We booked three rooms this time. The housekeeper Laura was very considerate. We could communicate directly on WeChat if we had any questions. She also helped us apply for parking exemptions, breakfast and late check-out in a timely manner. The hotel is in a very good location. The oysters are delicious. The only drawback is that the price is a bit expensive, 800 yuan per room. It can be cheaper by more than 100 yuan on other platforms, and it also includes a lounge and breakfast. The air conditioning in the hotel is not good. I turned it on to 16 degrees at night and was still woken up by the heat. I really want to complain about the background music in the breakfast room. The rhythm is super fast. Do you want the guests to finish their meals quickly? Such a star-rated hotel should not do this. It is recommended to play some beautiful light music.

Returning to our comfortable room that night, we knew one thing for sure: we would come back. A day before our arrival, a butler proactively reached out to inquire about our needs. However, upon checking in at nearly 5 PM, we found that none of our requested items were placed in the room. We contacted the butler, and room service promptly delivered them. Coincidentally, a curtain rod had fallen down. I mentioned it to the young staff member who brought the items, but she seemed to either not hear or not understand, as she left without acknowledging it. The butler later offered to send some fruit as an apology, but despite going out for dinner and waking up the next day, it never arrived. We had to contact the butler again before it was eventually brought to our room. The next day, we requested room cleaning. The cleaning staff member was very pleasant and proactively asked if we'd like someone to fix the curtain rod. Noticing our child enjoyed baths, she also provided an additional disposable bathtub liner. Her cleaning was very efficient and thorough. A significant point of dissatisfaction arose on the last few days of our summer trip. Our child had just run out of shower gel, so we called the front desk to request children's toiletries. To our surprise, they informed us that they do not provide specialized children's products! It makes me wonder if there's an issue with the hotel's target demographic/positioning or with the front desk's service. Furthermore, the indoor pool is extremely small with dated facilities; even the anti-slip mats on the floor are old and discolored. Since the outdoor pool closes at night, many young children end up using the indoor pool. Regarding the restaurant, the breakfast selection isn't particularly extensive, just meeting basic expectations. On our first morning, we observed a thoughtful gesture: a noodle chef helped a father holding a baby by delivering his hot noodles directly to the table. The restaurant staff were also very efficient in clearing tables once guests finished, ensuring minimal wait times. Overall, while there were some aspects of good service, the numerous drawbacks prevent me from giving a full 5-star rating. The hotel offers convenient access to the beach, which is well-equipped with a variety of activities, including camel and horse riding. Due to the presence of these animals, however, certain areas tend to have a noticeable odor.

I stayed here a few years ago and had a good impression, so I brought my family back again this time to enjoy it. Compared to my first visit, it's a little bit older now, and there are excavators working on the beach. The quality of service is generally still there. The staff at the lobby, front desk, and restaurant are good-looking, elegant, and sharp. They even proactively upgraded us to a sea-view room. The afternoon tea and happy hour are also decent; if you don't eat much for dinner, you don't need to go out. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's not expensive. The turndown service was very meticulous, and the fruit and snacks provided were generous. *** However, some of the services felt a bit disconnected: for example, someone was sweeping the restaurant floor during afternoon tea, and when we got out of the car, the greeter neither took our luggage nor offered a warm welcome, just pointed us in a direction and told us to go in ourselves. The most outrageous thing was when we were resting in the afternoon, a salesperson brought clients and knocked on the door of my friend's other room, then walked in to show the room. My friend had already changed and was lying down. That's absolutely ridiculous! I've never encountered anything like that at any hotel, and for it to happen at an InterContinental is truly shocking! They later compensated us with an aromatherapy diffuser. I'm not giving a bad review because, overall, we still had a pretty good time. Management shouldn't blame the frontline staff; they need to think deeply and take action.

The hotel is not demanding, but the soundproofing of this apartment is really not average (I asked to clean the opposite room in the morning, each room is separated by plates), and people outside can hear it when they walk, it seems that there is no door, and they are awakened by the sound of the new door opening in the middle of the night. By the way, the sea view room basically can't see the sea, because the tree outside the window is too high, you can see the street and the road. There is also Trip.com members charge two hundred deposits, what is the reason for ordinary guests to charge one hundred? ? ? Praise is because of the habit of commenting... Anyway, if you have requirements for sleep, you must avoid lightning.

Extremely satisfied with this vacation experience. Surrounded by mountains and the sea, the B&B's design is stylish and upscale, absolutely beautiful and perfect for photos! My girlfriend and I stayed at the Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay, and it was hands down the best hotel experience we've had in the last two years! We booked a full sea-view room, which was spacious and airy. The large circular bathtub on the balcony was a delightful surprise – soaking in it while watching the sunset over the ocean in the evening was incredibly romantic. The hotel's public areas are tastefully designed, perfectly blending Nanyang and marine styles. You can clearly hear the waves crashing against the rocks from the beach, making you feel like you're in the middle of the sea. During the 'blue hour' at dusk, the hotel lights gradually illuminate, reflecting on the water, creating a breathtaking scene. The dining also exceeded our expectations. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including freshly made omelets and local specialties. The service staff were well-trained, always appearing at just the right moment without being intrusive. We will definitely choose Angsana again next time we visit Zhuhai. It offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle, yet retains convenient access, making it an ideal getaway for city dwellers.

Facilities: In addition to the standard electrical appliances, there's also an induction hob, which is handy if you want to cook your own seafood (just remember to bring your own pot). Cleanliness: The place was impeccably clean, with absolutely no overlooked spots. Environment: The setting is superb. Our room offered a stunning, direct sea view, and the beach is just a 100-meter walk downstairs. Service: The customer service was incredibly responsive. When the hairdryer in our bathroom broke, they delivered a new one within just 10 minutes.

Every corner offers a beautiful view. The service was warm and thoughtful, making me feel right at home. It's conveniently located near a commercial area, so dining and attractions are super close. The travel photography team was incredibly talented; the photographer was professional and patient, skilled at capturing spontaneous moments. The entire shoot was relaxed and enjoyable, and the final photos far surpassed what I expected. Highly recommended!
