, clean, and free of noise. The early park entry privilege allowed us to easily experience all the popular rides. There was ample and clearly marked parking. We had a great time! The room was clean and comfortable, well-stocked with amenities, and the facilities were very new. The delivery service was also quick, and they even provided special items for both adults and children, which was very thoughtful. The hotel and park offered many activities to participate in, and the Spaceship Park was just downstairs from the lobby. Check-in and check-out were very fast, which was fantastic and convenient. The staff were polite and greeted us warmly. The dining experience at the Food Market restaurant was also exceptional, with attentive and detailed service, and exquisite, delicious food. The room facilities were complete, clean, and hygienic, and the items provided were especially thoughtful, even including a children's towel that my child loved. The hotel lobby was spacious, grand, and bright, and the room layout was reasonable. The hotel environment was beautiful with lush greenery. The hotel's location was good and convenient for transportation, being close to the light rail station. The hotel's dining options were rich and varied; the buffet food was delicious, the restaurant environment was beautiful, and the food selection was extensive. We will definitely come again!

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

The Hengqin Bay Hotel is the perfect choice for a family vacation, and our stay this time was fantastic! Driving there was easy, with plenty of parking spots and security guards guiding us. From the moment we checked in, everything was delightful. The front desk staff were friendly, handled the check-in quickly and professionally, and upon hearing it was our birthday, thoughtfully upgraded our room and patiently explained the hotel facilities. The lobby itself was stunning: a massive glass coral installation, a pleasant aroma, and attentive service. The kids were instantly captivated by the magic and clowns, immediately diving into 'play mode.' The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bathtub was clean, the towels were soft, and the toiletries were excellent. The lighting fixtures, designed with marine elements, were adorable. Facilities were comprehensive, the WiFi was strong, and the carpeted room and hallway ensured a quiet and comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options that suited everyone's taste, and both the gym and pool were well-maintained. Check-out was simple and quick, just dropping off the card. The adjacent Ocean Kingdom was the highlight, and the daily fireworks show is not to be missed. The Whale Shark Exhibit was mysterious and dreamy, making for an excellent photography backdrop. During an evening stroll, the flamingos in the seahorse area and the hotel's dolphin pool provided a delightful view, adding to the holiday atmosphere. The butler service was prompt and responsive, quickly providing clear answers to all our inquiries. We were satisfied with everything. Dinner was abundant, and the room's playful decor was a hit with the kids. The large lobby had plenty of seating for relaxation, and its design was very child-friendly, providing endless fun. The hotel's specialty restaurants offered a rich selection of cuisine, and the buffet ingredients were fresh. The dining staff were also very patient and helpful, and the food in the restaurants could satisfy various palates, keeping the little ones entertained. Booking the hotel + package deal offered great value for money. The entire trip was happy and wonderful. The Hengqin Bay Hotel has a great ambiance and provided a very pleasant stay. We will definitely choose it again next time.

The hotel's design is unique, and the environment is quite good. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful during check-in, and even helped us upgrade to a premium sea-view room. The hygiene was good, but the air conditioning wasn't cool enough at night – it was too hot with the blanket on, but too cold without it. They offered snacks and drinks at both check-in and check-out. However, if you're driving, you have to switch elevators to get from the guest rooms to the parking lot, and we got lost a few times on the first day. Other than that, everything else was fine, and the overall experience was still quite good.

Great location right by the beach, with a lovely sea breeze. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent natural light. I could faintly hear the sound of the waves from my bed, which made for a very relaxing stay. The service was also incredibly thoughtful; our butler Kiki was very responsive and quickly helped with any small requests, saving us from worrying about minor details. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. This vacation was incredibly pleasant and I feel completely refreshed. Excellent value for money!

This time the hotel was really crowded, and I appreciated the hotel calling me beforehand to check my arrival time and needs. Since it was so busy, they upgraded us to an Executive Sea View Room, which was a nice touch and showed their thoughtfulness. However, as someone who vacations at the InterContinental Dameisha every year, I was still quite disappointed this time. In the past, the hotel used to give out beach toys and octopus plushies, and there were always friendly, smiling staff everywhere. But this visit was truly disappointing. There were no staff members at the exit from the hotel to the beach, and everyone had to swipe their room cards themselves. With so many people coming and going, it just felt chaotic. The quality of the buffet dinner has also gone down significantly. The previously young, smiling staff now seem older and much more aloof, and the service quality has declined a lot. This hotel used to be the pinnacle of parent-child hotels in Shenzhen, consistently ranked number one. If things continue like this, it will surely be surpassed by the MGM next door. I still hope the current hotel team will put more effort into it and not let a hotel with such a good reputation deteriorate.

The hotel is not demanding, but the soundproofing of this apartment is really not average (I asked to clean the opposite room in the morning, each room is separated by plates), and people outside can hear it when they walk, it seems that there is no door, and they are awakened by the sound of the new door opening in the middle of the night. By the way, the sea view room basically can't see the sea, because the tree outside the window is too high, you can see the street and the road. There is also Trip.com members charge two hundred deposits, what is the reason for ordinary guests to charge one hundred? ? ? Praise is because of the habit of commenting... Anyway, if you have requirements for sleep, you must avoid lightning.

The room details also stood up to scrutiny; the amenities felt high-quality, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I felt completely comfortable walking barefoot on the floor. The breakfast was surprisingly rich and delicious, making it worth waking up early for. In the evening, I specifically took a taxi to Yantian Night Market to experience the lively local atmosphere. After a satisfying meal, returning to this quiet seaside 'home' and listening to the faint sound of the tide, the switch from bustling energy to tranquility was perfect for solitary reflection. This is probably what attracts me most about this place – it offers both stunning scenery and quality, while also seamlessly connecting you to local life. I'm sure I'll be back again.

From the hotel lobby, you can take in breathtaking sea views, including the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the Zhuhai Grand Theater (nicknamed 'Sun & Moon Shell'). You don't even have to leave the property to admire these magnificent, iconic landmarks. The private beach and swimming pools are fantastic bonuses, making it an ideal spot for families with children.

A very satisfying stay! I'm quite a stickler for cleanliness, so I was really pleased to find a disposable toilet seat cover. The room was exceptionally clean and felt quite new, all the furniture was spotless, and I loved the style. The color scheme in the room was very pleasing to the eye, perfect for taking photos 📷. They also provided thoughtful amenities like mosquito repellent, earplugs, and a bottle opener. The service was very attentive. There's natural gas and a fridge, too. The blackout curtains in the room were excellent 👍, they didn't let any light in, which is really important for a good night's sleep. Honestly, I can't find a single fault. The front desk staff was also incredibly patient!
