Elena at the front desk was so welcoming and efficient; check-in was a breeze, and she was quick to respond to all our requests, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to Gongbei Port, and right downstairs from the Fuhuali commercial area, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-designed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of good quality. We had a great experience this time and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zhuhai.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

The hotel's design is unique, and the environment is quite good. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful during check-in, and even helped us upgrade to a premium sea-view room. The hygiene was good, but the air conditioning wasn't cool enough at night – it was too hot with the blanket on, but too cold without it. They offered snacks and drinks at both check-in and check-out. However, if you're driving, you have to switch elevators to get from the guest rooms to the parking lot, and we got lost a few times on the first day. Other than that, everything else was fine, and the overall experience was still quite good.

Excellent, I'd recommend it to friends and would definitely come back. The hotel elevators ran smoothly, and luggage storage was quick and convenient. The hotel shuttle ran frequently with clear signage, which was reassuring. Room service for deliveries was prompt. The hotel lobby was spacious and grand! It was well-lit, with an impressive exterior and unique design, and the interior decor was exquisite and luxurious. Check-in and check-out were super efficient! The hotel's overall design featured playful ocean-themed elements, and my child said they want to come back again. The room was large, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were great for a very good night's sleep. The balcony in the room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and the bathroom was clean and had a separate wet and dry area. The balcony was also very big, perfect for drying clothes, and the wardrobe was spacious with plenty of hangers provided, which was great. The infinity pool offered a fantastic view, and the gym had a good variety of equipment; both experiences were excellent. The dining experience was exceptional, too. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with a balanced nutritional offering, from delicate pastries to warm, specialty porridges, satisfying everyone in the family. The hotel's restaurant specialized in creative cuisine, using fresh ingredients and unique cooking methods. Each dish was like a work of art, not only delicious but also visually appealing. I'm very satisfied and will definitely return. The staff were super efficient and even helped with luggage storage, which was incredibly thoughtful. The environment was beautiful, the service attentive, and the facilities excellent, with clean, tidy, and comfortable rooms. The hotel's surroundings were picturesque and quiet, and it was convenient for getting to the airport, with many good restaurants nearby. The park security was diligent, and the greenery was lush, making the air very pleasant. Highly recommended, I'll be back next time!

The location is unbeatable, and the sea view is spectacular. The facilities are comprehensive, with both indoor and outdoor pools and a well-equipped fitness center. The room was spotlessly clean; I still wonder how the white sofa on the balcony manages to stay so pristine. However, there are many details that need improvement. In the bathroom, the faucet was too close to the sink, making it difficult to wash hands without touching the basin. After washing, water would often spill onto the countertop. The toilet paper holder was loose, so it would fall off every time I tried to pull paper. I purchased a package that included buffet breakfast and dinner, and the food quality was decent. My main concern was the service staff. On Sunday evening, there were only three servers working. There weren't many guests, perhaps around 30 in total. Only one male server actively cleared plates for guests. Another female server just walked around the dining area, completely ignoring guests, and would chat with other male staff whenever she had a chance. At the sashimi and sushi bar, the sushi chef was on his phone when there were no customers, and then... well. Perhaps there was a big conference happening elsewhere that day, as not a single manager was visible. The service at breakfast was a completely different story, as managers were seen actively walking around the floor. That being said, some staff members had excellent attitudes, like the guy making pizzas. Overall, the staff in every department needs more training; their quality doesn't reflect what you'd expect from a five-star hotel.

The beach is nice. The buffet dinner wasn't open when I visited, and the breakfast selection was just so-so, but they did have fresh juice, which was a plus. The environment is indeed beautiful, though it was a cloudy day when I was there. It's quite close, only a 2.5-hour drive from Guangzhou. I hope to come back on a sunny day. There were quite a few broken glass pieces on the hotel beach; I hope the hotel sends staff to clean it up in the morning, as you need to wear sandals to walk on the sand to avoid hurting your feet. The hotel's flip-flops need to be specifically requested; they're not provided proactively. Overall, the beach is comparable to Sanya, at least 95% similar (in my opinion), it's just the climate that's different, making it hard to surpass the tropical feel.

Traveling with my parents, this hotel was one of the better options in the area. The overall service was great. While the facilities aren't brand new, they're perfectly adequate. The hot springs weren't open during our stay, only the indoor pool. For coffee in the lobby, I'd recommend sticking to Americano since it's made from a self-service machine. Whether you get good views here really depends on the weather. Hope everyone gets to experience it on a sunny day!

Friends came to Shanwei to play before and recommended us to come. It was so beautiful here. I didn't need this trip. I saw a lot of hotels on the Internet and finally chose the apartment recommended by my friends. The service attitude is very good, the room is clean and the facilities are complete. The environment is very awkward, strolling on the plank road by the sea, letting the sea breeze blow, listening to the whispers of the waves, enjoying the tranquility and freedom of this moment, it is really cool! recommend

This hotel boasts a fantastic location. Right outside, you'll find the Chaoyang Seafood Market, and there are convenience stores and highly-rated restaurants on either side. Head out the back of the hotel, through an alley, and you'll reach a large shopping mall and countless food stalls and eateries. Upon arrival, we didn't get our room key immediately, so the front desk manager (💁🏻♂️) kindly sent us an afternoon tea set and assigned us a room with a perfect view of the Sun & Moon Bay (👍🏻). The room's facilities and cleanliness were impeccable. Just a few small suggestions 💡: 1️⃣ There's no need to change the bedding daily (if you want it changed, there's a card you can place on the bed; we didn't, but the staff changed it anyway, which felt a bit wasteful and over-cleaned). 2️⃣ The bed seemed a little short; my feet nearly dangled off the end, haha. 3️⃣ To be honest, the breakfast was quite ordinary. The coffee wasn't good and only half-filled the cup. Since the restaurant is on the smaller side, it was a bit noisy, and we often had to share tables. The variety wasn't great, and there were very few Western options. The best dish by far was the preserved egg and lean pork congee (💯).

The sea-view room completely exceeded our expectations! Stepping out, we were greeted by an unobstructed view of the ocean. Waking up in the morning, we could watch the sun slowly rise from the sea horizon right from our bed – it was absolutely beautiful! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable; the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. For those who don't like soft pillows, they even offered silicone pillows, which was a nice touch. The gym was amazing! They had dumbbells of various weights, making it the best hotel gym I've ever encountered (excluding outsourced ones). This was a truly pleasant surprise! The breakfast was delicious too. They had hash browns, which I love, along with a variety of freshly baked bread and fruits. The selection was rich and fresh. It would be even better if they provided a makeup mirror; it would make getting ready much more convenient.
